My dad took my cat and she looks fine. but when my mom touched her paw and she instantly bit her. It’s not normal of her. I’m not sure if you guys hurt her 🙁

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I came here a total of 3 times for a grooming service. The first time we came here a couple years ago and it was good. Did a great job but NOWWW it's the complete opposite. The 2nd time I came right after work. I wake up at 5am for work and the fact that I was able to make it to this place right before it closed. I drove an hour right after and got there at around 4:10 and the lady said it was late. When we were there before close a good 45 mins to an hour before. When my mom asked what was the latest she just kind of put up this attitude and was like yeah it's too late. Like okay we get that so when should we be here by. She said bring him in around 3 and we can take him. So I brought my dog once again in on my day off and this lady said oh no we can't take him anymore. It's too late. We're not taking anymore dogs for today. Come tomorrow. Ladyyy I workk!! I don't have time to bring him in tomorrow. The environment is so unaccomadating. And we understand hours but you cannot switch up. Stick to one thing pls. Especially because people have their own lives too!!! Not coming back here ever again!!! Save your trip and go somewhere else!ps I never review but this made me so mad!!!

Wonderful pet shop. It seems to have everything you need for your pets. I went in because I needed food for my ducklings, and they carry 2 different kinds (and it is sold by the pound). The lady who I assume is fed owner told me they have been around for 7 years. Great place!

Disappointed in there service. For years we kept taking our dog to this shop to get his haircut and get him a bath. But twice he got a bad infection right after getting his haircut from this place. He first got an ear infection and then a infection all over his body. Ido not recommended this place at all. They have poor sanitary conditions

They got me in last minute prices are reasonable and the groomer she’s real gentle you can tell she cares about the pups . My dog went in looking like a mop and came out looking like what she costed ❤️🙏🏻

Nice local pet store. It is small and tight fit between the aisles but they carry snakes, turtles and many fish. Would like to see the tanks a bit cleaner. Very nice prices.

The dog groomer is really gently with my Susie. Even though she's figgidy and moves a lot. When I get her back, she's always cute the way I ask the groomer to cut her. After I check my dog, she never has any cuts or scrapes on her. You can tell they really take the time to groom the dogs good.

Love the people who work here. It's always busy in the morning will recommend to go later on in the afternoon for basic pet shopping. Looks like the only pet store on cermak Little village other then the ones in Little Village..lolbvs

The store is very dirty smells realy bad there tanks and animal cages are realy dirty smell the worst part is there fish care they put big ciclids like 4 inch ones into a tiny glass cubical in the tank most of there fish are dead or have some type of disease this is fish cruelty and there birds have crusty eyes and the fish and birds are overcrowded in there habitat

Well I walked in the store, the owner was in the back, she looked and saw me standing at the counter. Some guy walked in after me and she immediately ignored me and started helping this guy who walked in after me. I just walked out, ill never go to her shop again. She was very rude, I came first I should have been serviced first.

I've taken my pet here and every time I receive a different price the what's listed on the door or what the lady at the register quotes me.... This is the closest place to where I live. I will travel further so I won't deal with there fluctuating prices like the weather in this city.
