This Aldi is horrible they never have anything like the Aldi in blue island they charge tax on food stamps all the worker are disrespectful the store look like a ghost the manger really need to upgrade this Aldi I spend $100 and got so much food in blue island but in this store I didn’t get much so much corruption in this world this Aldi need to shut down

I was in and out but the cashier wasn't very friendly 😞 I said hello he didn't respond. I said thank you he didn't respond. I definitely won't be going back to that location!!! That was my first time going to that one. I'm new to the area, thank God I have transportation 😊 Update!!! I've been back to this location several times now 😄 Better!!! I haven't seen the cashier since the very first time I went there.

11-17-23 / 4:55 AM. My shopping experience here was not a good one. First of all, usually when I am in the store, I am working and on a time limit. I wear something around my neck so people can see that I do not work for the store. I do not appreciate people following me around the store or approaching me inside or outside of the store (yelling & screaming at me - asking for carts, money, or about my vehicle). Their reasons are ALWAYS the same. They want to know if I work for the store. Instead of shopping, they are looking to see what phone I am using or what purse I am carrying, then they walk up to me, as if I invited them, and start talking about the items & asking questions. These kind of people are the most annoying. Do they think I came to the store to see them? Did they use their tiny, little brains to think if someone told they puppet behinds to come harass me, that same someone told a million other people to do the same thing. Then the fools act surprised when they clearly see I'm irritated by their stupid, repetitive conversations. Also, store employees join in the ignorance by yelling out "names" of peopleI don't know, as if that means anythingto me. The favorites lately have been LISA & TINA. ALL of you are strangers. When you walk up to people you don't know, don't be hurt if they don't want to speak to you. News Flash: THEY DON'T HAVE TO! Having said, all of the above, INSTACART, has known about every, single incident with random people in stores harassing me for a year because I report it but, they could care less because they do nothing about it. They even send you more orders from stores you have already complained about. They do not compensate you for any of your troubles but, they will ignore you. I believe they send certain people to the stores to harass you & try to make you quit. They do not allow you to RATE your shopper experience on their site, that is why I'm doing it here. The company wants you to do five times the work for the pay you receive. They send orders and snatch them away before you can read them. It is obvious INSTACART is run by unprofessionals, criminal minds or the like. Maybe, they can read, since they have deaf ears. Nobody wants to deal with your bs. Either you have legitimate work or you don't. STOP sending the store customers at me. They won't win & neither will you if you continue to operate business as you do. BULLIES will get dealt with properly! Thank you very much. Oh, and INSTACART, i will continue to rate you, just as you allow your customers to rate me.

Better have a quarter if u need a cart,which is really senseless because the sign says that the carts have wheel lock sensors on them,so my question is why do you have to have a quarter for what's the purpose of this...

This Aldi is ok, I dislike that in our neighborhood, the store offers bad quality fruits and vegetables. But what this Aldi don't have I go to the other in Evergreen Park which is my favorite location to go.

It's nice and convenient cause it's in walking distance but my only hang up is there's never no carts, I remember the first time I went there, there were carts every were I go back the next month and to my surprise no carts and the store was not packed at all, So work on that please

Aldi's is a good place to shop. They used to have much lower prices but not so much now. They have a decent selection on vegetables. I recently went on a Saturday which I normally don't. The checkout line was almost all the way to the back of the store. They had one lane open and they finally opened up a 2nd lane but still my sister & I ended up getting out of the line and leaving.

The customer service was great! I received a cheerful greeting, she wiped down the shopping cart,the store was clean, well stocked (I was able to get everything I needed) employees wore gloves & masks.God Bless You all! Great job!PS. Plexiglass at the cash registers, nice touch.

Other than the unnecessary price hike Aldi is pretty much the same. The aggressiveness makes it difficult to make it through the month because as a consumer more 💰 money is being spent on the same item's with no incentives.

Great prices some items are two and three dollars cheaper than other grocery stores. Good selection of healthy snacks. Not much fresh fruit and veggies but there are some. You can definitely save money doing some of your grocery shopping here.

I bought nice reasonabbly priced items. For example, I was craving a BLT. but the grocery stores were charging 10.00 per package. Aldis had bacon for 3.69... It fit my budget perfectly. i will never pay 10.00 for a package of bacon.Thankyou Aldi!!!!

Get in get out. I shop here always. Cashiers are polite. Food is lower priced than all others yet just as good. Brown Pasteur eggs under 3$ great find for keto lovers.

Even though they never gave this aldis A remodeling updo. It's still my favorite. It's in the hood. But theres always free carts ,sales and more than 1 register open. I'm always in and out even if there is a line. The cashiers and security are always very friendly. The one on 72nd and Ashland is like this one too. Very friendly employees without the remodel.

They have made a tremendous change for the better. I like this place and would enjoy this location much more if. It was right on the corner. However the prices are reasonable and quality is acceptable. I do believe they can make room for Improvement.

Not as good as the other Aldi's I've been to. 1 register was open, not alot of drink options, but customer service was good. Good for quick runs at this location, not to go full shopping at the moment.

I love the staff at the 75 Ashland location. They didn't have what we were looking for in stock. She helped us to reach the customer service line and we found the only location that still had stock. That's awesome customer service. Most people would have just told us they didn't have it and left us to figure out what the next step is

I always get what I need at this location, and during quarantine I can fully say they totally adapted to the pandemic and needs for public safety. Cashier's are even usually quick too!
