The shelves are constantly empty and the produce rots by the time you get it home. The staff do the best they can and are very friendly. This store is on the corner of a food desert and needs to be stocked better to serve the community.

Hate coming here but it's the closest grocery store. Feels like you could get robbed or assaulted at any time. There's always sketchy dudes hanging out at the door. Sketchy people hanging around inside that aren't shopping. At least the cashiers are interested in getting you out of there quickly

I went to two ALDI locations the one on North ave Grand, and Chicago ave &Kedzie ave The one on grand and North Avenue they have lemons or Limes Has seen to be out of the most fresh stocks greenery herbs.I don't want a chicago avenue seems to have pretty good stock of everything, an surprise ly good customer service

Oh, I love all the my favorite store. My grandma shop there when I was a kid and I still go there although they don’t carry as much as they do in the suburbs still a decent store.

Cool store, the items are always in , love Aldi because it's not too huge also, got a really cool inflatable pool item, an amazing buy, not what you expect to find at The Grocery Market, no long lines, no buyers loyalty clubs so no special card, just you and the things you enjoy.

Store in disarray, only check out lanes open. The employees are super nice and the only reason for 3 stars. Management needs to do better, hire more people or schedule better.

Anytime I search something up online before heading to the store it says available when I get there it’s not available management does a horrible job at keeping their store updated there’s never any workers and the workers are always rude if there is any from the blacks to the Hispanics under serving this community what a shame

First time visiting. Store was clean.The cashier I had today, however, needs to clema her attitude . I had to items bottom with clearance tags. When the price came up higher I asked why.I told her the sign said the item was on clearance. She immediately went off telling me I should read the signs better. The price was right below the item and it had the same name but was faded. She get sup with attitude and follows me. I showed her the price and she ripped the tag off and took it to the manager.She never clarified if the item was correct or not. She simply said they were place dlast night. Both her and manager took thw item off my cart and went to gather the others off the floor.Hmm. It's not my fault someone made an error. She took it out on me regardless

They need to hire some more people to work the registers cause I swear whenever I go in there they only have one line open. They got 6 registers but only 1 be open

My experience is usually good. But their is a cashier their, who seems to always be in hurry, getting people through the line. I told her that she needs to slow down. She had taken some of my items, without realizing I had other items on the conveyer, and she had to ring them up again. Other than that, everything was well. The cashier just needs to take it easy, because no one their in line, seemed to be in a rush, except for her. 🙏Be Blessed!

Store is very small like most of them but this one specifically has absolutely nothing on shelves. It’s disgusting as soon as you walk in and for some reason they’re always low staffed! For Aldi’s to be one so convenient in the neighborhood they sure are very very picky on who they hire and that’s costing them lots of money and customers! Stop being so picky and snooty! It’s Aldi’s. The only grocery store that sells nothing but GENERIC items! Relax

It ok. They need more variety of items in the store. Send somebody out to ask the people what they would like to see in the store. Fore me/my family...we are lactose and need dairy free products. We have to order online or go outside our area to get what we need.

Store was dirty and I mean DIRTY. The shelving were the raw meats are is health concern dirty. Missing lots of product that I really needed. The cashier was real aggressive with my groceries throwing them in the buggy which I had to say to her to handle my items with a little more care. I do not want to purchase hand smashed bread and cart punctured meat. I will NOT shop at this particular aldis again... Very disappointed!!!

This Aldi used to have employees that smiles and greeted people as the came inThe security Guard used to be courteous as well.I took my mom there today and one of the employees almost hit her with the dam forkliftThen I go to the next aisle and she's in the middle of the aisle with the machine to a point that shopping carts couldn't get through and she didn't even bother to move.Bring back the old workers that had better customer service.

I enjoy shopping there. They have items that I want to purchase. Tina is always working the cashier when I go. Lately she has been doing other things. Monique is always on the floor. I know the names because I pay attention to things so I speak to them. And one day Monique which I didn't know her name I spoke to Tina and I said well I look at my receipts that's why. Then I asked her what was her name and said that is why I don't know your name because your always on the floor. Stacy she moves fast she seems to always have a frown on her face. I live to go there.

They don’t have a public restroom!!! I refuse to patronize their business and help them pay bills but they don’t accommodate their customers!!!! I will never spend .1 in this store. The items I was going to purchase I left them because I can’t imagine buying something from a place that a being biased to customers due to the neighborhood. I will be contacting corporate regarding this. As I’m sure it goes against aldis policy

I've been shopping at this location for years. It's a smaller location so it doesn't have all the variety of some of the larger stores. However the communities demographics surrounding the store is changing and I've noticed newer food options from various cultures which I enjoy trying. The store is clean, I feel safe, the staff is friendly, and I save lots of money.

It seems like the cashiers here always have attitudes and aren't very friendly or welcoming. The store was Out of a lot of items... Lettuce and lettuce shreds, didn't see any olives or canned refried beans. And since I've been 3 years ago, the prices have gotten ridiculously high. Very disappointed.
