A couple of months ago one of the managers claimed that I gave her a fake $20 dlr bill and today that same manager and her coworker robbed me again the coworker claimed that she put a card game that's a bought for $16 dlr inside the grocery bag she did with some other items then she took the items out again and place them in another bag and kept the other bag with the game card in it when I got to the car the game card was not in the bag she did this in front of me and later claimed she didn't dispute evidence being there in the cameras

The store is always filthy and never stocked what are the staff doing all day on the clock NOTHING. Management needs to clean house and employ people who are going to do the job and do it right so DISGUSTED.

I came to buy something and we’ll they lock the doors 10 mins early it was 9:50 and they had the doors locked and then the guy standing at the door said he didn’t care with cursing after tall skinny guy if it matters. I understand you want to go home, I would tooo. But when I close MY business, I locked my doors at 8pm, and count the register after and leave. That’s the PROPER way of closing and handling business. Management should be revised here

Worst ghetto store ever. Manager refused to honor the shelf price of a 20 cent price difference. Claimed he would get fired for the 20 cent price adjustment. None of the prices are ever correct & employees & managers prepare to fight with customers daily about this issue. This store misses all of their price changes on the shelf , never gives cash back unless they want to. Horrible customer service from management down , all paying customers beware they don’t deserve your money.

it was horrendous. we went into that store 2 times and there was no problems. however the 3rd time we went in, the lady at the front was so rude. the lady had stereotyped us girls and had embarresed us in front of the entire store. she used in such an unfriendly tone and told us to take off our backpacks when like I said we had came into the store 2 times before that and we had no issues. She said if we didn’t take them off we couldn’t shop there. my friend really badly needed a tampon and she denied service since we had our bags. I was not confertable leaving my bag by the front where anyone could take it. there was other lady’s at the store who had purses and tote bags. Whatever could be “hid” in our bag could easily be hid in there purses. So after leaving the story our friend marched back in the store and told the lady she could keep her $900 tampons that were overpriced and we would never do business with them again. I had to walk my child across the busy rode and into Walgreens where they had better more elligant tampons.

It’s a stud female who is the manger or assistant and is very rude I brought ten items she didn’t give or offer me no bag then when I asked for one she tthrw it at me and made me bag the items myself family dollar hire anybody who hates people

I shop here as a convenience for emergencies. On appearance level ... it's always always dirty, floors are never clean, and there are always shipment boxes everywhere blocking almost every aisle.Customer service can be more professional but no likely.

Bought a fan from here and took it home. It worked for 15mins. I took it back to the store and was told no refund or exchange because its their policy. No one told me that when buying it. So i wasted 30 bucks. Had i known that i wouldn't have bought it. Terrible experience. Ill never return to any Family Dollar.

If I could do a negative star I would. Corporate needs to "clean house". This store is a disgrace. Ignorant employees and when did it become acceptable for employees to work with there ass hanging out?! They make these things called belts.

Family dollar is a great company, with good materials and food. Hey guys I gave away change for Charity on south moody family dollar as well. Take this into consideration.

They are a little better than they have been for awhile, their shelves had been poorly stocked but today I was shocked to see them stocked and workers actually on the floor stocking shelves
