I brought my 2 Rottweilers and my tabby cat for a spa day and would 100% recommend. Staff was warm and welcoming and explained the process effectively for each animal. My dogs and cat have never been so clean and soft! This place gets another plus because it’s black owned as well.

ALMOST KILLED MY DOG!!!! Place needs to be shut down, cosmetically the dogs look great at the end, but the process on them getting there is unknown?? My dog came out hurt a second time, I just thought the first time I was tripping a little the second time I know this to be a fact now. No thanks I’ll just take my dogs somewhere else.

My dog Caesar loved her and she's such a pleasant person The first the second and third time I took him there. It was always the issue caesar is always been a quiet mild Manner dog every time after the first time, it was always an extra charge because he was supposed to bend unruly. I think she cut my dog. That's why he acted out

Came to this place the scheduling process is just out of this world you sending money one place for a deposit then they texting you on another. Then sending you another text to Confirm Just VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and unnecessary Then I bring my dog baby there they trying to put her in a cage outside of the office space BY HERSELF. Now my baby has NEVER BEEN CAGED. So from her anxiety she threw up. Which is what I told them from the beginning. The lady then said I’d have to reschedule because of her vomiting due to what I told The not to do PUT HER IN A CAGE 🙄😡😡 . Very unprofessional attitude didn’t really feel comfortable with my baby there with them anyway.

Donna is excellent my dog was overly matted due to her normal groomer cancelling a couple of times. Donna, got my baby back together with out any nicks or cut and did not take her too low she took her time and took care of her with lovingly care and I so appreciate her for that. My family and I was thrilled with her work and will not go anywhere else. Thank Thank you Donna

I just moved in the area and took my 3 Maltipoos for nail trim and I love the place . All the dogs that were there getting serviced were calm and seemed happy. The place was clean and the owner was very nice and fit me in on a busy day. I’ll be taking my babies back soon.

If I can give her no stars she would have none. The first time I took my pups here she went 3 hours over the pick up time. The second occasion she her attitude was just terrible because I had questions about her website and how to book because she doesn’t answer the phone. Don’t bring your fur pals here. This lady shouldn’t receive business at all.

I love taking my dog here to get groomed. Not only is she grat at grooming, but she also cares. My dog had a cyst and was sick, and Donna was extra caring, careful, and loving. She is the best.

I initially was taking my Havanese to a popular doggy grooming chain and was pretty happy with them, but one day a fellow dogwalker highly recommended Donna. It required me to travel much further but I decided to give a small, independent business a shot, and ever since (at least 7 years), I haven't even CONSIDERED taking my Havi to anyone else. Before, my dog almost went into a panic when taking her to groomers. With Donna, she's excited as a kid going to an amusement park when I drop her off. Donna and her staff are incredibly talented groomers and my dog has a bounce in her step after getting cut.

Donna did an EXCELLENT job grooming my dog. She was quick and efficient and all her prices and services are labeled clearly. She includes more services for an affordable price than any groomer I've seen. My dog has never looked better!

I just used Donna's service for the first time last Friday. She was very inviting. Place was clean. She was maintaining a couple of dogs when I got there. It was my dogs first time at the groomer. And she said he did excellent. I will be returning soon.

I decided to take my dog to Donna after having a bad experience at petco. I’ve been using Donna’s services for 3 years now. She’s an honest, sweet person who genuinely cares about the work she does. I highly recommend her to all of my fellow pet parents.

I tried to give this shop a chance but will not patronize this place again. Her services are mediocre at best regarding scheduling appointments, however her attempt at squeezing my dogs in due to a cancelation turned Into a terrible experience. She groomed both of my dogs poorly and for paying $160 she did a horrible job at styling and cleaning them. Maybe it was too busy for her and I would have preferred to be turned away than received a rushed job. She overcharged for every single service and my chihuahua mix who was noted to have dry skin was full of hair and dry skin after what she referred to as a complete job. My Lhasa Apso mix who is young and scared of the dryer near his face is groomed regularly before covid but was overdue in services and his cost was $105. His cut is terrible for his size and breed and he was still dirty after being picked up. When she called to add on more fees besides the price mentioned originally I asked her to stop everything and got to the shop to pick up my dogs and my Lhasa Apso mix looks the wost he has ever looked after a grooming. I will continue to use our regular Groomer from here on out and would recommend everyone visiting here get everything in writing before you leave and an idea of what style they will choose. I can say the only positive is that she found a tic and removed it from my long haired pup from a trip to the lake in Indiana last weekend. This review is in no way an issue about price but more so about clarity and transparency with her prices and clear communication. I will pay for my pets because they are an extension of our family but I would like to be satisfied with what I'm paying for.

