Good locationGood selection.It’s a dollar store so somethings might not be the best but it’s a good deal. I found exactly what I needed.I took a star off because the cashier left while I was checking out. What?? I had to get the receipt myself. Weird but I didn’t think much of it.

Horrible customer service, and unprofessional employees one in particular Aqua Richard’s at least that’s what she said her name was when asked, I will be contacting the district manager as well as corporate to file a complain on her loud ignorant and belligerent behavior towards customers. Store associate Ms must’ve place items in the wrong location I went to purchase an item notice the price was different cashier referred me to the so called manager Aqua, who then told me she knows who put them items there but yet she didn’t think to move them, she began walking towards the end of the isle yelling towards me because I pointed out that not only was it one item placed there which I can clearly understand but the entire case of the product was in the location, she then walk to the front of the store near the cashier and began another rant in reference to customers not looking at the sku#, I explained I don’t work for Family Dollar nor the Dollar Tree Corp and it’s not my responsibility to follow up behind them and check sku#. Another Manager Mario was called to assist he was very professional & understanding and did honor the price suggested and also moved the product from the incorrect location. These ppl clearly need a course training in professionalism. The cashier also had an attitude which was also unprofessional & unpleasant but at this point nothing surprises me. I will be in touch with the district manager as well as corporate

I went in at 8:45 AM on a Saturday, The guy behind the counter immediately said hello & asked if I needed help. When I said I was looking for a thermometer, he got out from behind the counter Right away and walked down 2 isles with me to help me find one! Phenomenal customer service. (especially because I had just come from Jewel asking a lady for a thermometer, who said if it was in an aisle, it might be down ‘so-and-so’ & didn’t try to actually help.

This is another store in my area that I frequently shop. The employees are very nice and polite. They greet you as soon as you work through the door. At times asked if you need help with anything. And that coupon app is my favorite.

On 12-20-2021 at Approximately 2:00 pm , I observed a female/black employee call over a friend of hers from the back off the check out lane to the front and began to check out her item"s out , with total disregard of several costumers along with me whom was next in lane for check out ..( NOTE : FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS ) ...🤔

Me and my mother went shopping at this location we where in the store for a little over an hour when we where done and my mother is checking out the police walks in the door but we pay no attention to it we just keep putting stuff on the counter after a few minutes the police approaches us and ask to so come here we like ok wat happen so one of the workers comes from behind a lot of boxes to say y'all was stealing we like WHAT!!! She then replies when y'all came in here y'all bags were empty and now they're full i then took my purseoff my shoulder to show the police officer that there was nothing in there because I had nothing to hide my mother did the same the police stated okay you guys didn't do anything the worker lady never apologize she just got an attitude with us so instead of us finishing our purchase we just left the ladies worker only defense was the manager who just left said that you guys were stealing but I find that hard to believe because if a manager stated they saw someone stealing why would they leave the store after calling the police that makes no sense I was humiliated in front of a lot of other people and so was my mother this is very unacceptable and you guys need better workers instead of accusing people of doing something making false accusations how about actually look to see if someone is stealing instead of assuming

They didn’t have what I needed, so I didn’t end up buying anything..BUT the customer service was amazing. All of the workers were so friendly.

Dimely lit store with unorganized merchandise. Though I was greeted by customer service it was still unpleasant experience as nothing seemed to be laid out properly.
