Some of the most rude associates. You need to teach Caitlyn Dial what time and place means. Surely you train them not to berate other associates in front of customers but I could be wrong. Either she has been taught and chooses to ignore it or she really just is a horrible person. Do not recommend attempting to use the dressing rooms if that associate is there!

Minding my business checking the clearance racks and overheard an employee by the dressing rooms (Caitlyn according to her name tag) berating another employee while a customer was standing there. How unprofessional!!! Isn’t stuff like that taken care of by management in an office? I know that Walmart doesn’t pay a lot but if she was one of my employees I would write her up!

Very friendly customer service lady. I was visiting a friend about a mile away and parked my truck out of the way in a good location and they were friendly enough to allow it. Thank you so much.

I had went to purchase a special deal on a 49$ I phone when you signed up for a new plan over the 45$ plan . The sign for the deal was literally right behind my wife and I. They refused to honor it and no joke while we were arguing with the guy about why they weren't going to another associate changed the sign to 99$ .lol No joke. We had both managers up there besides the three other people working in electronics. The most rude people I've dealt with at a place that I have over years spent thousands and thousands of dollars. It took 2 hours to get the phone and the plan. And when we got home, get this! The minutes we payed 50$ for was not on the phone. Horrible, horrible experience. They have still not fixed it. This is the Charleston store. Beware.

When people get in there they greet them kindly, treat and assist people well. But there is some issues when people want to make a deposit, I don't know the reason.

This location is always stocked with everything plus they have more variety of inventory than some other locations. It appears to be a clean store & staff that I dealt with was very nice.

I had a blast at the Charleston Walmart today. The staff was so friendly and helpful, they even helped me find the best deals on toilet paper and canned beans. The store was clean and organized, and I loved the music they played. It was like a party in every aisle. I would definitely recommend this Walmart to anyone who wants to have some fun while shopping.

Walmart is super convenient for me on my journeys in my tiny teardrop. This stop is in Charleston IL…The store is well kept and clean smaller parking lot I think than usual…plenty of parking for the regulars I should think. Not quite so many “off on the edges” spaces for RVersThe staff in this store seen extra nice

There is so much I could say about this place. It needs new management, new. People in every department. Start in the Deli. Their clothes whenever it is convenient. It's not very clean.I don't understand how this place can get by the health department.Tonight I went to Charleston Wal Mart. I must say, like night and day. Clean, functional, people smiling, helpful. How is it that that place is run and function beautiful. It's clean and has people who care.

Stopped at the Deli here, as Olney store deli was closed due to maintenance issues. So stopped here to grab lunch stuff for the week. Lady who helped was awesome, I did not get her name. She was very polite. Also the person who checked us out was great and a little talkative. We had just been in Chicago at a concert, so we got to talk a little until complete. Very pleasant store, and will stop here again if in the area.

Overall a place to go to get a lot of things in Coles County. The prices seem to have gone up on A LOT of items which can be tough to need to do some pricing around the area. When it comes to new shoes, they have what I'm looking for and at a very reasonable price! I am VERY pleased with the aromatherapy priced items as well! Four stars.
