I'm sure the dogs are pricy ( my daughter wanted one last year) but all the dogs are in clean glass cages . They are playing with each other , sleeping, and generally looking quite happy. Outside of the rabbits, birds, etc it is a small store. The staff is pleasant and answered questions I had. Fun to visit but out of my price range. The dogs are clean and looked healthy.

A lot of the dogs have the runs and their poop is pure water. My basset hound that my partner and I got cooper i just now god his tummy to settle down ive had him almost 2 weeks. And they don't have the babies on puppy food. The food they have them on is not good for them. Now that I have cooper on puppy food his stomach is thriving. But he is also getting the extra nutrients from me that be doesnt get in puppy food through his fish and fruits and veggies

I bought my bunny Appa from Petland and he was absolutely perfect. My family loves him. The staff was extremely knowledgeable regarding any questions I had. I plan on coming back to get another bunny.

What can I say about this place!! I came here with my wife looking for a price we can afford for a dog for our son the whole entire staff is super friendly but Luis was our man for the job for a couple days of waiting for a dog he helped use so much (which a lot of people wouldn't since we are young) Luis is great he won't pressure you for the sale, when we told him to call us if any sale or price drop for our range he actually called! Luis called us about some huskies that were on sale we came in looked and actually he helped us so much we came home with a beautiful dog! Bianca was great also she helped us and made us laugh while waiting for hours lol this Petland is awesome👌👌

Got my Teddy Bear from here, my only complaint is them saying they give you a take home kit free, that's not true, my puppy cost 2800 however I spent 3600, 200 went towards items I purchased for her the other 500 was for the FREE welcome kit, that's a lie, I paid for it. Love my Teddy Bear but bot the car salesman pitch.

Amazing place. Super staff that loves to help and happy pets. Luis was so helpful and genuine and caring. I wouldn’t have asked for anyone better to help out. In asking my girlfriend to prom, he arranged everything and made it go so smoothly. Truly a moment I’ll never forget, thank you again!

Justin was so helpful and kind to me. I went in looking for things for my new pet bunny and I had no idea what to buy. He helped me choose a good crate and some treats as well for my new bunny Pablo. Was also a very funny guy. 10/10 would go back again

Alyssa and Mireya were the 2 most helpful people. I did pick an expensive puppy and was only approved for 1/3 the price of her. They worked with the lenders to create a plan that helped me take the puppy home that day. I brought my 5 year old so you can only imagine the heart break he would've faced if these 2 ladies weren't working that day. I appreciate yall so much and love my new puppy!

I went in just to view some puppies and get some ranges of pricing. I have been researching and wanting a miniature poodle for a while but I didn’t set an apt to view them because I was looking for something a bit more affordable. I’ve had a love for poodles since I saw Oliver and company. The first dog I viewed was a Pomsky. She was cute but my daughter and I didn’t quite vibe with her. While viewing the pomsky I applied for Petland’s financing and was approved (I had previously been denied). I asked for a list of puppies under a certain price range and came across my Chloé! They told me she was a miniature poodle and She happened to be cheaper than the pomsky. It was fate! I asked to see her and instantly my daughter and I fell in love! Chloé stole our hearts. She is super sweet and has already learned how to “sit”. She’s been home with us for three days and it has been pure bliss.

I came here to look at a puppy and I wasn't completely interested in buying one. The person who gave me the puppy to look at requested to have my ID and gave it back to me afterwards. The only complaint I had was the attendant wasn't very welcoming and did not have any enthusiasm.

Walked into a relatively good smelling store for a pet store. The pets are on display for you to pet and if you want to pet a dog just ask. Staff is extremely friendly but the germx machine was empty(would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for this) . Parking was close and easy. I'm sure the buying process would be smooth too.

The team here, especially Jeff, gave us plenty of time with our puppy to let us make a great decision. We also went home with a lot of items to get us started (including a crate!) and information relating to our pet. They were also super helpful when working out pricing to give us the best price possible. We appreciated the help and how friendly they all were!

The staff here was amazing and they have the cutest dogs! I saw a French bulldog that touched the glass and made eye contact with me as soon as I walked in the door. I wasn’t in the market for a dog yet since I hadn’t moved out yet, but if I were in the market, I would have definitely bought him today! I played with him an hour and it was the best experience! One of the associates Jeff was very helpful and him and the other staff members ensured me and the dog were ok. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a dog, very reasonable prices for quality dogs/puppies! Definitely will be back!

The service here was incredible!!! Stella was amazingly helpful in choosing the right one. So many things come with getting the dog which is a bonus. Love the friendliness from all the coworkers. I had a really fantastic experience coming here. I made an appointment prior to arriving which was really easily to do over the phone and the lady who scheduled it was very nice. Now the only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because these prices are no joke. I mean if you're coming here to buy a pet, know that you may be spending 6,000 or more. That being said, I thought it was completely worth it. They give you time to spend with the puppies and give you the information that they have on where the puppy comes from and the list of vaccines they have had already. Erick and Mireya were both extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. So my puppy was very expensive but I feel good about my purchase because it came with many benefits. Such as, a binder with his history, welcome home package (kennel, toys, teeth cleaning supplies, shampoo, odor eliminating smell, etc), a microchip membership which he already had, a paid visit to a veterinarian clinic they work with to make sure he's in good health, and free 30 day pet insurance. I got my my puppy a month ago and I love him very much. I'm glad a made the purchase from here.

The customer service here at this particular store is exceptional. All of the ladies here are very very nice and all of the dogs that are available for adoption look to be very well taken care of. They provide you with so much information to care for your puppy when you take it home. I would absolutely recommend this location for your new puppy.

From the moment my family and I walked in we were greeted by friendly and kind employees. The first puppy my wife said she liked they brought her out to us without asking them. Will definitely be visiting again soon. Came in at like 2 after work and it really made me feel like a weight was lifted off my shoulders with the great service and the beautiful dogs.
