I love coming to this Dollar Tree Store I normally get great customer service had been coming in for helium service on balloons bought else where since dollar tree doesn't have certain theme balloons.. came in today to get balloons blown and the gentleman said aggressively they don't do that there that it is against policy. So I explained to him I normally come in during the day on certain occasions and he said he didn't care that they didn't do that there... I was very disappointed on his attitude they just lost a loyal customer...

They have a half aisle dedicate it to sugar free candy from chocolate too hard candy to peppermints too even chick chick o sticks and old fashioned candy

Horrible experience. Few days ago when me and my mom came here to shop, after we got our items, we were waiting in line for 15 minutes, and the line just kept getting bigger. The cashier on the register said that the computer was down and that the maximum wait for it to be back up is around 5 hours. Yes. FIVE HOURS. Meanwhile, customers in line were getting impatient and a kid with a mother in front of us was hanging from the check out conveyor belt screaming with the mother trying to pry him off. After we heard someone asking for balloons be told by another worker there that they have to blow them up themselves, that's when we left. Not a great Dollar Tree location to shop at.

This store seems to always be busy. Sometimes they have to check out lanes open, and sometimes only one. The store is mostly kept clean and organized. Some of the people that work there are nice. There's this man that always seems to be at the checkout when I'm there. He's friendly, quick, and patient with my son that sometimes pays with change.

Asked to speak with Manager wanted to order large quantities of personal and household items for local food pantry .Manger seemed annoyed that I interrupted her.When asked about ordering large supplies or picking up supplies on their delivery day. She said it is not possible. When I asked about possibly getting items from their storage room.. She told me their storage room was piled high with boxes. She didn't even try to see what I needed.Very disappointed. Not good sales person for the store.Shame I needed about 1000 dollars worth of stuff.

Very large store, but seemed to have a whole lot of nothing. Empty shelves and a total mess in some places & amazing & organized in others. The bathroom doubles as the janitor closet so that's weird. The staff is friendly and always willing to help.

Store is usually mostly clean. Always well stocked. Large variety of things. Of course for $1 each all items are not exceptional quality so you have to pick and choose. Overall it's pretty good. Wait can sometimes be long at the checkout and they don't call anyone to open a 2nd lane until there is a VERY large line. If it weren't for this would give 5 Stars

Some items in the freezer section are more than $1.25. I didn't see any signs on price. I had 3 items. Pizza puffs,fries and Strombonie pizza. $13.00 plus.

This dollar tree is usually pretty much stocked, unless the trucks don't show-,The bathrooms pretty clean when Diane is there!! 3 People at this store Care bout the CUSTOMERS!! Diane, Jolita, & Chris-Pam IS RUDE, IGNORANT, BAD ATTITUDE-I've literally seen people wait in looooong lines -I've asked to open another line( would look at me as if really?) -IF YOU DONT WANNA DEAL WITH PEOPLE, GET A DIFFERNT JOB!! I CAN UNDERSTAND HAVING A BAD DAY, BUT EVERYTIME😔I'VE TRIED TO CALL THE COMPANY TO COMPLAIN-

I really like this Dollar Tree location. The employees are friendly and helpful and the store always has stocked shelves and a good assortment of merchandise. The only negative is the parking lot...too small and the spaces are too small also...thus my 4 star rati g

This shop is usually well stocked but since Covid hit the products are hit or miss. The shelves can be pretty sparse in spots. And it never fails that the cashiers wear their masks under their chins. What's the point of having a mask policy if both the cashiers are going to wear their masks on their chins like a horse feeder?

Their lines are ridiculous, the cashier called on other cashiers every 5 minutes to open another register. NONE showed up, the whole 20 minutes i was in line..horrible

Went to 2 different dollar trees with hours posted on Sunday from 9am-9/10pm. They were both close before 7pm. If they intend to change store hours they should post a sign on the door to alert their customers. Waste of time!

Today I came here for a Mother's Day card. I also bought cleaning supplies.2 registers open.I was standing behind a middle eastern woman with a boy about 2 years old munching a Hershey on register #1.The cashier was a little dirty cause she wanted to go have a smoke. Turned her light off. Don't know if she saw me stand behind the woman, but her light WAS on.or I wouldn't have stood there.Another cashier went to register#2.Register #1 said " go to the next register where the light is on".Paid for my merchandise. Got home and the cashier didn't give me my Mother's Day card. I came from the Oak Lawn plaza cause too many people outside both stores I wanted to go in selling or ask I g donations for their cause. I didn't feel like dealing with those people

Cashier was rude and would not help me with credit card, his response was don't look at me I don't own a credit card. Thought he called a manager over to help, so I waited a few minutes and I said is someone coming? He said I called for another cashier. My card finally went thru and as I was leaving the store he was talking and laughing to the next customer about me. Called twice to speak to manager, he was never in. Never will go there again

they hardly ever open another register when lines are too long, like today! Dull lighting, cluttered isles. Depressing!! Not enough shopping carts.Trashy, unkept, poor management.

I love the Dollar Tree that I went to on Ridgeland they always have everything I need and they have a whole stack of it so you never have to worry about them running up there the best
