I am so happy to have found a place that does drop in nail trim for our dogs. One of our dogs is a little crabby when getting his nails done but they have done a great job with him.

Took my Frankie boy here for a nail trim today. In general, this is his least favorite thing, but he didn’t seemed phased today. They did a fantastic job at Spaw Patrol! He was in and out the door in five minutes. All of his nails clipped great even his extra few dewclaws. Super friendly staff; highly recommend.

I took my schoodle here because they had the best reviews around Chatham and not too far from my home. I explained during drop off how I wanted cut, to keep his full beard and just trim it up and I wanted to keep his skirt. Very simple. I just paid $50 for what looks like a hack job. I could've done better at home. They literally chopped his beard off (that was not matted at all because I brushed him thoroughly before leaving home), his skirt is choppy and it's as if they barely took any hair off. His legs don't have any shape and he looks a mess. You can even see the clear indication of where scissors went on his ears. His mustache is also visibly longer on one side. I'm so upset and disappointed and will be calling back tomorrow for a refund since they're closed now.

This is officially my new favorite place for grooming! It had been a bit since my girl got her nails done so they were pretty long and these guys do walk ins for nails. I was astonished at how short they cut them without touching the quick! They were so kind with my skittish girl. Absolutely coming back here. We even scheduled a spa day for next month! 10/10 100% recommend!!!

Had my dogs groomed here for the first time. Both dogs had matting, unfortunately. The groom was well needed and dogs came home looking great! And smelling great too! Will definitely be back.

They did an amazing job on my Standard poodle. His undercoat got quite matted during the shutdown, despite me brushing him every day. Their prices are great and they do a wonderful job with him. Their drop off and pick ups are super easy. Totally professional and very nice people. Love taking Coop here! I highly recommend Spaw Patrol.

This was my first time going Here . I am absolutely amazed at the tremendous job they did. My Saint Bernard was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend them. When I got there they were so kind Courteous and professional. I will be returning. It’s hard to find a place anywhere around Springfield that does the job that they do. I’ve gone other places like Petsmart and others that were so rude. And did not have any patients with my dog these people were fantastic.

My two dogs had not been groomed since Illinois closed and my dogs were a mess. We also moved during this same time and came to Spaw Patrol today. I am so pleased with the results. These people are excellent and I have already made my next appt. dogs looked great and so happy to have found them. I know they had to spend a lot of time on my schnauzer and both looks beautiful when they both came out. Great groomers!!!

Well beyond my expectations! My pup Frankenstein looked wonderful. He went in a hot mess and came out ready to mingle!! Hahaha 😆Gabriela and Alex are wonderful to work with and I would recommend Spaw Patrol to anyone!They provide a great service! Spaw Patrol provides a doggie daycare and if you need to board your dog they can help with that as well. Having transportation issues no problem Spaw Patrol will come to you and pick your fur baby up and bring them back home.Give them a call and schedule your appointment!
