When I tell you this is a gem of a Dollar Tree, trust me! It is one of the best stocked stores. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly!! The young lady at the register was very personable and polite. When she wasn't ringing customers out, she was on the floor stocking shelves. Furthermore, Tina is definitely an asset. She was soooo helpful while working diligently stocking those shelves. Kudos to this Dollar Tree location

This store has changed and I LOVE IT! The employees seem to be much happier and it seems like the store has changed managers! The organization, cleanliness, and friendliness around the store is a great change. I've been in several times over the course of the last several weeks and I can't believe how full and organized the aisles and shelves are. 5 STARS!!!

Probably the rudest cashier I’ve met to date. I greeted her, no response back. She flung my items around like she was in a rush to get back to something else.Just plain rude.I’d rather drive further away then go to this closer location.

I went here to get a birthday card and asked to use the restroom. They had two separate restrooms. The cashier who was unkempt-looking and very rude told me that both restrooms were closed to the public with no explanation given. Probably she's too lazy to have to work for her money would be my guess. I will never shop here again.

The store manager was so rude with my son and she took the toilet key from him then she pretend that she is helping him, otherwise she called me and other customer liars, so please if u can get back to ur store cameras , she said to my son I will call the police imagine he is 10 years old.

The cashier at store #7511 is very rude didn’t want to give me her name she said her name was zel while chewing gum and being rude her name is Itzel. Just finish talking to corporate about her.

A girl was working there and she was extremely helpful and kind. We were talking about retail jobs and such and she just made my day. Lots of decor items here that I haven’t seen in other dollar trees. Must go!

$tore 10137 S Harlem clean/organized/stocked from frozen/ice/dairy all single servings. Reasonable priced. Employees/customers wearing properly fitted face covering. Parking plenty. DIY R WELCOME!

Nasty attitude old lady that rung my stuff up twice and the nerve to catch an attitude with me. She already walked up the register after 2 mins of me waiting. Didn’t speak. I’ll stick to the Hickory Hills location were they actually have excellent customer service.

The management in this store is horrible. Had problems in the past with them asking you if you want a receipt, or sometimes not even asking and not giving a receipt, and then refusing to take back or exchange a defective item without a receipt. They should automatically give receipts like all other stores do.Today's problem is in regards to the use of their restrooms. According to the new staff, the General Manager ordered that nobody is allowed to use the restroom because "of Covid". I think this violates basic hygiene, and probably the codes and regulations from the Illinois Department of Health and maybe the Village of Chicago Ridge. How are the customers and the staff supposed to wash their hands to prevent the spread of viruses, as they are telling us to do for Covid-19? It seems that management here does not care about the well being of their customers.

Store is ok. Just an FYI to anyone who reads this. Next time you are in a dollar tree and the line is long, only one cashier, don't be afraid to say something like "can you call another carrier up here!" When they see that they have a long line they are too announce they need a cashier up front. Some cashiers do move at a snails pace, yes......

Very lazy workers. I waited at the register to check out for ten minutes before a “manager” stocking water saw me. He went and told someone”you have a line up there”. Three minutes later I’m putting my stuff back. The manager sees me, goes to the cashier at the back of the store and she starts yelling/whining “I’m coming I’m coming “ I’m “essential “ to. I don’t want to be out either but I have to and I do it without getting a horrible attitude with my manager

Manager talks more to her workers which distracts them from unloading their truck. Slow af at unloading and doesn’t care how long it takes. She just keeps talking and looks up at me and keeps talking and standing there.

I frequent here often due to my job being in the area could have saved my drive to come here please take items off the shelf if you aren’t going to honor the price they are ringing up I purchased seeds for 1 cent as well as plant bulbs there sitting there when they could be sold so I didn’t put up the argument but would have like to purchase them they aren’t going to do anything but go back to corporate as she stated when she could have sold them to me like she did before they are clearly ringing up at one cent for a reasonAnd I didn’t like the young lady attitude at at horrible

It's right across from the parking lot of the Walmart that's located in bridgeview on Harlem it is small and out of the way. I always like to explore they had quite a few things that some of the other Dollar trees don't have.
