I don’t usually do reviews of anything but doing one now because of how great Miranda and everyone else here is. I brought home my dog Mac 7 months ago after his previous owners returned him to the shelter. He is leash reactive (we’re working on it, slowly) so walking him can be a handful sometimes but they do such a great job with him. I’ve also had him groomed here before. I would recommend Bow Wow to anyone.

I'm Happy I gave Bow Wow Meow a call. I don't drive so being able to walk over with my pets was helpful. Miranda is Very pleasant to work with. She cuts my cat Onyx's nails. Her associate took care of my elderly dog Athena's nails.(Athena Loves the treats!) The Goodwill Miranda showed in operating her business will keep me a steady customer.

Randi was super communicative with me, and Ariyanna took care of Bear yesterday! he was so happy and shiny, and we can't get over his new haircut (: we'll be back plenty when he's ready for another grooming, and we are super interested in the pet sitting services as we also have three cats! thanks again for everything!

We get our Wrigley groomed and have him walked twice a week. 1st I would like to say the grooming is excellent from the price, customer service & grooming. The dog walking service is amazing! Wrigley loves his walkers Miranda & Melissa! He’s always excited when they come and a very happy pup when he comes home! Once we left his leash in a friends car which meant no walk that day so I texted both Miranda & Melissa asking if they sold leashes and both responded with “I have a spare you can use”! Love this level of service! I can’t say enough about this place, 5 stars all around!!

Miranda and her team are very organized and professional and always make sure my dog is happy ! Whether it be walking my dog or putting her into the boarding I come back to my happy dog! I have had zero issues with the business so I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a place to leave their dog or cat with!

Miranda and the whole team at Bow Wow Meow are fantastic! I’m a professional bartender who works long hours, and if it weren’t for them I don’t know how I would keep my Buster boy happy! Not only do they help me walk Buster multiple times a week, but on the rare occasion I get to vacation, I use Bow Wow Meow to board Buster as well. He loves his walkers and he really loves boarding! Miranda and her team are great with communication and always send me adorable updates and any pertinent information about Buster or his walk. I couldn’t recommend their service more!

We used Bow Wow Meow for overnight pet sitting. Miranda was awesome to work with setting everything up. Gretchen as our pet sitter and she was great! She scheduled a meet and great with us beforehand to meet our pup and took really god care of him while we were gone. She communicated with us the whole time so we never had to worry! Will def use again.

This is the worst pet-sitting service I've ever used in my entire life. I hired Miranda and her team to watch my two cats for two weeks. In that time, they cleaned the litter box zero times, killed all of my house plants by not watering them, hiked up my thermostat 10 degrees in Chicago winter without asking, and worst of all: gave two full-grown cats a single can of cat food to split, once every two days. My cats very literally almost starved to death. When we spoke with them about their poor service, we were given nothing but excuses. Do not hire them if you value your pets at all.

Maranda is very unprofessional. My son and I decided not to continue services because we have chosen another groomer. I personally contacted the groomer and thanked her for blocking off time and she was very understanding. Maranda decided to take it upon herself to question my son and accuse him of being a liar because we decided to go with another dog groomer. Again it was very unprofessional and not appreciated at all. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE.

Our dog, Jessa has had only one previous grooming (at a Big Chain Pet Store) and it was a disaster -- given back a damp, smelly dog.Decided to try Miranda V. & BowWowMeow Purrfressonal Petcare in Chicago. Wow, what a difference... Jessa was dry, silky smooth & smelled great! Kudo's to Miranda's Groomer, Mo -- a real pro... even suggested the right type of "Shedless" brush to get AND told me about an Animal Welfare Facility that does Dental Cleaning for $350 LESS than the Vet.Best $$ ever spent on Jessa... am a Customer for Life!R A Rosen, Chicago

I asked for a birthday cake for Rufus' 1st bday, and decided we wanted the cake to be in the shape of his favorite toy, Mr. Bill (from SNL), and it came out PERFECT! Very very happy with the quality and quick turnaround (requested the cake yesterday). Highly recommend for anyone looking for doggie treats!

Took 4 1/2 hours (i had to cancel my plans) and then was charge $10 extra dollars on top of the $65 i was quoted. My dog wasnt that matted cause i brushed him and trimmed him myself a few days before. Anyway, last time i go there. So disappointed with his cut too. Nothing special.