This place is literally a 10 min walk from my house. Would have been so nice and convenient to utilize them. However , the customer service is HORRIBLE! Gosh like really a simple hello when requesting a deposit outside of a secure website would go a long way. Customer service needs much much to be desired. I will currently pay an additional $50 in Uber to go to a groomers that has presentable customer service.

I have not been to this location but I have worked with this groomer for years. She is very patient with your dog and all the final touches like the pink nails and facials are well worth the money. I would recommend her. My Angel looked beautiful and smell great!!!

When I say ghetto, that is what I mean. I should have stuck to my regular groomer but I gave her a chance for one she is a young AA female starting her own business and two, she was local. She gave me a price when I took my dog then when I come to pick him up she changed the price stating he was difficult, I was pissed about that. Then my dog was very agitated after the appointment but I thought he was just being stubborn but come to find out she burned him no wonder he was difficult the dumb lady burned my damn dog. He was in agony for over a week, up crying and moaning. No one in the house could sleep because we were up nursing him, all I could do was cry. . After calling her about it, she stated she didn't. Any professional knows that there is always a chance that a dog can get a razor burn. She was very unprofessional , didn't want to pay the vet bill but at the end of the day all I wanted was an apology. Her business will continue to look raggedy and she will never gain any more customers than what she has. It's funny because while at a dog seminar a few people were talking and they also had bad experiences with her. Btw she don't deserve any stars I only gave her 1 star because it wouldn't allow me to post my review w/o it😡

I am so happy with how my dog was groomed. Donna was professional and all pricing was clearly posted. My dog is a little difficult to groom but Donna handled it well. I would recommend her for all dog grooming. I have a Shih Tzu and she knows what she is doing

These reviews are very misleading. I thought I would be saving money by going here instead of petsmart, but no. She literally charges extra for EVERYTHING. She also charges $10 extra if your dog is difficult. These are dogs not humans. You will not get a set price until after you pick up your dog. I ended up paying $100 well $103 since she charges for using your card as well, which she does not mention before picking up your dog. She also cut my dog ponytail when I specifically asked for a ponytail. There was no apology or compensation for her mistake. She told me she forgot because there was a lot going on. Um ok? She also doesn't check for shot records. I try so hard to support black businesses, but I honestly feel like they're always trying to get over.

It took me sometime to write this review only because i don’t like speaking ill about black owned business‼️ But ppl work to hard for their money and need to go where they’ll get the best service… with that said when I read the reviews on this site I should’ve known not to take my pup there. So many things need to be put in place to run this business up to par with other competitors such as greeting your customers with a more friendly attitude or say something like Hello would be nice.instead of looking at the customer like I come to sell you something. Next when collecting deposits be more specific of what the price range is going to be afterwards..Send a copy of your prices and policies so there’s no misunderstanding..And the nails that you wear are extremely too long to be caring for dogs.there was so much lacking I just can go on and on…And the fee that I was charged for a small puppy was outrageous..I’ll be cutting my dogs hair from here out or to a more professional competitor..instead of dealing with someone whom I can tell is not really into the-business of caring for dogs but just tryna get a quick buck smh..

Very disappointed my dog got injured while there and I had to take her to get staples in her leg and the vet bill was $210.00 which the owner felt she was not liable for due to the release she has you sign. The incident occurred on April 30th and the COVID19 closure was not lifted until May 1. I did not think about that until I complained to a friend who stated that groomers were not allowed to open until the 1st of May. I will never go back. My dog is in agony
