@dollartree, I’m so disappointed to make a trip for almond milk and to get home the carton milk EXPIRED!!! Gas is expensive and Uber not cheap! So now I have get an Uber to come back or wait until I’m in the area again !Thanks ALOT no cereal for my family in the morning. This is inconvenience and all it takes is for the staff to CHECK THE DATE BEFORE THEY PUT ITEMS ON THE SHELVES. This is NOT the first I encountered similar situation in your food area. I attached the pics to show proof, including the receipt, showing the date that I purchased it. Please fix this!!!

UNORGANIZED AND RUN DOWN!! SmhThis use to be a nice dollar tree that I visit often, but recently I have seen a lot of items not stocked very well and shelves empty/unorganized.Hopefully some manager sees this and does something! I’m sure this can all be fixed in one day if the employees work hard enough.I got what I was looking for but idk if I’ll be coming back anymore....

When your money low. Shop for just about anything you need plus food. And good for getting items to keep your body clean. Shampoo for hair and nice body wash just cost a 1,25 to be fresh. Wash people's. It will help fight covid .run from that skunk weed. It will make you skink. Go away funky smokes.

It's the cheapest family tree around, always have everything you need and more most importantly they are always restocking, sometimes they restock things incorrectly sometimes it's best to look around if you can't find something your looking for they even have food P.S when everything a dollar they mean everything is a dollar.

I try shopping here. I had a bag, and they told me I had to leave it up front, which wasn't a problem. Them a few minutes later, I just got kicked out for no reason at all. Mangers have a problem with people. The sad thing was I shop here early this week and had no problem paid for my stuff with cash. There's other dollar store that never treated me like this ever. Must just be a Chicago heights thing

This is the best Dollar Tree in the Chicago Heights-Matteson- Park Forest area. It's hand down the best dollar store too. Great merchandise and always greatly stocked.

The plastic table clothes were almost ALL gone a long with all the items to go along with them such as cups, plates,forks,spoons and so on other then that the store was WELL stocked especially for Valentine's and a nice sectional of Christmas decor for sale still.The two employees were both VERY FRIENDLY and KIND.The store was WELL kept as far as being clean.

Called today at 11:50am and asked if they have a certain type of powder in stock. I was told "I have no idea right now".What kind of an unprofessional answer is that? When I encounter people that clearly don't want to work, I find myself wondering why they even submitted an application for employment in the first place. It's clear this woman is at work to not do any work. Sad.

Do not go to this dollar tree very prejudiced run poor..I was there on October 10th to Exchange a couple of items and purchase new ones.. When I arrived I informed the older lady who was Caucasian that I have items in my car to exchange.. When I select the new items I put it in the buggy behind her (the cashier ) and informed her I was going to my car to get the exchange items and all my receipts… but neither one of the receipts I had was the one I needed.. so I couldn’t exchange the items.. I do understand that policy oh well, I proceeded to take the items back to my car and was informed by a Caucasian gentleman that he couldn’t look at the tape and that I couldn’t take my items back to my car, because I stole those items which were in a 4 dollar tree bag( Eight plates chargers and five big candlesticks holders) that I took out of my car... so sad The supervisor (The African-American woman) came and another stock person Who told me he couldn’t look at the cameras because he was putting up stock … I told them to review the tapes and stop making accusations that I stole something. The supervisor said she was going to call the police… I said please please call the police and after that they owe me an apology the gentleman said that he’s didn’t Oh me anything and I had to pick up my merchandise the next day after they have time to review the video tape… after another customer told all three of the workers at dollar tree that they do have to apology if after reviewing the tapes and see that,,, 1. I walked in with nothing in my hand, 2. walked out with nothing in my hand to get the items to exchange. I was humiliated…At the end of the day the gentleman decided to give me my merchandise after all the humiliation and the other customers told them how wrong they were .. they finally gave me back the items I purchased the day before at another dollar tree .. this situation could’ve escalated if the police officer had came and was trigger-happy just because the Caucasian woman( The cashier) said that I sold merchandise and they didn’t want to look at the cameras for proof that I didnt steal anything all because she said I did… no proof no proof whatsoever.. I’m still very upset by that experience..

The cashier was awesome. She rang the customers out quickly. My issue is there was only one lane open. And when the second lane opened they did announce it so tha the people who were waiting in line tge longest could be checked first. But the cashier Danielle, who waited on our line was professional friendly and fast

As I entered the store, I noticed that it was very bared and not well stock with most of their products. Many of the customers were complaining about not being able to find the things they need and the messy status of the store. One customer shared how, "The store does this on purpose, so they can get rid of the things that they can't sell (junk) forcing the people to buy it before they restock with the good stuff." However, their staff and manger were very personal, helpful, and nice.

Just had the worse experience ever! The store was under staffed, shelves poorly stocked, the store was in a disarray and the "manager" was extremely rude! Its evident that customer service training isn't provided. I will not be returning.

The workers were nice, the shop itself was clean. Everything was stoked very neatly. But I can't give it t stars because of the state of the restroom. Let's just say I'm sure it isn't cleaned regularly.

Okay so I visit this store frequently. Once a month / twice a month. I came in today for Christmas and thanksgiving decor and there was a huge selection. However, somethings that I saw online and in the Ad were not in store. However, this store is well organized and the female cashier was very friendly.

UNPROFESSIONAL, UNORGANIZED STORE, & RUDE STAFF. I arrived at this location at 8:00AM ready to pick up much needed items. The store clerk stood behind the counter not acknowledging me until several more customers joined me outside. The clerk cracks open the door saying he needed 15minutes to turn on registers, then shuts and locks the door behind him. All customers waiting for store to open ended up leaving. Management need to investigate, missing out on business because staff is unprepared, lazy, or simply could careless.

They will cheat you out of your money if you don't know how to count it. I have only experienced this issue at this location. My advice, shop at another location. At this location, they won't even honor the sale prices that are clearly marked on their displays. Wanted to give them a zero!!!!

There were 2 cashiers, 6 in each line. The cashier rung me up and just left my purchase on the counter. I asked for a bag. She handed 1 to me. I said we bag our own stuff now? She says I have customers. I will NEVER spend another dollar in there.

Place was fifthly. Employees ignore you while you standing in line. They don't come to register when you're standing there to check out. They have a personal call on their cell. They DON'T KNOW HOW TO SAY THANK YOU!! Shelves are messy, bare, employees too busy on their phones, and talking to friends/co-worker. They don't know how to bag a bag! Put hair dye, cleaning supplies with food! Someone from Corp. Ought to pay that store a VISIT! Been there more then once and nothing changes. I quit going there. I go OUT of my way to go elsewhere, to SPEND my money. Your customer is paying their pay check and they don't even know how to say thank you let alone bag a bag.

Smh this place used to be good. Now it’s one of the sloppiest dollar trees around. The air spray shelves are sloppy and there’s never a lot of auto accessories.Management needs to fix this . Won’t come back till it does

The management does not care about this store. It is the dirtiest dollar tree. Disgusting so dirty. It's in a low income area. This place should be spectacular yet it stands without pride and owner ship. A Great Shame
