I opted to have a script delivered. It was never picked up. Walgreens said they couldn’t do anything about it because they use DoorDash. Ridiculous. They shouldn’t offer delivery option.

Poor customer service . Older short female is extremely rude . Completely ignored me when I wanted to get charged . Asked for baby formula and she said “you should of gotten it before coming to me” rolling her eyes when I couldn’t get it because it was locked and nobody was around . Got the worst attitude while getting charged. Sad. You have to remember I’m paying for this service not getting it for free.and even then no one should get treated like that.

Yesterday my partner John went this location to get a dr ordered nebulizer to the pharmacy. Susan the pharmacist knowingly gave him a pediatric nebulizer just to make a sale to a grown man? A damaged box clearly showed it was a return, John is an adult and she knew this. I returned it an hour later as the mask clearly DOES NOT fit an adult!!!!The entire staff was incompetent and rude especially Wendy shift lead who could not fix this issue and disappeared when she was needed by staff. The return took 1 hrs 45 min to finally credit the account. A return should never take that long. NEVER USE THIS WALGREENS for Rx's when a patient can't breathe and needs the proper equipment use a RELIABLE source like Amazon for purchase. Corporate needs to respond to this review and fire those employees that do not belong in the pharmaceutical sales industry. 0 stars!!!!PHARMACY!does not fit adult it took 1 hr 30 min for a return credi to his card because the shift lead Wendy did and would not do a return on pharmacy registers there was no mgr on duty? obviously

Every single time I go to this pharmacy, it takes a half hour at minimum to get my prescription. The drive thru is a joke. I have never in my life seen people move so slowly. I've been in that drive thru for almost an hour. And once you're in it, you're trapped. You can't get out. It's absolutely terrible and I'm switching pharmacies to jewel across the street the moment I get out of this drive thru line.

ZERO STARS!!! I was told that my prescription would be ready in 10 minutes. I've been here 25 minutes and now was told it will be another 20 minutes. This use to be an awesome pharmacy but it has changed staff. Now they are extremely slow and have no concern for their customers. Many other options available and I'd highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Poor customer service i sat in the drive through for 30 minutes and they didnt even acknowledge my presence continued taking the customers inside. Someone behind me in the drive through line, drove around and walked in and they still took him before me. I literally had to lay on the horn for 5 minbefore i was acknowledge and they refuse to provide corporate number. I am disgusted with there service i will drive 5 towns over before i use them again.😤

They have 1 stars for a reason, this is the WORST and I mean the WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. This is the closest pharmacy to my mother’s home. I was in crown point Indiana, and I got a notification that my medication was ready. I called the pharmacy and talked to the technician. I stated that I was coming a half hour away to pick it up and earlier they had stated it wouldn’t be ready until Saturday. I asked twice that she could confirm that yes, indeed I could pick it up this evening. She said yes, you can come get it now. Drove a half hour, and she said I told you not until Saturday. I’m ready to blow up, the pharmacist needs to be fired. I’m going out of town and I absolutely need my medication due to traveling. I called my local pharmacist and she’s filling them tomorrow. My local pharmacist also stated that she was incredibly rude to her as well. I will never step foot in this Walgreens. Between my family and I we spend $50,000 on prescriptions at this location and we will be transferring every last one to a different Walgreens. Thank you for nothing, you are the worst pharmacy on the planet.

The pharmacy is the worst i repeat THE WORST. That girl ( pharmacist ) needs to learn some manners she’s so rude.she said to me “she couldn’t understand me” when I speak perfectly good English. On top of that she wouldn’t even let me explain to her nothing she just kept saying I don’t understand. I finally grew tired of her attitude and left. This is so sad because this Walgreens is in the backyard of my house and it’s ridiculous that I have to travel to another suburb to get my prescription when this pharmacy is walking distance from me.

The worst curbside pickup ever. I waited 6 hours for my order to be filled. I had to call the store and ask about the order to get it filled. Then as I am waiting for the curbside delivery it doesn't come after 15 mins so I go inside. Currently I am standing in line with 5 people in front of me writing this review

I have been to just about Every Walgreens on the southside of Chicago in this particular Walgreens pharmacy on Dixie highway runs a great business. Matt seems to be the best multitasker I’ve ever seen and caters to each and every customers needs with a positive attitude the people that work behind the counter at the pharmacy every single one of them are a joy to see thank you Walgreens pharmacy I will never go to another one. You know who.

There were two ladies in the photo desk literally sitting down I asked them if they still printed pictures I’m pretty sure they were either deaf or they just didn’t care to answer I asked again literally right in front of their faces if they were printing pictures because both of the machines were turned off intentionally I’m sure the screens were turned off intentionally this is so sad why can’t people just do their jobIf I could give zero stars to this Walgreens I will really give zero stars to this Walgreens the management here is so poor
