I frequent this Home Depot pretty often. The employees have always been pretty helpful whenever I have a question about something and are generally friendly and willing to lend a hand. The check out staff have always been great to me and often go above and beyond what I expect.

I purchased a washer and dryer from Home Depot. The installation team failed to secure my ventilation to wall and for about a month carbon monoxide was leaking in my house every use. Instead of them sending someone out on my day off I was told they had no appointments available and I would have to schedule for my next available day off which isn’t until Dec 27. Apparently after they get your money you’re no longer a priority. My dryer venting at this point is literally falling off the wall. I was told to unplug it and just turn the gas off. This how you treat a customer after spending their hard earned money. Home Depot train your installation team better. They never even taped the ventilation back to the wall.

I had an exceptional experience at my local Home Depot! I forgot my wallet and needed a shovel to clear snow in front of the clinic where I work. Laura and Johnny, the storemanager, went above and beyond by providing me with the shovel for free. Their kindness and understanding made my day, and I'm grateful for their excellent customer service. The store is consistently clean, creating a positive shopping environment as well. Highly recommend this Home Depot for their outstanding service and generosity!

Buyer beware! This home depot has the rudest cashiers with the longest nails they can't hire people that are customer service-oriented. The cashier with the 12 inch nails was super rude and general nasty attidude not pleased with this location I will not be using home depot I'm gonna continue to shop at Lowe's

I've been in the Chicago Ridge location a few times recently. There's one employee there (I wish I could remember his name). He's super tall, anyway, he's extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The manager there couldn't be bothered and was a bit abrupt, but I'll go back just for this gentleman's knowledge and help.

This home Depot in the ridge Commons of Chicago ridge is my go-to place for any home project. They have some great sales and their staff is friendly and very knowledgeable

I like to acknowledge a great customer service/ return representative Venetia; she is so helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasant person to be around. If you happen to be in the Chicago Ridge area please go to her line you won’t regret it. The best and sweetest sales associate I’ve encountered since moving to this area.

It's Home Depot, this is a average Home Improvement store. Shop here all the time, customer service is definitely a weak spot at this store. But as long as you don't need any help you should have no problems.

Since the local Menards expanded, Home Depot has upped their game. You can actually find someone to help you, the place is better organized, and you can be in and out in 10 minutes.

bought a milwaukee tool kit, supposed to come with 7 tools including the one free choice of tool. I only got 5!!!!!!!! and they wont give me the other 2 missing tools!!!!!!!!! bought brand new and opened from box 5 tools only. Dont buy from this home depot, nothing but problems

Came in to buy some plumbing items and figured I’d grab some masks. Picked up some $17 box disposable, but looked for washable. Found them. At a great price and confirmed by employee. Went to register and the price was incorrect. Told cashier and she call over Maheer (apologize if spelled wrong) the manager. He walked over to the shelf with me and said that they need to get a new sticker. Okay, but the price shows what it is. Didn’t agree and said it would be right underneath. Okay, then where is the sticker? He didn’t know and said he already had someone printing it. He didn’t.

I brought the kitchen from Home Depot and it cost me 20k everything they did was bad and they took a year and a half and still couldn’t finish and I contacted them and they didn’t answer and it takes a long time for them to answer and the workers were rude and the work wasn’t good or decent to be honest I just threw my money anyway… please don’t buy from them! Bad service Bad manners and it takes a long time for them to pick up and the sink splashes everywhere we have to put a towel or use low water for it to work good please, don’t waste ur money and go somewhere else thank you.

the 4 stars is strictly for the convenience, when its comes to prices I'd only give it a single ⭐️..some items at this store like copper fitting for plumbing and electrical fittings are outrageously over priced compared to other similar companies, so much so that some of their prices should be considered a crime!!

I only come here because of my job but every visit is amazing. The staff is so nice and helpful, the store is well organized and planned out. The floral section is amazing. They always have an item I need in an emergency.

Terrible experience at Chicago Ridge location. The lady at the pro desk didn't know what she was doing and couldn't use our pro account number. The store manager couldn't help but said that pro deck people were off and he couldn't do anything about it. Worst Home Depot experience. We never had this issue previously, and we spend hundreds of thousands of dollars at Home Depot each year. That's ridiculous. 0 stars review if would be possible.

Huge waste of time here. No one knows a thing and I even had the manager KORI assist me into trying to give me a higher price than listed on the tag. The item was damaged in multiple places and drawers were not closing properly. She stated I can receive 50.00 off....which is not even the tax on the item. The price of this item on the tag was 898 in store only, but the sticker on top stated 998. She stated that the 50 dollar discount was not discussed upon the 898 pricing. I'm sorry I didn't know I was at a dealership. So now you mean to tell me I'm Ultimately paying more than the listed price on the item. I should've kept my mouth shut and just bought it. Absolutely ridiculous I wasted a good 2 hours there to even get help. My business and my companies business will be taken to any other store other than the homedepot in Chicago ridge. Huge loss for that store.

Usually has what I need, although the fastener section could be organized better its tough when you've got 100s of people a day carelessly throwing stuff into other bins. Workers have been friendly and willing to help when needed. About what you'd expect from a big box store.

How’re you going to have your tools locked up if you have team members that don’t ask guests questions. While looking at some DeWalt tools there were around 6 team members working in the aisle on remerchandising it, not a single one asked if I need anything when all of the product in those aisles are in locked cases. Just dropped the other products I was buying on the shelf and walked out

Great location, return service was amazing even when normally not accepting certain returns on paint items,they did so anyways. and Kamil who works over in the paint department was very helpful and very patient with us as we tried to match the color paint needed. Even testing different shades of the paint for us. Excellent service and staff
