We knew we were lucky to live in close proximity to such a great daycare and boarding facility for our very social and high-energy dog, but since moving to another neighborhood and experiencing some alternatives, it's become very clear just how fantastic Bark Bark Club is. Honestly, we really miss them (and so does Captain Jack!).

We've been taking our dog for grooming. Staff is always helpful and friendly.Lots of healthy treats are available on-site, and CBD infused treats as well.Got some "Suzie's Hearts" for the Air&Water show weekend, and our slightly cray 6 pound Chihuahua-Yorkie mix was totally calm while the planes echoed through the neighborhood.Just to be clear, It's not a vet clinic, so don't expect to take your pup for o shots or thermometers up through the ... but it's a great place to spoil your dog.

This is our dog’s favorite place in the world. She would go to daycare every day if she could.As for us, we like that the place is clean, well-stocked, convenient, and that every staff member we’ve interacted with have been incredibly friendly and accommodating. We’ve taken our pup for a few days of daycare to Bark Bark Club and we are super happy. When he arrives in the mornings, he wags his tail so excitedly that the hind legs skid in the floor. The staff is friendly and very caring. After the first day we bought the daycare package, knowing we’ll use the service frequently. Next up is a (much needed) grooming session!

I took my dog to get his nails trimmed and they did nothing, his nails looked the same. I got charged $17 plus tip. I had to take him to Kriser’s to get his nails trimmed again, they charged me about the same $$ for nail trim and grind, they did a great job.

It's a one stop shop! They do an excellent job grooming our pup and walking him. We have boarded him here on a few occasions and he loves all their great treats and toys! The staff is excellent. They have done a great job with all of the services we have used, they are reliable, friendly and it is very clear that they really love and care about animals. After a horrible experience at a differently place, we decided to give Bark Bark a try and we have loved it!! They do a temperament test to make sure your dog will be a good fit, then you have to participate in day care two different days before your pet is allowed to board with them. We just had our mini schnauzer stay for a couple of days and he seemed to have loved it, rushed to go inside at drop off and came out wagging his tail at pick up!

Bark Bark Club has been an amazing resource for us since we have lived in Edgewater. They have cared for our black lab and accommodated her every need. She can’t be crated, so they accommodate that with in-and-out grooming. We drop her off and they call us when they are done. They are thoughtful and caring, and we love them so much!!! Highly recommend!

This place takes care of our dogs nails and glands often because they’re part hound dogs! These people are open often, fairly proved and friendly while they speedily take care of your dogs needs. They also board, full groom and sell lots of food/accessory options for dogs and cats. Definitely a good spot to frequent if you have pets. Our dogs below are super happy with their needs taken care of 🐕!

The staff at the Bark Bark Club is great. Whether we bring the pups in for grooming or day care, everyone is friendly to us and our two Dachshund puppies! Ask for the Dremal cut for your dogs nails, it doesn't hurt as much.

We as humans love this place, and more importantly our two dogs love it as well. The staff is amazing and really do treat our dogs as if they are their own dogs. This makes us more comfortable dropping them off for daycare or boarding. Also they sell lots of dog toys/treats/food! We love bark bark and will continue to use them for our doggie needs.

This review is long overdue, but I can't say enough good things about Bark Bark Club. Our dog is quite anxious and they worked with her to slowly introduce her to day care and eventually boarding. We've boarded her there quite frequently over the past several months, and she is so well taken care of. Also love their no-crate boarding. And the staff are all so friendly and always super responsive. Highly recommend.

My dog really struggled with seperation anxiety when I first dropped him off, but now he is always so excited when I drop him off here everyday for daycare. He loves all of the staff members there. My roommate brought his pup to this place for one day of boarding and he came back terrified and scared. When we went to talk to the person at the front counter , all she did was roll her eyes and tell us that the dog was fine and they didn’t do anything wrong, yet we heard a man in the back yelling profanity at other dogs. We will never go back here and advise others not to come as well. So dissapointed, who doesn’t know how to work with dogs at an establishment that boards dogs? Zero stars.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I am legally blind and have a guide dog. Bark Bark Club came highly recommended from a good friend who utilizes their services for her guide dog. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My dog always comes back smelling great and feeling soft.I love the variety of treats and food they carry. And my favorite are the super cute bandannas my dog gets. Although I have not used the daycare services if its anything like their grooming then I know it will be top notch and my dog is in great hands. Bring your pups here, you’ll receive excellent service!

