When I went to pick up my prescription at the drive thru before the pharmacy was about to close. I was greeted by a pharmacist who was very pleasant, great customer service, and was very accommodating. He joked with me, asked if I had any questions and told me to have a great evening. Aside from the great as his job, I’m telling you this because I showed up right before closing. You’re not always given great customer service when you arrive at closing. It might be more like rushed service or workers being angry because you showed up late. Sometimes people don’t know your predicament, what caused you to have to show up before I store closes. Kindness always wins and in this case, being professional.

A wonderful intelligent very cool.highly capable staff at.Addison/ Central CVS. I pass up many pharmacies to get here. I drive the distance because this staff goes the extra mile! They're very busy . I try to use simple targeted questions in person if needed & will Google the rest.Thanks again!!

Little pharmacy boy is very disrespectful and has a short temper. Terrible customer service through and through. Slammed the drive thru door at me! Seriously ?! If I didn’t have to call you out on doing your job, you wouldn’t be in such a bad mood. Took them 1+ hour to get my prescription ready even when I called 45 minutes … more like the hour in advance.

Terrible customer service! Rude, mean and very judgmental. Sometimes I feel like they are playing doctors when you are filling your prescriptions by asking questions they have no business asking. Only reason why I stay with them is because of the prescription cost. Treat people with respect because you don’t know what they are dealing with and you have no business to judge when the only job you have is to fill the prescription! That’s it!

Horrible pharmacy. Every single customer has some sort of issue with picking up their prescriptions. Zulema is a very rude and unenthusiastic employee. She also yells out what your prescriptions are for, which I’m sure is illegal. Expect to wait no less than 35 min and up to 2 hours for your prescription. Never coming back here ever ever ever ever again. I wish I could give 0 stars, and -1 stars for Zulema’s customer service in particular.

Very bad customer service in the pharmacy this time no help what so ever , you don't tell a customer if we have it will be over there and point , turn around and walk away. Is a trend for this store . You should also close this store .
