Bad customer service. Don’t let students in the store at all. I can’t even send my 18 year old to walk to the store to grab a couple things for the house. I get why bogan students might can’t come in but my 18 year old daughter & me lives in the neighborhood & she doesn’t even go to school around here. Also all the women that work there are rude.

First time I was in this particular store. I have been two others I couldn't believe how big the inside was and how much stuff they had. I definitely suggests it's a good store it's cleaned employees extremely friendly. If you live in the area it's a definite yes

On 5/12/23 two employees were arguing with one another while customers were in the store. I saw a young lady named tag read Stephanie was frustrated because the young man who was her coworker put back some items she wanted to purchased. She called him everything but a child of God and he never raised his voice or said any thing disrespectful to her and this young lady keep provoking him. She even walked up on him as if she wanted to fight and he held his composure. The manager was informed by the cashier and she stepped out to handle the situation but this young lady was too far gone on a very disrespect rant. This is unacceptable and she’s not happen while customers are present. Other than witness this argument and poor behavior from The employee Stephanie my experience in this store product wise was great. I found everything I needed.

I called so see if they had something specific that I needed before I drove there and the manger said they were to busy to help me. What a person with good customer service would have said I can’t right now , but can I call you back when I get the lines down and I’ll be glad to help you. Didn’t happen. Won’t give that store my money.

This location charges their customers for bags. At this time of year stores are allowed to order 10 cases of tshirt bags and 1 case of large bags. I wonder what the RD has to say about this.

This Dollar Store has to be the worst one i’ve ever been to. Not only did an employee by the name CHERISE kick me and my dog out for not showing her my medical records as to why I need a service dog with me, she proceeded to yell at me and my boyfriend for not leaving right away. All I wanted to do was buy my breakfast and this woman bombarded me with questions regarding my health issues. It’s illegal to request any medical documents from a person, as it is kept between the doctor and the patient ONLY. Worst experience from a Dollar Tree i’ve ever had. They are NOT pet friendly, do NOT shop with them.

They should limit the newspapers to only 2 per customer PER DAY. They currently have a 5 person newspaper limit and they all sell right away with only 3 people in front of me. I LOVE THIS STORE but they need to change their newspaper policy.

Had the worst customer service experience in my life here. Their employee Bryanna was incredibly rude and this is coming from someone who works in customer service and is generally very understanding. Highly unlikely that I'll return.

An older african american male employee yelled at my kid to "put the cereal back!". 3 times, getting louder every time. I told her to pick the cereal she wanted when we walked in. She went ahead of me as kids do, before I caught up I could hear him yelling, then as I turned the corner into the aisle I seen my daughter starting to cry. Then told him to not talk to my child like that. As he turned his back to me to stock the freezer he said something under his breathe. When I asked him to repeat it he just stood quiet and wouldn't acknowledge me after that. I left my cart and walked out. Will NEVER return to this store again. Shopped here all the time but will go out of my way in the future to other stores just to avoid giving this location my money.

The cashiers are very rude. Its a hassle to go to bathroom since they take forever to open the door. But products are great theres a lot to choose from specially for holidays.

I was shopping at this location with my 4 yr old. I had about 20 items in my basket, then my Little one tells me she has to use the restroom. I go up to the cashier and ask for the restroom key. He tells me "they don't have restrooms", I tell him "yes you do they are in the back I have used them before". He said "they are no longer public because everytime customers used them they have to remodel them". Stupidest answer. Im a regular customer. I walked out, after this I won't be going back.

The store ask people that walk in with a backpack or bag of any sort to put it down at the door in The most rude way possible. The associates are ghetto and so are the managers and I have called corporate about it and nothing has happened so I will not be shopping there all together. Dont shop here unless you wanna get into a verbal or physical fight

I didn't know dollar tree charge for bags now. Another tax Illinois has come up with. On top of that they were out of alot of items I normally purchase or q just geographical. 1/2 star..

My wife does most of the shopping at the Dollar tree. I stopped in there for batteries snacks sometimes. I was totally surprised that the price went up to $1.25 now.

Dirty store,dirty parking lot,garbage outside is always overflowing. One day I pulled in lot and there was broken glass in handicap parking.i brought it to woman in charge and her response was oh yea someone got their window broken the other day ! When i left glass was still there. I put my items in car walked back in store grabbed a pushroom that was sitting against wall and went out and swept glass to side,took the broom back it seemed like no one even noticed. Pathetic

Its a nice place with horrible staff my 4 year old wanted to used the restroom and i dont know if it was the manager but she didnt allowed my 4 yeard to used it and my daughter was crying that she had to go number 2 really rude
