Very Friendly and helpful staff. Just a wonderful experience. They have live bait and some pet supplies. Also offers live food. They're currently in the process of expanding their grooming services and should be up and running soon. They do excellent work with grooming pet's. Very helpful and knowledgeable people. Great place to go, your pet will love it.

I've had 7 dogs and all have been going to 7 Seas and Carol. I've been happy, she dies a great job, the feont desk staff are always respectful and kind to the animals. I not always a goof dog mom amd Carol really grooms the dogs well. Thank you Carol! It may not be fancy smancy,but its a great place. Love it

This was my First time Bringing my Puppy Cane in for Grooming . I must say , The Groomer Rose put lot of Love in making my Pup smelling Nice & Fresh . He is a 7month & almost 80lb German shepherd . They handle & Took care of him very well . I really do highly recommend them , cant wait for his Next visit .

We got our cali groomed here and they did an amazing job. We use to go to petsmart but they traumatized both of our dogs. We are glad a place like this exists not too far from our home. We will gladly be taking cali back for her haircuts and baths along with her nail trimming. She will no longer look like the grinch lol. Also they have great customer service and always greeting once you walk through the door.

everytime I bring my dog here they tell me he has fleas and that they’ll do a treatment, but it’ll up the price which is fine. But my dog comes back with more fleas !! everytime!

Small little shop in our neighborhood. Has feeder mice, which is why we go there. Guinea pigs are also very cute. Helpful staff, very nice as well. Within walking distance for us too, so just adds to the appeal. Cute little place!

Employees were very friendly and helpful. But the whole place was dirty, aquarium water in fish tanks was cloudy and reeked of ammonia, just foul smelling. A lot of fish were holding their fins clamped, some making darting movements. Not a good sign. One tank was so disgusting, it smelled awful with about 30 or more floating dead fish, nasty. A fish from here would infect all your fish. Their inventory was basic, outdated, and overpriced.Don't let me get started on the Rats, Guinea pigs, and hamsters (all those habitats needed cleaning). This could be a nice place if it was organized, deep cleaned, and maintained.

I've used the boarding facilities for both my dogs several times. My older dog is a Pitmastiff and he's been boarded there more than my smaller one. A few weeks ago my older dog stayed overnight. I picked him up and his nosebloodies and looked ar as something had been chewing on it. They told me he had been bumping his nose on the lever of the crate trying to get out. The employee (I think his name was Jason) was EXTREMELY apologetic. He even took me to the kennel area to explain to me exactly what happened. I understood amd decided to let it go. I took my older dog Saturday for an overnight stay. When I picked him up Sunday morning there was an employee there whom. I hadn't seen before. He was alps there when I dropped my dog off. He wasn't friendly at all. I was trying to explain the feeding schedule and he was completely uninterested. So, I picked my dog up Sunday morning and his nose looked HORRIBLE. I gasped! I asked him what happened! He very nonchalantly responded "maybe he was hitting hisnose on the crate ". There was an older couple there picking their dog and asked if I was ok. I explained to them that my dogs wouldn't be coming back there and that this was the second time this happened. The employee interrupted out conversation saying "sp what did you want me to do, wrap a blanket around the lever..like I mean what do you expect me to do"? By this time I was completely upset! He didn't apologize...had to sympathy for my dog who was obviously hurt! And then inserted himself in a conversation that he was not invited I to. He ended up telling me that Jason (I think that's the former employees name) doesn't work there anymore but I somehow believe if he did this would've been prevented. Since my big boy has been home I've has a chance to examine him. He as scratched in his elbows amd has been constantly licking his front paws. He will only come put of his crate to eat amd drink water. He's NEVER been like this before. I'm not sure what happened while he was there but what I do know is that neither of my dogs will ever be back..and whomever the current employee is should NOT be allowed to interact with customers.

My newborn baby stayed here for about a week I missed him everyday but he was well taken care of and happy so I now know I can trust them. Will use them again when I go on my next trip and will recommend them to everyone I know. They have great customer service and my baby didn't stink when he came back home like after you pick them up from the shelter and they washed his t-shirt and favorite blanket. Also I can tell they gave him his treats because otherwise he would have had a heart attack due to his anxiety but he was still living when I picked him up and he didn't have any complaints so 5 stars!

