Great pharmacy and helpful, polite technicians. At this location the technicians will schedule a date and time that is convenient for you to pick up your prescription if you request. Plus, they are open 24 hours store and all. I get mine at 5 in the morning and they have it ready. All I have to do is call them and schedule a time with Carla and she will take the time to do so when my meds need a refill. Never fear Carla is here. I also never had a waiting problem either which is common for most pharmacies. There hard work pays off.

I had No idea there was a care service inside CVS. They were all so helpful and listening to my concerns about my health. The three female health providers at 103rd/Pulaski location were Awesome! They didn't rush me, they answered all my questions, were friendly, comforting and professional. If needed I would definitely come back for an appointment. I thank you and so appreciate your care of me❣️

Half of the store is under lock and key. Good luck finding an employee to help you. It’s very shady in here. I always feel like I might walk in during a robbery. This is Mt Greenwood not Englewood.

Next to an ER, a pharmacy has got to be your most trusted partner in health. Went there today. They were closed for lunch. When did that start? If my insurance would let me go elsewhere I would in a New York minute. So disrespectful of their customers. Get with it CVS.Went there again today. Waited in line for 20 minutes. Got to drive thru at 11:32.Closed for lunch at 11:30

This used to be a great store. Now, it seems corporate has decided not to care. The store is dirty, and the shelves are lacking. The pharmacy has become the worst cvs pharmacy. It used to be the best.The front end, usually no cashier, have to hunt someone down to pay for your purchases. Now they put in self checkout, and they are horrible!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I’ve been on hold 3 separate times today each hold exceeding 45 minutes resulting in me having to hang up. My father watched the prescription driver pull away with his medicine… and I can’t seem to speak with someone about the next steps.

For years I was frustrated with the customer care but recently I've had some serious health issues and I've called A few times to discuss medications and devices, and the pharmacist could not be more helpful. Yesterday I spoke with the kindest woman ever (pharmacist)!! I can't thank her enough for her knowledge and kindness.

Service is slow and the workers always make it sound like you’re inconveniencing them. I ordered two posters and went to pick them up two days later. I was told the poster printer wasn’t working when I got there and no one thought to call me or let me know there would be a delay. A few days later I get a call saying they’re ready so I go to pick them up and they said it wasn’t them who called. What?? Literally the worst CVS I think in a 50 mile radius. Please do not go here.

I'm not sure when it became illegal to fill your prescription at any pharmacy you wanted, regardless if they're in my insurance network or not. I told them I'd like to just pay for my prescription and I was told no we can't take cash you will have to find a pharmacy that takes your insurance. Weird seeing how my insurance stated that if I have it filled out of network I would just have to pay for it and I wouldn't be reimbursed. Also I've paid cash for this exact same prescription at my previous pharmacy and was only switching pharmacys after 3 years because my pharmacy is always out of my medication. So I'd stay away from any cvs if it's not in network because they won't fill it and wont call and tell you neither.

I've had a problem with nearly every script I've had sent to this location. Sometimes they've even refused to fill them, pointing the finger at my doctor or insurance.I've spent too much time on the phone with all 3. Both my insurance company and my physician both say the problems have been on the pharmacy's end. On top of that when I try to clear it up the pharmacy's story keeps changing. I'm now confident this CVS is the issue.If you want some details: My most recent issue was with a script calling for two 15 MG pills a day. CVS gave me thirty 15 MG pills and called it a month's supply. Then they refused to to refill it once it was out. My doctor was baffled and ordered a change of the script, and CVS refused saying my insurance company denied it. My insurance company says they never received any confirmation or requests suggesting that it was likely still on file at CVS. I checked again and CVS said they never recieved a change order or new script. I called my doctor's office back and they verified it was sent. Calling the CVS back, they now said they had it all along but they could only give it to me if I paid 100% out of pocket. I demanded clarification, and the pharmacist scolded me about using a swear word [which honestly I did - I was frustrated] and then abruptly hung up. I called back and announced this time I was recording the call and was told the only script they had on file was from the first of the month, which they still couldn't refill.Long story short, I think the pharmacists are probably getting high on their own supply.

place is literally THE worst!!!!!!’ called me twice and texted me twice for my prescriptions and ive come twice and there’s either a terrible long line or something is messed up with the prescription. finally was able to pick up but had to come in the middle of the night!

Pharmacist Amy Pokrajac went above and beyond to help me get a partial refill of my backordered medication. When I picked up my prescription, she had even included a handwritten list of other locations that may have the rest of the medication in stock. I really appreciate that she took the time to do that for me. Great customer service!

