A good variety of things, but it was kinda messy and disorganized. Dollar tree isn’t dollar tree anymore, it’s more like $2 tree. I didn’t find the snacks or drinks I was looking for so they definitely changed up their inventory. The cashier was friendly and the lines weren’t long.

So they only had one cashier, the older woman that many reference on here. She is very nice. Always says “Welcome to Dollar Tree” but on the day before the thanksgiving holiday there was a longer line than usual. And it seemed like there were only two workers in the whole store at he time around 10am.Other than that, the store has LOTS of seasonal items. I was hoping to find thanksgiving decor last minute but I guess I waited too long. There were carts of boxes up against the wall of toys so that was dangerous for kids and I had to push some out of the way. That’s very bad i hope they fix that.YOU NEED MORE MORNING WORKERS! I know this was the day before thanksgiving but still.....

Cramped, understaffed and disorganized store, I believe that's how most of these dollar stores are. Since being taken over its now $1.25 per item. Spent a good while trying to find a couple simple things that logically should be with like items. Still some things are worth the asking price. Unfortunately don't plan on getting out of there in a timely manner. They only put one person on register no matter how long the line is, and the manager seems to hide out instead of helping move the line along. That same employee has to stock shelves and clean up.

The dollar tree in Bradley Bourbonnais the cashier Pam is a nasty witch. Can't say good morning, not pleasant at all should be addressed she is working for $ tree and the public. If so unhappy find another job has been reported to corporate. Unnecessary rudeness.

I absolutely LOVE coming here to stock up on drinks and snacks. I just recently made a snack station in my new bedroom so I come here and stock up on juices,soda,chips and candy. The cashier's/employees whenever I come here are ALWAYS super friendly and sweet when I ask for help or tell them I couldn't find something I was looking for. I greatly appreciate all of you who work here, keep up the great work.

Okay so I was shopping for Christmas decor. This store is one of the most stocked up I have seen. I actually visited another dollar tree before this and I came here looking for a small Christmas tree and I found over 2 dozen of those. I was happy. This store has a great selection of most everything, however, the fridge selection is smaller than others as well as the household cleaning is smaller than others. Otherwise a great store and would recommend

I don’t really like that store. First of all, Lines are always long and some of the people working there seem to have attitude problems like they don’t like assisting customers when they need help with something. I remember asking for help getting toilet paper down from a shelf that was too high for me to reach and lady that worked there seemed like she had an attitude like she had to stop whatever it was that was so important that she was doing. It had to have been about 5 minutes they had me stand there waiting before they sent someone to finally help me. I’m so tired of feeling socially uncomfortable when I’m in public. I’m so sick and tired of getting the funny looks and stares from people like I did something to someone. People look and stare at me like something is wrong with me. I hate engaging with people. People misjudge me like they’re in fear of my appearance. I’m an introvert and I don’t do well interacting with people especially in my age group. I have asperger autism so it’s a struggle for me to deal with this corrupted crazy society. I like keeping to myself and going about my life. I don’t know how to socially engage with people. Maybe that explains why I’m 30 years old and still single and never have had real true friends. People come and go and that’s life, there’s nothing you can do about it. It is what it is. Everyone is crazy in my opinion. If Adam and Eve hadn’t sinned then this world wouldn’t be in the shape that it’s in.

Awful place to shop rude nothing ever in stock shelves always empty.I purchased string cheese I opened it to find it was spoiled. I took it back the next day to get an exchange they refused my request because one of them was open how else would I know that it was bad the date was good. I purchased it the previous day. Never will shop there again.

I really think more people should try Dollar Tree. It has so many products, that are at such a great value. In these hard times, it's nice to have a place to get things at a good price. Everything is a dollar! Unlike the other "dollar" stores, that aren't even "generally" a dollar.

Great store. The only really true "dollar" store franchise where EVERYTHING is actually just $1.00. You can get some very nice, good quality items here and they have a cleanser called "It's Awesome" or something like that that YouTube and Google will tell you is the best stain remover ever. Sorry about the ex-employee that had a bad experience- that does count for something. Also-check your receipt right away. One day I was charged $38 for an $8 purchase and didn't notice until I happened to check my bank account. Store offered help but honestly I was extremely busy to stop and too much time passed. Maybe pay with cash? Otherwise, convenient, awesome, affordable store. Their TP is the best. (tmi?) 😏

Store looks trashed. Hard to find items. Boxes empty and fullall over. Little to no staff. Elderly cashier left all alone in store. Line to check out extends several isles in length over 10 people. Cashier had issues subtracting $10 - $3 checked computer several times before making change ...may also be what's causing long check out line and delays .*Didn't need the lightbulbs that badly 😕 Don't recommend !

I'm a consistent shopper at this Dollar Tree and my daughter is also an employee there. General Manager and a couple of the other managers need to be fired and replaced. If you put someone on the schedule for 5 a m they shouldn't beat their managers there and still have to wait 32 minutes for someone to arrive to let her in the store to even clock in. This has happened several times and it's unfair and unsafe to the employees especially a female that has to wait outside. I drive her and I'm sitting there waiting with her making videos. So there is proof. Y'all gotta do better. #ConcernedParentOfEmployee

Nice store, nice variety. BUT!!! Cashier not just ONE, does not know how to bag a bag!!!! Put liter of pepsi in a bag then put my potato chips in the bag. I asked for separate bag. Another put food with my cleaning supplies. Another put my birthday cards in bag with my heavy stuff. Commen sense tells you that's not right. They should be retrained on bagging, plus a lesson on manners. Telling customers THANK YOU!!! There's family dollar across the street, dollar general a block away. Compation all over. It's us customers that help pay a big part of their pay checks. Without us the store would lose money.

Aisa was extremely rude. No greeting. No thank you. Just stuffed all my items into one bag and rushed me off. Awful service at this location. Manager needs to correct employees attitudes and clean store. Store was a mess. Product not stocked.

The selection in the store is excellent & the store is extremely clean & well kept, very organized. Staff was very friendly & helpful 😊 They had these cute heart ❤ shaped marshmallows

I just left this location, and their INTERPERSONAL commuication skills are menial and their customer service STINKS, each one of the young women, who are service reps, need more customer service training, they are very ungracious employees when their customers request their assistance.

Terrible run business approximately 20 customers in line and only one line open cashier even had to fill mylar balloons while customers waited. Definitely need a new manager.

As a former employee to this location I don't know how it has 4.5 of 5 stars. Manager Kristi Davis is unproffesional, and needs to be replaced. She threw me under the bus and told me my productivity was slow, knowing I kept that store up where she fell short and I wasn't even manager. Which I worked and slaved for, and she promoted all others knowing they came to where near qualifying for the job. I'd recommend going elsewhere instead of this store. The office was messy stock room over flowing with no means of neat orderly arrangement whatsoever.

I've been going to the dollar store for almost 20 years off Chicago Road I never had a bad accident until last week I was trying to get juice out of the freezer and the sales person was cleaning out the freezer she would not let me go in she act like she didn't see my son and I for about 10 minutes then she stood up slam the door almost broke the door of the freezer walk past us went into an office before she went to the office tonight a couple of boxes down I could not believe this because all the other managers they are so nice and kind and helpful
