Whenever I seem to come in between the time of 1am-6am, the store always seems to be closed. I can understand maybe 2 hours being closed, but it's crazy when you have to wait 5 hours for the store to open. It's minutes away from my house, so I'd walk there just to see the store closed after waiting for 2 hours, 2 or 3 separate times. Someone is sneaking/sleeping an entire shift by dealing with no customers by posting up the 'store closed' signs for hours on end.

Saturday morning and it is 1:25 AM and the store is locked. No one seems to be inside. 7-Eleven....this hurts your brand image overall, nevermind the 1 franchise location ruining it for everyone.

Buyer beware. Numerous times I have visited this establishment and they don't give you your change back. Count your money before you leave. Shame on the alderman for not addressing this thievery

The staff is awesome.Every employee is great and friendly.My complaint is about the coffee.It's terrible.I was coming here for over a year, every morning Monday through Friday.I can't anymore.The coffee is disgusting.It tastes what I assume motor oil tastes like.I am not exaggerating.The coffee machines must be very dirty and make the coffee taste like death.I will never again come to this store before work.Going to Burger King now, where the coffee actually tastes like coffee, not motor oil.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HEREI used to come here twice a week to get a Big Gulp. Starting in late September, their fountain beverage machine was out of syrup. After several weeks of not being able to get my Big Gulp, I stopped going to this location.Today I thought I'd give them another try for the first time in 3 months. They still are out of syrup for their fountain drinks. I thought the Big Gulp was one of their signature products.

The clerk who's always there for the late night shift seems like a grouch and acts annoyed about having to actually do his job and take my money. On two separate occasions, his clumsy handling of the stuff I was buying caused me to have to quickly catch an item to keep it from being pushed over the edge of the counter and onto the floor. The store is fine except for this guy.

The staff is pretty friendly most of the time. They are not open 24 hours here, the lights are always on, but very often nobody is there between 2-4 am - or they are sleeping in a back room.... When the BF went back at 7 am on his way to work he was yelled at for knocking on the door and told to NEVER do it again! So someone had to be watching cameras to know he was the person who knocked 4½ hours earlier!