I dropped off 2 prescriptions (9 pills total) at 4:30pm. They were busy, and they said it would be 1-2 hours, fine, and they would call me when it was ready. After 3.5 hours l called and was told it would be 30 minutes more. I went over there 45 mins later, went to pick up and was told the presctiptions would be ready in 40 mins. Then the pharm asst just turned and walked away. I said "No", I recounted the whole time frame, told them that after oral surgery my wife was in pain and that this was ridiculous. I got the prescriptions in about 5 mins. Why is it necessary to go through all of this. When I went to the pharmacy at 8:45pm they were not busy, I was the only one at pick up. It should not be like this.

Tried filling a prescription and got a call the next day to get the spelling of my name correct. It was ready later that night, but that's too long for antibiotics. What's the point of a drive through if it's slow. I was never notified when it was ready and it took 30 minutes to get someone on the phone.

Pharmacist Fade refused to fill a prescription for my daughter. If they are behind who knew they could refuse to take a prescription. You may want to call because 24 hours doesn't mean they will fill it. We were told to wait until next shift comes in a hour later . Customer services skills were HORRIBLE. I didn't feel like a valuable customer here.

Over the past 6 months my waits for the drive up has been no less than 25 minutes. Today I'm currently waiting and its already 15 minutes. There were 3 cars when I pulled in only 1 has been helped. 2 more cars to go. If I had the time to come back I would except I have tried all different times to avoid these lines. CVS you are becoming ridiculous. Stay away...

The COVID testing minute clinic is very rude and obnoxious. I told her I signed in my phone and everything for the appointment and she was saying I was here after I had checked in the kiosk machine and everything before the 10 min grace period. Need to do better customer service

Never go to Pharmacy at this location. The people who are working in the Pharmacy department are liars and not devoted to the work they are doing.I have prescription there and told by someone that it will arrive by two days and after two days I went there to pickup but nothing arrived. After that I told them to forward my prescription to nearby CVS Pharmacy even its not forwarded there until I visited Pharmacy 2 times and called them 3 times.It really sucks 👎👎👎

Always an issue with 3 month Rx. Went today received less than 3 month supply. Was told it would be cheaper to do one month supply. Got home only 14 day supply in bag. Called to get corrected was told I had to wait 1.5 hours for the regular pharmacist to arrive. Went back was told that the price was for the 14 day so there was no savings at all and the pharmacy tech, not the pharmacist, took care of getting me my regular 3 month supply. Just a joke.

The employees are not friendly at all. The pharmacy tech was snappy and rude. Loudly announced to the whole line what prescription I was picking up. This is an older CVS and it shows. They need a remodel and new employees.

This place is terrible. I have to go there because of my insurance. It's always some kind of inconvenience last time I was picking up my medicine there was 11 people in line in front of me and it didn't move for 20 minutes customer service is non-existent. I don't know how they stay in business. I'm hoping it is just this location it's a shame I have to switch to a different location that is farther from my house because it's always something here I'm not just complaining about waiting in a long line. Walgreens puts them to shame

Melissa the pharmacist ( if you want to call her that) is extremely discriminatory towards people who are handicapped and have to take opioids to function! She lied at time of pickup to say “ we are out of stock” when in fact it was verified at 4:41pm, 5:58 pm, 7:21pm and following day at 12:00 pm that I gave MEDICATION WAS IN STOCK THE WHOLE TIME.! Per Corey the pharmacy manager after filing complaint against Mellisa Corey said It was in stock! So that is discrimination and she pried into my health issues and Melissa thought she knew more than the doctor who prescribed the medication for the 4th month in a row! CVS is looking at a lawsuit along with Melissa! I have a total of three witnesses who were present for the entire discrimination!

I wouldn't give this particular store any starts. Because we always have issues with the pharmacy. They never have our meds ready, even though they say it is. They have filled the wrong prescription more than once. They take at least 10 minutes to answer the phone. One pharmacist will be able to add a coupon, but another won't know what she's doing. So if you can, go to a different CVS, just to avoid any problems.

Waited for 40 minutes at the Minute Clinic and was next in line. I was told that a person who was 15 minutes late had an appointment that would last an hour and that I would be seen after her. Called CVS cooperate and was told appointments don't exist there. On top of that I felt horrible. Felt scammed. Never again.

Never seen a slower drive thru than this CVS location. Doesn’t matter what time of day they are consistently slow. Must be taking their own Valium.
