This has been an amazing Dr for our pup. We Had a horrible experience at another office with our baby. So when we got a new puppy we knew we needed a new Dr for her. Emily has been amazing and very helpful for our scared anxious little boxer puppy Zoey. We are only dog parents so she is definitely the one we trust for our kids needs! Thank you!

Most amazing experience! Everyone that works here is very nice & kind, you can tell they love their job & truly care! I called thinking It was an emergency (but it was not) & they were more than helpful & caring for my pup! I’m a worried dog mom & everyone was so kind when explaining what was really going on with my pup, not making me feel silly or stupid. I’ve lived all over the United States & been to several vets & the pet dr. Is by far the best & most helpful vet I’ve ever brought my pup to! I will absolutely continue to bring my pup to them & my other animals as well! Thank you a million for everyone that works here, truly outstanding team!

Great experience! Couldn't have been better! The staff and Dr. Jewell were very attentive. I have a year and a half old golden doodle that has a LOT of energy. I could easily tell they love animals. They gave helpful suggestions and guidance on all the basic stuff. I'm glad I tried them out, and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Dr. Emily and her staff are very friendly! I loved that she was able to play around with our boxer. He immediately felt at home there! Dr. Emily took the time to listen to us and suggested certain things for our pets since we go camping. Great place and small home town feel!

The Pet Doctor of Rochester is simply the best! They squeezed this sweet foster girl in ahead of schedule, spent tons of time looking her over from head to toe, and provided lots of good recommendations for getting and keeping her happy and healthy. Always very happy with their services.

Wanted to support a local(Rochester, Il) vet and clinic. Decided to give The Pet Doctor a try. So glad I did. New clinic but you wouldn't think they were. The whole office was like one team. I brought my two cats in for their yearly. The cats were not too fond of riding in a car. Dr. Emily and the crew went right to work to ease the cats anxiety. They took good care of them and made sure all my questions were answered. From making the appointment to caring for the animals they were great. They even cleaned up the cats and loaned fresh betting after one of the cats had gotten it wet on the way there . Thanks,
