I’m a regular ever since they’ve opened in Charleston and I can say the current staff is honestly the best and most friendly they’ve had. I had Fred hooking me up and he’s always very chill and easy going and can easily get a laugh out of most people that come in with his pleasant demeanor and it’s honestly just a great vibe especially given the type of business it is he just made it all the more welcoming ☺️

Shout out to Bianca, my bud tender of the year!This by far is my favorite dispensary that I have ever been to! I have been too many dispensaries from California all the way over this way, this one has the most relaxed atmosphere, low sales pressure layout. Beautiful quality merch, with 100% friendly customer service. The products are wonderful and of great variety. No fear of higher security. And absolutely no added fees for anything just the debit card, which is the same everywhere. My only wish is that someday you do not have to limit the amount of THC that you sell per transaction. Bianca and the rest of your staff has definitely made a return customer out of me thank you guys!

I love going to the Charleston location. Everyone there is super friendly! It's typically a short wait time for my online orders as they really try to get ya in and out. At the same time they are always super helpful and will take the time to answer any questions I have. The environment is super chill and laid back and it's always a pleasant experience. Rise-Charleston is definitely my favorite dispensary to visit.

Charleston isn't my primary dispensary so I wasn't familiar with the taxes imposed, including medical. I still got my medical discount though. No complaints on the local taxes, college town and all. The majority of the taxes went to the state. That sucks.Overall, a positive in-store experience. Bianca was an awesome caregiver. Customer service and great personality.Thanks very much.
