I used to live next door to this shop and passed by it everyday. I didn't have a pup, so I wasn't able to use their services; however, I recently stopped in to get some cookies, as my sister was in town with her dog. The lady at the counter was very kind and there were 2 cute dogs there to welcome me. They had an assortment of cute dog cookies. I opted for the cubs shirt, donut and rainbow heart. My sister's dog seemed to really love them and my sister and her wife appreciated the welcome cookie for their dog. I will definitely come back in the future for other dog needs!

We like this store, but lately their posted hours seem to have absolutely no meaning. We’ve visited three times only for them to be closed.ETA: It’s now been 6 visits within store hours that they’ve been closed, and we’re officially worried!

The groomer (I wish I could remember her name) did a really nice job on my pooch the two times we went there. No problem there. But trying to find out why my daughter and I were charged $60 more for the same services the second time proved to be an adventure in customer dissatisfaction. It wasn't until I had called Aeslin five times, and was promised each time that owner would get back to me, that they finally got on the phone – after I was put on hold (seriously?) for 10 minutes. And let's just say the customer didn't come first for this shop owner. I could hardly get a word in. I finally managed to make it clear I wasn't coming back; their offer of a $60 refund came too late to change my mind. (Btw, to the reviewers who think this place charges reasonable prices, I would suggest looking at what good groomers charge in new york city. It ain't as much as they charge here.)

Review that's long overdue. We've been going here since they opened and I've never once had to worry about my dog. The team is so wonderful, it's CLEAN, fair prices, a variety of healthy/safe pet products, and they give back to the community. Don't think too hard about this place! Easy choice for you and your dog.

We absolutely LOVE Aeslin Pup Hub! It's the perfect neighborhood doggy daycare. We have taken our pup, Isa, to Aeslin since she was a few months old and could not be more grateful for the wonderful care she receives. When we walk to Aeslin Isa pulls all the way to the door and couldn't be more excited to go to daycare. Leah, the owner of Aeslin, is fantastic. She is exceptionally flexible and accommodates our ever-changing schedule. Both Leah and her staff are very conscientious and really try to elevate the concept of daycare with multiple outdoor walks, two training sessions, and of course lots of playtime. They even use a daycare app, which details everything throughout the day, from walks, to going potty, to training sessions, and even photos with adorable captions. Leah has watched Isa overnight many times while we've been away and it's such a relief to know Isa is in such wonderful hands. Most recently, we asked Leah for recommendations about adult dog food brands and she sent us an exceptionally thoughtful and thorough email detailing the importance of different ingredients and what brands she recommends. After reviewing everything we walked over to Aeslin and bought a bag. Just an example of how much pride she takes in her business and how much she loves her clients. We truly give Aeslin our highest recommendation!

Aeslin Pup Hub is FANTASTIC and I highly recommend them to anyone!!I was new to the neighborhood and decided to pop into the shop to pick up a treat for my little fur baby. I began speaking with a woman named Leah (owner) and she informed me that it was not only a retail shop but a daycare. She spoke with such knowledge, experience, and an incredible amount of passion. The shop was clean, organized, and she gave me such a feeling of comfort and trust. I knew this person would truly treat my dog as if it were her own. Leah and her staff are incredible and they have all had a hand in helping my boyfriend and I raise our little pup. I have nothing but the best things to say and am sooo thankful I found them.

Neighborhood pet shops with multiple locations.. Leah (the owner) is a very passionate pet lover, carries great product and provides dog boarding services in both her Ukrainian village locations. The staff is always friendly and very customer centric. I go here to buy my dog's treats all the time!

I love Aeslin Pup Hub and the care that the owner and staff gives our young dog. Our dog runs the last few blocks to Aeslin every time we walk there. The owner, Leah, is great with our flexible schedule and always lets us know when there is an open spot available on one of our non-regular days. Every time our dog attends, he gets multiple walks, two training sessions, and tons of playtime! He comes home tired every time. I especially love the app they use to keep us updated with their bathroom habits, the daily training that was done, and multiple pictures of the dogs throughout the day. Leah and the staff also do private training sessions which have been extremely helpful with our dog.

I take my dog here for daycare and cannot say enough about how amazing the staff and facility are. I love the pictures they send me throughout the day via the app. They also have a great selection of pet products. Boutique atmosphere without the boutique price. Love this place, highly recommend!
