Store opens and closes when they feel like it! Unprofessional for the employees! I’m a FREQUENT local shopper AND they are very RUDE to the customers!!! Attitudes, and ALL!! Not being present EVER at the register or throughout the store. Females ALWAYS ON THEIR PHONES (verbal and text), Dudes just NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! Get it together before the next town meeting 💯

This one on 91st is the worst. The manager @ staff has stole from me several times where I had to go back for my money. She should not be a manager at NO store. She trains certain staff how to @ what to charge the customer for. So check your receipts people.

I LOVE SHOPPING AT FAMILY DOLLAR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY VERY GOOD, THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL AND Friendly. Good prices and warm safe environment. Thank you soooooooo much for your Good service. 😃♥️

The store never opens on time, I stood outside for 30 minutes waiting for the store to open. The manager has a very nasty attitude, it smells like weed when you walk in the store. The outside is dirty, trash on the grounds and by the entrance. Very poorly organized.

The worst experience i have been coming here for years and they have just recently hired a young women (teenager) who is very rude. I just walked in an was approached by her she told me to remove my purse and leave it at the front counter we need to go through it and when i asked why she said its routine check either give me the purse or leave. I was very offended why would i leave my purse and i have never had this situation happen to me and to be rude on top of that. You all need better customer service rep. and as i stated before i have been coming here for years s ad to say but today will be my last day ever shopping at this store

With this being the closet place to a corner store in the neighborhood. They double the price's on their item's. Sad really. Is this why the robberies at this location are so high?. The customer service is mediocre. I'd give this place an overall 30%..don't go here unless you ABSOLUTELY have to.

Ok so I been going to this family dollar location since I was a child I’m now damn near 30 years old so to make a long story short last week I went in the store about 745pm it was a light skin man who I think was the manager with a rude attitude when I walked past he yelled these damn people keep coming in here to the lady at the register so he told her to look the doors so they could close mind u they close at 9 it was just turning 8pm he was using profanity real nasty attitude this my second time seeing this man being rude inside the store the lady at the register is always pleasant I will be reporting him to corporate he also went down each lane yelling two minutes like we was some slaves inside the store I will be going back up there today to get his name I only gave two stats because the cashier lady is always pleasant