Bark Bark Club is his absolute favorite place on the planet for fun and care. Especially when he needs stimulation and love from other amazing humans and fellow canines. It’s also a great option when I need a break or some time to do important tasks. Bark Bark Club is a fabulous doggy day care, as well as offering a long list of other services. When I ask Buddy if he would like to “go play with his friends” he goes absolutely berserk with excitement! We always start singing the song “I’m so excited, I just can’t hide it, I’m about to lose control and I think I LIKE IT!” He even knows when I’m on the phone to Bark Bark Club to make an appointment! I've been coming here for years to groom my two dogs and I couldn't be happier with the quality of service provided. My dogs are quite a handful (with one having anxiety), but the folks at Bark Bark always make the grooming process an enjoyable one for everyone involved. In fact, my dogs get excited once they enter the building and greet the ladies like old time friends!

We have spent several months now trying to undo 30 minutes of time at bark bark club. I do not know why they “temperament test” a dog with 35 other dogs in the room; however since our experience, my 1 year old dog is terrified when dogs approach him.I wouldn’t trust sending my dog here, their lack of professional knowledge changed my dogs behavior potentially forever. Bark Bark Club has taken care of my dog Tito and my late cat John for over 10 years. They are caring and professional and the entire staff is always cheerful because they love what they do. I would recommended them very highly because they are the best in the industry.My dog always look like a puppy, his hair is soft and shiny and his tale is always wagging proud after a visiting the Bark Bark Club.I have also used their boarding and dog walking services and they are as impressive in that area as well. Their professionalism and understanding of the bonds between your pet and you is superb. When they take care of your dog while you are out of town they keep you posted on your dog's well-being and that makes you feel better when away.Finally, I have also rented their facilities to celebrate my dog birthday and they made the experience once to never be forgotten. I had over 10-dogs in that birthday party and the Bark Bark Club staff had games planned to keep them entertained.So if you have a dog or a cat you need to make friends with the friendly, awesome and professional staff at the Bark Bark Club. You know the saying, "you need a town to raise a dog/cat" and that town of loving dog/cat people is the, Bark Bark Club.

Not equipped for puppy care for owners returning to work full-time. From my assessment and experience they do not provide the necessary environment or engagement that a 15-week old puppy needs nor the support for someone who works full-time and has been asked to return to working in person by their employer.I’m writing this review so that you are informed especially if you’ve been recently asked to return to the office and are having a difficult time navigating the complex and limited day care options in the city.

I have been coming here for dog services for about 7 years. Mostly grooming for my first dog. Walking, grooming, day care for my second dog. I have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This is somewhere you can trust that your pet, who is probably a big part of your family and life, will be safe and cared for 100%.

We use Bark Bark Club for daily lunchtime walks during the week for our pooch. They are extremely organized, their staff really love the animals, and I can’t tell you how many times they’ve gone above and beyond. They’re super accomodating with schedule changes and are up front about all their policies. I can’t say enough about the whole operation. We’ve also used their grooming services and enjoy their retail selection for treats. It’s coming up on 1 year since our dog adopted me and my husband and Bark Bark Club feels like part of the family.

Amazing place! Our dog loves it and we do too. Whether it's for grooming, day care or boarding they always take great care of him and send us pictures when we're away for a few days. Their retail shop is also great, they can deliver the big bags of food to our place. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a dog in the neighborhood.

This review is long overdue because the owners and staff of Bark Bark Club have provided a second home for our goldendoodle for the past 7 years. Sadly, he passed away last week, prompting me to reflect yet again on how fortunate my husband and I, and our dog himself, have been to be part of the Bark Bark family. They were, and always will be, part of our family. They loved and cared for our pup as if he were their own, and there's no greater comfort for a pet parent than that. And, our dog always loved going there - he sometimes hurt our feelings with his eagerness to join his buddies in the Bark Bark pack. (He even got a girlfriend there, we were informed. But all dogs are neutered/spayed, so no worries.)We regularly used all their services (daycare, boarding, walking, retail, grooming), and always had excellent service and results. The best part of my day, many days, was the friendliness of the BBC staff. Patty, Elizabeth, Carly, Heather, and the many others we worked with were unfailingly professional, compassionate, and efficient. Some of the highlights were extra treats for our boy when we'd pick him up from daycare, advice about diets and products, reminders of deadlines, free food delivery, frequent buyer programs, and so many more. Bottom line is that they and we were completely aligned in making our dog's life the very best possible.A special shout out to David and the walkers. We had a number of bad experiences with walkers prior to coming to BBC, and I can report that the BBC walkers are the best. As owners, you care who has access to your home and your pet when you're not there, and I can say that we never had a single missed walk or any kind of problem. In fact, we would occasionally run into walkers in the neighborhood when they were off duty, and they and our dog would run to each other. It's clear that our pup was consistently loved and treated well when we weren't around. And, as an unexpected bonus, we now have a nice photo archive built on the pics the walkers include in their daily reports to owners. I also really like that BBC is quite progressive in the wages it pays its walkers.I cannot recommend Bark Bark Club highly enough. We are very sad at the loss of our sweet doodle, of course, but also very sad that we won't get to work with BBC on the daily. If we ever get another dog, you know where we'll be.
