“Ms.Super Rude Super Rude” you are who is rude. Not only were you not careful with my merchandise you were in such an Adderall hurry. What is the need of wanting to move so fast if there isn’t a line behind me. Then rushing me to get my receipt as I was putting my things carefully in the cart and called me “Super Rude”. Learn how to do your job correctly and go to school for some customer service skills. Have peace in yourself, because customers shouldn’t have to hear your rudeness and then be defamed by you.A picture of my receipt so you know exactly who I am Ms. Super rude Super rude. :D

Complete & utter ignorance, I typically shop at Marshalls 3-4 x a week & NEVER have had this type of experience. I had 4 items all which has a yellow price tag, the goofy cashier picked up my first item which by the way the box was destroyed & an item was missing, she starts scraping the tag with her long nails to remove the tag proceeds to say it's not the correct price. Picks up another item same thing goes to town with the price tag, I get it there are some people that stick on different prices but what got me was that the last 2 items she just grabbed & scanned them w/o playing FBI . I even told her that it was odd what she did but the rude brod got sarcastic & said " do you want me to remove the tag of it to?" Do better at hiring people with an education & customer service skills not slow, rude, sarcastic people

I feel like some of the selection at this location is thinning out. I had trouble finding a lot of the clothes I liked in my size. I'm not sure if that's because of the pandemic so if I find the same at other marshall locations I'll raise my rating.

Shoe section was trash today!!! No cute sandals, no cute boys shoes, just needs a complete spring shoe overhaul. I was looking for items for my young nephew, and he is not picky at all…. Shoes were super limited, No joggers for boys at all, no nice short sets…. Hardly any spring time jackets (although , I managed to find 1 nice one). This visit was almost a complete loss…. They usually come better than this… SMH

This store is filled with fashionable high quality goods. Clothing for the entire family, small furniture pieces and beautiful textiles. The women's shoe department is very nice but rarely has large sizes. Management is helpful and always willing to address any issues: Bonus free 90 min parking.

Great place as usual, very clean and somewhat organized. I just feel like they don't carry as much product as they use too. Multiple tines I've gone there now and I couldn't find anything I was looking for that I normally buy there. Hopefully those items will find there way back.

The wait wasn’t long as I approached the young lady to pay for my purchase she didn’t greet me which I guess was fine but at no point did she say anything to me other than my total she never asked is I would like to apply to get a a discount if I qualified nor did she asked if I would like to donate towards diabetes I don’t see the sign for it until I had already paid . Customer is not good this happened 9/8/19 counter 5

Marshalls has been a disappointment for the last 6 months or so. It used to be my "go to" for gifts, wardrobe building, end of season bargains and new arrivals at the beginning of a season. Now it is a collection of expensive, dated, poor quality clearance items. It is almost like an overpriced thrift store. It's hard to find the quality items and designer brands the used to be in abundance at Marshalls. I will go back at some point and see if they've gone back to the way they used to be but I definitely won't be making my regular visits anymore.

Great selection of products, especially shoes. Don't like the fragrance/soap/beauty products being messed up all the time, but people can be downright slobs. Trying to straighten up the mess is a full time job in itself. Friendly workers.

I've the selection of merchandise, and now with Covid restrictions and extra-extra, the staff are still pleasant, they meet you right at the door greeting you, sanitizing your shopping cart and actually presenting it to You. Great experience!

I just went to return an item purchased online. Very efficient check out system. No hassle return. Cashiers have plexiglass shield at each station.

This Marshalls has so much variety to choose from and big brands! Store is neat. The two front ladies at the door are always so nice. They make you feel welcome.

This location has always been hit or miss. On my last visit though the men's section was tiny. They had very little selection and the store looked bare. The women's section still looked decent but it seems like this locations stock is dwindling.

I typically stop at Marshalls before I go anywhere else as some essential items are priced well here. Cologne, socks, underwear, etc. I like Marshalls as even when I'm getting my essentials sometimes I can get lucky and find a great pair of shoes here.

Great place to go to get some really nice stuff for less. Sometimes the checkout line may take a while but for the deals it's definitely worth it.

This Marshalls is always super busy you cant enjoy shopping or just looking around without feeling overwhelmed by people. They are not the best kept store, but that could also be since they have so many people shopping there.
