Great store for the fur babie. We're only buy the bones there, but they have an awesome selection. Some of the stuff is gross, but my dog loves duck heads? Who would have known.But they have great selection of ordinary style treats as well. I believe they are all natural, healthy and stuff like that.Did I mention duck heads yet?

Excellent selection of premium pet food and toys. I love shopping here for exciting catnip items for my cat, I can always count on them for a great selection of high-quality toys (made with natural materials) which don't fall apart immediately after getting home!

I love this place. Great selection for my furry 10 year old German Shepherd child; snacks and toy selection. Staff is so welcoming and they are great at helping make suggestions for your pet. This store upon entering may look dog focused, but they do have a great assortment for the purr babies as well. If you're looking for high quality food, treats and toys for your child this is the place to be.

Hello,I’m so grateful for the staff at Bentleys on Wells. The manager and Marilyn certainly care about the neighbors.For the last several months Marilyn has been so conscientious taking the time to bring my items to my vehicle and always asking how I’m feeling. She’s aware I need surgery for a meniscus tear. She states, “I won’t let you limp into the store” in which I am so grateful for.Keep on the good work work and thank you Marilyn for your sincere kindness.

It was fun! Though cat toys or gifts were low in supply, those they stock were a great assortment. I spent too much on Bella, my cat. That is a testament to the great customer service. Clean, organized, but no pile cat scratchers. ENJOY!

Recently went here to pick up some food for my bully breed on the way home from work. Don’t normally stop here, but have a few times in the past half a year. Same helpful staff was there helped me find a new food that worked with my pits allergy issues. noticed they were under new management and have to say it’s an improvement. I was assisted immediatly upon entering the small store, by Elisa, and every question I had, was met with a sensible helpful answer . I would recommend stopping here to any of my friends looking to improve the health and diet of their pet, or just looking for a more friendly experience when buying their pet food. Nvmd 5 stars. Location is 10/10!!

This cute little pet shop is my FAVORITE of all the Bentley's pet stuff not only because of the convenient location but because the staff members here are extremely friendly and eager to help. Marty always remembers my name and she is a very good conversationalist who makes my visits here a real treat. Last month this location had customer appreciation week so there were goody grab bags for cats and dogs and FREE 12 oz bags of ACANA brand dog food for all the customers to help themselves to. My cat's favorite wet foods were also half off and both my pets are large giant breeds so all these savings and free samples truly helped me keep my two pets happy and well fed. Every time I come to this location there are either treats on sale and or plenty of high grade samples available to take home to my pets. Marty has a very helpful, upbeat attitude and all the staff here seems to genuinely enjoy greeting everyone's pets as they come through the door. There are many items here that my Schaumburg location doesn't carry so I'm so happy that this particular location is so well stocked with my cat's most favorite brands. This store is cleanly, cheerful and threw the best customer appreciation party of all the locations I've visited. Old town just has that super friendly neighborhood vibe I crave and I try and find excuses to visit this particular Bentley's often.

Customer service has declined. Today I went to the store just before closing, I told the associate that it will take 1 minute - which it did- & the associate told mei only have only 3 minutes. She didn’t offer to help me and in the end she even made me to flip the open sign to close while we were in the middle of our transaction.This has not been the 1st time. Same associate-another day, she didn’t even want to find the price of an item I was about to purchase.

Lots of gear for your spoiled pet! We got our dog some sweatshirts here, treats every time we walk by and the occasional stuffed animal. The staff is very nice and always gives our dog a treat when we visit. No wonder why he loves it!

This place is a little pricey, for the staffing, not trying to assist you, when you come in, I came here to buy a small coat for my dog, that cost me, $62.00 taxes included.... there were a woman standing around doing nothing, I thought that she was a customer, and not once, did she ask me, could she help me, l was so annoyed of her behavior that I started to walk out, she was more concerned about going on her vacation then trying to assist the customers

The store is poorly kept and significantly overpriced. Bentley's market itself as a "green" store, but it's a mirage to justify marked up prices. I recommend supporting an actual local pet store.

The employees are so nice and helpful and they always have free samples. They also have some great sales and events and they are very accommodating for returns and exchanges if your pet doesn't like what you've purchased.