This place is great! From the front desk receptionist down to the groomers you get outstanding customer service. I love that its family owned, their prices and quality of services beats going to big-chain stores like PetSmart any day. The only downside is that there's only 1 location!

I just love this place, yes it is a bit older than your fancier pet stores, but the place is spotless, the fish are all in super clean tanks and everyone I talk to there is personable and knows their stuff. My cat was taken to a place in Highland,In. And I had A TERRIBLE experience there. My very, very friendly cat, hid for two days after his trip.I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY OTHER PLACE BUT 7 SEAS. MY CATS COME BACK LOOKING AND ACTING SO GREAT. THE ANIMALS ARE TREATED WITH LOVE AAND RESPECT AND THEY DO A WONDERFUL JOB OF GROOMING.

I’m so thrilled to find affordable, professional groomers close to home.I took my 13 year old dog in to be groomed for the first time in his life.The groomer was professional and courteous with me, and very sweet with my dog.When I came back to pick my little buddy up, he looked like a million bucks. This is a border collie we’re talking about. He’s essentially a walking fluff ball.He was sleek and shiny and trim.He got a bath, blow out, hair and nail trim for $50 plus tip.I’m beyond pleased. I will be coming back every few months!

I went in for my dog (a yorkie mix) to get a full groom. I absolutely loved how he looked and smelled after his appointment. The best part is they took less than two hours and he was so happy afterwards. I will definitely be coming back here for his future appointments (:

I used to come here all the time. Spent a good amount of money here. Sent countless people their way. One day I bought an Aqueon Aquarium Water Changer. Bought it here to support a local business paid $75+ for it when I could have gotten it at Walmart for less than $40. It unfortunately didn’t work bc my water pressure sucked in the apartment I lived in. So I tried to return it, bc I opened it (I had every part of the packaging) they refused the return…. Any other place would have taken the return. I had even called before hand to ask if they did returns and they even told me they would take the return as long as I had the receipt, I did. Still told me no. Don’t shop here. Support another small business that honors the return policy and won’t steal your money.

My son loved it. We got wax worms for our toad and we didn't have to buy a huge container like at the super pet stores. We got just a week's worth which is awesome and they gave my son good information about how to keep them from cocooning.

Took my golden doodle for a trim. They cant do trims only full out buzz cut. so i just got a sanitary cut. My dog comes out with a shaved head and shaved ears because they said the ear hairs were tangled. So now i have a dog with full hair neck down and a shaved head. Looks beyond terrible and if it wasnt pre paid i would not have paid for this. Very disappointed will not be returning. Terrible place for a nice groom.

HORRIBLE. they shaved my dog after i said just a little clean up, then before this i tried to give them another chance they hurt my poor dogs eyes and left a lot of hair in her eye where i had to rush her to the EMERGENCY VET. WILL NEVER TAKE MY DOG THERE AGAIN!

Fully misrepresented as having service for cats. I .called first. cat needed flea bath. I needed a hand. My cat was ok with warm water. They were happy to schedule her.I live about 7 miles off. Took streets.On arrival, I was totally disrespected..questions thrown at me..who I talked to..then fully denied. my appointment. A real bad experience.I would drag my cat and search for this place in the summer..without an appointment?Woman who scheduled me was not even there ..The younger woman / relative?-was purely unprofessional.Unforgettable, - icey and unapologetic..to put it real mild. negative zero stars.minus zero below zero purely zero

We bring our kitteh Templeton here to be groomed occasionally and there's just something amazing about the way she perks up afterwards. Its definitely photoshoot time for the normally low-key, kind of camera shy kitteh.She can be angsty while away I'm sure, so thank you to the always helpful staff. Looking forward to the next visit.

My puppy is sometimes difficult when it comes to getting his nails cut. The team was quick with him and he was wagging his tail out the door. I will definitely be returning!
