I wanted to leave a review tonight because I often only post when I am angry about bad service. However, tonight the pharmacist went above and beyond at this CVS location! He was able to reduce my prescription cost from $120 to $31---and he did it with a smile on his face! Even if he had only saved me $5, I would've still appreciated his extra efforts. Thank you for saving this family some much needed money!

Normally pretty good, but today was a miss. Closed at 8am on a Thursday for no apparent reason and the phone number for the listing is incorrect.

I used to avoid this store because I thought it was run down and the product selection was just ok. It is now my go-to store since it has been remodeled. There's new carpet, signage, and the selection of products seems better than it used to be. I really like the upgraded food section and the self-checkout stands.

Drive through pharmacy took a really long time.I got notified that my prescription was ready for pick up. There was a line of 3 cars that somehow took almost an hour to clear.After finally speaking with the pharmacist, I was told my prescription was still in process.The employees were all very friendly and polite, though.

Never open. Store listed hours are 7am to 10am but three times I’ve come by at 7:30am to find it locked up tight and no one around.

Worst pharmacy ever! They have about 4 or 5 people who all go to lunch at the same time so they close for about an hour 1-2pm. They need a better system so customers don’t have to wait 1 hour just because they are on lunch!! All my prescription was were EYE DROPS it’s been about 2 days and my order IS STILL NOT READY !! How?! It’s eye drops it does not need to be made or mixed but somehow it’s impossible to be ready under 2 days. Worst pharmacy go to Walgreens people

I was cheated in a pharmacy by a woman with fair hair who is wearing a mask all the time. I am terminally ill. The doctor prescribed me a drug online. They told me it would be there the next day. Today I was this woman said that she is not and insulted me. I was sick without medicine. I will take her to court.

Worst experience at a CVS I’ve ever experienced in my life. They claim that they never received one of my medications, I called the dr. And had them resend all the medications I was picking up and now she says it will be a wait of over 30 minutes. Ridiculous. The girl that works in the pharmacy with dark black hair and brown eyes, is incompetent. I believe her name is Zulema. Beware of her! Absolutely horrible customer service and purposely works slowly it seems. She will announce to the whole store what your medical issues are even if they are inaccurate for the prescription you’re picking up. Horrible pharmacy. They should be ashamed.

I came to pickup the package and showed my driver's license Id. Also it's matching my name the front desk executive at 2:30 is telling me to pick next day when the ups store tracking showed it's delivered. Then I insisted to check all package it's so bad experience she is asking tracking even after checking the drivers I'd which is matching my package name. Such a bad experience I payed 6$ to get it delivered at the store will never use this location in the future.

No one was there to help me get my Advil , they decided to luck it but don’t have people to come and unlock, the guy was alone I understand but he could walked with me real quick to unlock it since I was next customer , but he rather just stay at the register , skip me and help others who can use self checkout, I won’t comeback here:

Every time I come they give me a different excuse as to why my prescriptions aren't there. On top of that they refuse to double-check so I have to call my doctor and ask them to call the place so I can get my medication. Overall this adds about an hour to every visit.Save yourself some time and frustration and switch to Walmart / Wallgreens or pick a different location. Absolutely horrible place.

Very poor customer service and I don't trust that the pharmacist knows what she is doing. They made a mistake with my script and it took discussing with 2 others to realize their mistake. They didn't apologize. I wouldn't trust this pharmacist, something seems off. You are better off going to Walgreens or anywhere else.

The machine to get store coupons is again BROKEN,it happens over & over!!!! Someone in the corporate office should be able to get one that's not breaking down every week, over & over.....Do SOMETHING to keep your faithful customers coming back

Incompetent, rude pharmacist (female, black hair, fair skin) refused to fill a prescription for me. She kept hanging up her phone, and walking away from the drive-thru window. She was shockingly rude and unprofessional. She should be fired and her license revoked. End of story.

I have been coming here since it opened. Recently while picking up my sons prescription for 30 day supply of a new medication, I was only given 5 plus a refill. When I called they said the doctor made the mistake. I called and told tge doctors office and they fixed the problem. I went back to get the other 25 pills . They gave me 30 and charged me my copay again. I said I had already paid the copay and the girl said that wasn't her problem.I went again a month later for a the refill. When I got home there was only 1 pill in the container. I called and they said they the prescription was on some program and it was trying to sinc with the other medication he is taking and that I could come pick up the prescription . Last time I will be going there. No appoligies. Very poor customer service.

I have asked them to transfer my meds BACK from Phoenix Arizona at least 4 times and I STILL keep getting texts that my meds are "Ready to be picked up" in Phoenix! Just got another one. Now I will go there AGAIN and be told my meds are in Phoenix....

Ordered picture prints with same day pick up. Ordered September 5 at 8:00 am . “Earliest pick up shows 10:11 am it’s now 9:27 pm and it showing creating your order.... I don’t recommend this place if you like things on time...still didn’t know when they finally prepare my order and if it’s still going to be September...

This store does not even deserve one star, it's a shame that I can't give them zero stars. I came to pick up a prescription for some antacid and the wait was almost two hours. Initially we were told that it would be only 45 minutes but when I came to pick them up I was told that it be another hours. I had a second prescription in which I was told they were out of stock. I came to this pharmacy because is so close to my house but from now on I will be taking my business elsewhere. I don't recommend this pharmacy. Try somewhere else where they are ready to serve you.

Pharmacy staff shuttered the window literally in my wife's face because we were a minute or two after their scheduled closing time, even though they hadn't closed the window they were rude in telling us they were closed and they weren't going to serve us. That would never have happened in a Walgreens store. This CVS never has enough people working the pharmacy, causing long lines to check out and delays in getting prescriptions filled, up to three days in some cases.

This store does not even deserve one star. Staff is disrespectful and rude! Please teach your employees good customer service skills, especially the Melissa girl. Unfortunately I would not be going here anymore. I try to give this store a chance every time because it’s so close to my house but I prefer to go far but have a staff that cares and values their customers.

They need to pay attention to inventory. I bought a bottle of roll on perfume and when I got home...the cap was gone and roll on bottle empty! The shelves were have empty. I paid for an empty bottle.

The absolute worst drive thru EVER! I don't know if it is incompetent customers or the workers but you should not have to sit in a drive thru for OVER 30 minutes. Drive thru is for pick up ONLY!!!

It's a CVS not a photo studio, develop your own pictures at home. Anyway this CVS is great they always have drinks or snacks on sale. Always have what I'm looking for and the staff is helpful.
