Took my pup for grooming. She was matted. They cut her down okay but her back toe nails were cut all the way off. She is limping now and quiet all day. She cries when I touch her back paws. The front paws and nails look as long as they did when I dropped her off. My independent happy dog is moping and waking scared all night. PTSD much?

Took my son (pup) to her she cut his lashes & shitz zhu lashes are long. It was his 1st cut when I came back to get him I never heard him bark until that day he was backing back from her barking(fussing) like she almost killed him

Never again. Charged me for something they didn't even do then had the audicity to ask me stand outside while I was getting my dog together after I paid them (rude ass). To make matters worst how is this a place of business and you smoking inside where the dogs are groomed. My dog smells like a walking cigarette. The owner allegedly had an issue but wouldn't come to speak with me directly but hung up on me several times.

I've been bringing my dog here for over four years and never had a problem Mrs Arletha is a very sweet older lady and the best but I can tell when she tired or not feeling like herself

Owner let my dog chew his front paws raw for an hour without calling me when I'm only 5 mins away. Then when I picked him up she had him in a cage with a towel over it leaving him in complete darkness. Who does that? No dog should EVER be in total darkness. Then she asked what's wrong with your dog ..... well maybe anxiety since you put him in total darkness ..... will NEVER go there again

I was satisfied with the services rendered. The Services provided were done in a timely matter. I felt comfortable with leaving my dog at the facility by herself to be groomed until I returned.

Based upon the reviews...how dare any business owner who is servicing live animals SMOKE IN THE ESTABLISHMENT WHILE PERFORMING SERVICES?! You really need to re-evaluate your business ethics. Animals are harmed by secondhand smoke just like people.

I have a cocker spaniel and a cockalier most people want to charge 75 dollars for each ,but that's almost the price I pay for both at dogs only grooming salon .p.s Bentley and Denim love this place .
