This is a nice NAPA store that has all your automotive needs. It’s a corporate store so they seem to have more than independent stores. Service is friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for any type of auto parts and this is your place.

Counter people are always helpful. Mark waited on me today and he has been doing this for a very long time. Patient and informative. Made sure I had everything I needed to complete the job. Definitely a thumbs up.

My husband and I called this location to verify the price of an auto part. When we arrived two older gentleman were working with other customers. When the one older guy asked us what we were looking for, he also asked what price we were given over the phone. They remembered the phone call from the previous day.My husband gave him the price. He must have misheard him maybe because of the mask. He then goes in to ask the other older guy “why would you tell them this price , I don’t see it”. Both of us was standing looking confused because the price the older gentleman said was not the price my husband quoted. So the co worker says “ he knows better than that, I didn’t tell him that price”. Still confused we both said we never said that price. I told them to cancel the sale and that was no way to speak to customers spending money. They may be used to people who don’t have a choice on where they spend with but I walked out that store without purchasing anything and bought my parts from Auto Zone without incident. I respect my elders but these guys had no respect for the customer spending her hard earned money.

I'm big on customer service and when I say this I don't mean bright eyes, bushy tail, and super hyped but lousy service is a pet peeve for me. When I entered the store I encountered a worker and was immediately helped. Plus was offered different brands and prices.. I liked it here!

I felt un-welcomed. . . There were a total of five employees there, and i was the only customer. . . The one guy i went to. . acted like he didn't have a clue on what i was asking him and were kinda ignorant. . . To sum it up. .i wouldn't recommend them to anybody poor customer service.

I went in for a simple 1ft hose. Knowing they sell hose by the foot.Asked what vehicle. I told him didn't matter its loose hose. Came back and said how much I needed, the piece I had was less than a foot. I said a ft he replied im tryin to help you manMechanic fot 25+ years
