I recently boarded my cat at Canine Crews for a two week vacation, much longer than I’d ever left her. Drop off was super easy, and I was happy to see that her kitty condo was much larger than I’d expected, and that she was close to the window so she could watch passers by, one of her favorite pastimes. Pick up was super smooth as well, and she’d obviously been well cared for.Typically I hire a sitter to check in on her once a day, and when I get back she’s always incredibly anxious and clingy, no doubt because she’s been mostly alone for several days. When I picked her up from Canine Crees she was happy and relaxed, a testament to how comfortable she’d been during her stay. I’ll definitely book them again!

We just moved to Chicago and I need boarding for my large 5 year old dog, Gabriel. I did some research and we tried out Canine Crews. Gabriel has boarded twice and absolutely loves it! The staff is warm and friendly and very experienced in handling my big guy. He is always excited to go there and it’s a relief for me to know he is happy. It’s a great place.

Canine Crews has been the best day care/boarding place we've ever tried. Everyone on the staff is so friendly, helpful, and attentive. I love that we get pictures of our pup when he stays there, and he always comes home tuckered out but not overly exhausted. Their training programs have been phenomenal; very informative and easy for us to keep up with at home. Could not recommend them highly enough!

The Canine Crews team has truly been a wonderful partner in the care of our big pup Bronx. Rottweilers aren't always received well in a lot of places and Bronx is a big boy...but at CC, they have just loved him like he is their own. They are always communicating with us to let us know how he is fitting in. They have grooming and boarding services as well as a great day school training program that has helped us reinforce his training. I am grateful I found them!

Scheduled trial day online and received email on how to submit vet records before then. When I arrived, I was greeted and they correctly guessed which dog she was. Had a quick chat about the dog and off she went. Got a text update with photo in the afternoon that she was playing well and behaving. Now she is ready to be boarded when we go on vacation. Thank you, Canine Crews!

Canine Crews has been amazing with my hyper/sometimes reactive rescue boy. Their Mindfulness Day School was designed for pups like mine and we’ve seen so much progress in the months he’s been going there. I also love that we get progress reports and I can partner with the trainers if there’s something specific I want him to work on, and he loves the 1:1 attention from his school friends.

We boarded Oakley for Thanksgiving. He had a great time, which was captured on Canine Crews social media. The staff was very attentive and always answered my check-ins in a timely manner. Oakley is always excited to go and loves playtime with all the dogs and getting tons of attention from the staff. The staff are always friendly and super responsive to any questions I might have. We usually just board him since I work from home, but will be looking to do a few days a week in daycare in the new year since he loves it so much.

This has been the absolute best place for our young cat when on long trips! The staff are warm and friendly, the electronic process is easy to use, and pick up/drop off is a breeze!It is hard to find cat boarding where we feel comfortable with the set up.If you need to board a cat, 100% recommend!

The location, staff and overall services was exactly what we wanted for a potential doggy day care and boarding.We had a trial day for our reactive dog and while it didn't work out after 1-2 hours of dropping him off (no fault of the Canine Crews or the staff), I appreciate the crew informing us.With that said, they do offer something called Mindful Day school which is something we are also looking at.Overall, it seems that the services cater to all dog types and all dog personalities.

Canine Crews has been a lifeline to help us socialize our busy puppy during the pandemic. Since starting daycare twice a week, we've noticed a huge shift in her behavior and confidence in meeting new dogs. She's clearly picking up on boundaries and learning how to positively play.We love seeing how excited our Bertie is when we drop her off in the morning and with the warm welcome she receives from the staff, it's clear how much care and affection she gets during her day. We're so happy to have found a place like Canine Crews, we'll be sending Bertie there for years to come.

My 1 yr old dog is high energy and has high- anxiety. Canine Crews have worked with him to get acclimated in their environment. He loves it there and is super happy to play all day with others with the same energy. CC keeps me updated with how he is doing and how I can work with him at home, so he continues to have good experiences at CC. Overall, I am very happy with their communication and care of my super high-energy pup.

Our puppy Noodles is like our child, and it feels amazing to know that she’s in professional care while playing with her friends at Canine Crews! I especially appreciate that the staff there is all trained in using positive methods only. Our puppy has been going weekly since she was 3 months old and has made so many friends there. The staff there is so kind, and I can tell they genuinely care about our pup. They always share any updates via text or during pickup, like if Noodles was being EXTRA playful and energetic that day. I know they’re monitoring playtime and that they really have gotten to know our pup well. Noodles is always wriggling in joy as soon as we arrive to drop her off, and she comes home relaxed and tired. We are boarding our pup soon for a weekend, and it’s the first time I’ve been able to leave on a trip and feel completely relaxed about my dog’s experience. I know it’ll be like a fun staycation for her! Other plus — they post random stories to IG throughout the day and it’s always fun when our pup makes an appearance :)

My dog had a great experience at Canine Crews! The staff was so kind and took their time explaining everything to me when I dropped him off for his temperament day. You can tell they really care about all the animals within their care and have strict standards in place to maintain a safe environment. It's so sweet how they sent my pup home with me with a goody bag and report card! I'm looking forward to taking him there weekly.

I love the care Canine Crews shows to clients. I brought my very energetic puppy here for a trial day and they answered all my questions, walked me through the entire process, gave me a call mid day to let me know how it was going, and even posted my pup to their social channels so I could see him enjoying his first day with them. Love Canine Crews!!! My dog has been coming here since he was born 10 years ago and he loves it!! It is like puppy camp to him. Very happy to have my 4 year old dog attend daycare at Canine Crews twice a week. The team is very focused and attentive and I appreciate the update text sent during her time there each day. We just had a wonderful experience with canine crews and our dog's unexpected 13 day stay. I say unexpected as we were part of the winter storm flight cancellation issues so we were out of town longer than expected but CC made us feel so much calmer by seamlessly accommodating our travel concerns. Our dog, Lucy, came back healthy and happy and we appreciated their text and photo updates during her stay. We will be using their services again in the future.

Canine Crews was recommended by the kennel where my dog boarded in Michigan. What a great recommendation! The kindness and caring communicated in our first contact carried through Peanut’s first visit yesterday. Her schedule for the day was thoroughly explained and time was taken at the end of the day to explain how she fared, even though a report of her day was tucked in the back of goodies provided. We are very lucky to be part of the Canine Crews family. We have a very energetic and playful puppy Teagan who is often still bouncing when we all need a nap! After a day at Canine Crews he is finally a mellow napping dude, instead of a mischief maker. And we love that he can also have a spa day at daycare and come home wearing a shiny coat and manicured nails. He waits for us by the car so he can get to go to Canine Crews each morning! We've been taking our reactive pup to Canine Crews MINDful Day School for a month now and can't be happier with how much attention that he gets. My husband and I (along with our dog) absolutely love Canine Crews! We really appreciate the different groups for size and temperament, especially since our pup is on the smaller end (15 lb). Staff is professional and communicative, and we can tell they really do care for the dogs. They also have fun themed events around holidays, do “class photos” and offer parties for birthdays. Our dog’s experience with Canine Crews has been a real bright spot during the pandemic! Her confidence has grown and we’ve avoided separation anxiety issues. Highly recommend!
