We’ve been in a couple of times to this location and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful, but not overbearing. We’re newer to CBD and on our last visit, we appreciated the advice and help given to us by Ryan. He took the time to explain to us the recommended use and dosage of some caramels that we ended up buying. Very helpful!

Had been dealing with a lot of sleep issues and tried everything, thc wasn't helping at all anymore! Then I came into this store and was listened to! Feels so different from going to a pharmacy, Ryan was very kind and recommended some CBN gummies that my husband and I both take together at night and it's been perfect. Thanks Ryan!

I had an amazing time at the Andersonville CBD Kratom. I only came for 1pack of d9 lollipops and Bec instantly told me about a Summer bundle deal that included d9 drinks/ Moonrock joints. I purchased the Summer bundle with the drinks and Bec suggested I try the limited edition Summer Pop soda and CBN gummies for sleep. Spent more than expected, but the products and the service was on point . I highly recommend Cbd Kratom products and customer service it's top notch 👌

Just came in, and this was my first time. I was looking for honey sticks and, A masked gentleman with long hair ,offered to “help” but mostly just watched me. After purchasing what I was looking for, The woman who also worked there tried to up sale me and I corrected her. Don’t do that, trying to up sale someone whose first time in the shop is NOT okay. Because you didn’t try to up sale the middle aged white women who came in after me and they’d been there before for gummies as they stated.

We visited the store with LOTS of questions! Thankfully, Marti R. was there and was very kind and sweet. She took her time explaining everything, and answering all of our questions. She was well versed in all of the products and what would be best for us. She had recommendations but never pushy. The store was bright, clean, and set up well. We felt we had purchased quality products at a very good store that we will be visiting often.

I had never been there before. I went for a friend with a lot of pain and knew of this place . The man there, Austin< was able to answer all of my questions. He was friendly and knew the answer to every question. I will return again. I now have returned again and this time Samantha was the helper. She was excellent in helping me make choices. There is an amazing variety of products and selections. I purchased a sample size of a product I want to try. Great idea to have sample sizes for purchase!

So I arrived here almost 30 min before they were closing cause I need something to stay sleeping since lately I was waking up at 4-5 am automatically. Both Ladies working were super professional and courteous, it was my first time visiting a CBD store and they helped me to choose the right item. I really like their customer service and how nice they both were, I highly recommend this place. In terms on the items I bought, it didn't work much to me but I will continue to stop be here to check maybe different items or milligram to help me with my sleep issues.

Rode my bike here from work, out of my way, on a Saturday (10/1) night and when I got there they were already locked up…I checked my phone and it was 9:55. The two staff members acknowledged me outside, but wouldn’t take my business. I waited until they closed at 10pm, while they stood there. Very poor service.Long time customer and it was a let down. I will continue to rely on other vendors online for Kratom.

I have visited CBD Kratom Andersonville since I moved here, and from the very moment I set foot in the shop, I was greeted with courtesy, and top notch knowledge of all the product in the store. Azalea, has helped me from Edibles, to Tinctures, Kratom, to Bath Bombs, and even a dog harness and leash. No matter the question, she was always able to answer promptly, accurately, and above all, never made me feel inferior, due to my lack of knowledge. The staff are always super friendly and having spent more than 2 and a half months on crutches from surgeries, they have been so kind to bring me product curbside in my car during the cold. Bee is always so helpful, even when I can’t find parking right in front. They have vast knowledge on the products and can help you with whatever your needs are! Thank you Bee!
