They say, "Real beauty is on the inside which is more important than one's outward appearance." That is definitely the case for this Dollar Tree location. The outside looks like it has been in a drive-by shooting. The parking lot could definitely be cleaner, paved over again, and the wooden board that is taking the place for the broken glass window is definitely not appealing. The inside is okay, the customer service is fine but it could be cleaner. We will leave on a positive note: they have a lot of items in stock.

They are supposed to close at 8. Every time I attempt to go up there, they’re locking up. They should just change the hours.

They are selling marshmallows with September 2018 date on them and I bought a 20 pack of great bags and as I'm putting the 1st of the candy in, they are falling straight through. SMH, this doesn't happen in the Northside location. I have to travel to get decent items. It's sad.

This is the closest and cleanest dollar tree near me with good customer service. I just hate that everytime I go in it's like 3 men standing in front of the door asking for change I'm disable so it makes me really uncomfortable, sometimes I just ride past and go the one by Walmart on doty rd. I really don't like that location either cuz it's always boxes everywhere just not a clean store but at least I'm not getting harassed for money.

The most ignorant and unprofessional store in the roseland area. Mr Rogers is literally the worst manager in the area. He will lie, makes excuses and waste your time.

Just this afternoon I went to this establishment for some item's an my card decline from pending transaction.The kindness of a stranger asked if they could pay for the item's, with much thanks and gratitude I accepted.Without Dollar tree this act of kindness would not have been possible.Thank you🙂

Dollar Tree is my jam! I love that it's a true dollar store. Some of them have terrible inventory systems but this one is awesome! Well managed. We'll stocked. Not a bunch of boxes all over the place.

I guess cause of high theft volume I was followed around this store and didn’t feel comfortable looking at more items. Employees look depressed. Don’t speak or say good morning when U speak. Won’t go in this particular Dollar Tree again. Store #7261

I go there often and the service is ok. Sometimes it's vey busy and people become very impatient instead of being patient and courteous especially when they see the cashiers are courteous and doing the best they can.One major problem which corporate needs to address immediately is lack of hours and days for employees.I can tell because some employees you get used to seeing aren't there consistently. This would help the flow when customers come to check out.This store carries refrigerated items and some items you don't see in other dollar stores. I commend all the managers there they do their best to keep everything moving.I wish this new store much success. One final but important thing a security guard is desperately needed also.

The store was orderly and the two ladies were nice. They were also honest. They haven't had a truck in two weeks so shelves were pretty empty and still the experience wasn't bad.

They had balloons filled with helium and ready to go but they don't have balloon bags so you run the risk of your balloons flying away if it's windy. The cashier was friendly.

This store looks like it is going out of business it is always empty been like that for some time it's a shame that you can't shop in your neighborhood I'm going to stop shopping there they. never have what your looking for. One star is to much. This store is a joke. They are always out of stock

209 E. 103rd ST in Chicago the WORST in this chain. It's less than six blocks from my home but I have to travel miles to give the chain my money. All that empty space is such a waste and there's only one person in there working, and they had no clue as to what was happening with the inventory.Empty, damn near, and has been for months. If it's closing down, do so, and stop wasting consumers time.

I came to this dollar store and they locked the doors before the posted closing time which is 8 pm. I would give it a zero if I could. The people inside just smile and wouldn't let people in. It was a few people who tried to get in but they had lock the doors. This store is losing customers because of their employees.

They are very slow.. I'm in this store regularly and the lines are always long. Customer service isn't all that great either
