roads are completely clear and won’t deliver 2.3 miles away from the store. if our cars weren’t not working it wouldn’t be a inconvenience but we were willing to wait an hour to an hour and a half for delivery like usual but “cars aren’t making it through town” not to mention their overly priced sausage that would make me pay 70 or so $ just for 2 pizzas and breadsticks. prices are going up. yes we all know. it was outrageous though and i am completely dissatisfied

With only 3 tables in the restaurant, we had to wait 45 minutes for our pizza. We did get drinks, salad and bread sticks immediately, but we're not happy with the time it took for the pizza. We had to ask for our pizza to go. Seems like a time management issue. Dine in orders should be made before take out or delivery orders! Will not return to this Monicals. We have eaten at many Monicals and have never had this bad experience.

At this location the service was awful. The food was great though. So, I just wouldn't dine-in. There was a large group (about 15 people) and all of the service went to them. We never were checked on. Literally, never. Our drinks were never refilled. I had to get up & ask for doggy bags & for our check. No one ever apologized. I would not go back for dine-in.

I love Monica's pizza. This one is a train wreck... avoid it. Poorly managed and the service is less than adequate. Never did get an 8" pizza in 30 minutes. Other good pizza in Charleston, go there instead.

Bill was $50 . Pizza undercooked, missing a large item and the deliver people made the door delivery situation extremely weird and awkward. When I called they didn’t like the complaint, accused me of yelling when I wasn’t and hung up on me 3 times. I finally asked them to just refund my money and they said we will see and hung up again. Extremely rude and ridiculous!! And still haven’t got the rest of my order. Will be waiting for corporate to call me back. I highly suggest not to go here. The manager was the rudest of all. You don’t hang up on customers and you always try to make the customers happy. Especially if the entire order was a complete mess up. She stated the customers are not correct and they don’t work for us!! It’s sad that customer service is a thing of the past these days. I highly recommend Paglias. Or even gas station pizza over this place.

The Monicals in Charleston is nice, but very dark inside, and the pizza was not the same as at other Monicals we have been to. It looked and tasted like it had cheddar cheese on it instead if just the white cheese we are used to. The cheddar really overpowers the ingredients, and so we were barely able to taste the bacon. Otherwise, the place is good, but I doubt we will return.

Food was just subpar and the staff was less than helpful. I felt like they looked through us the whole time we were there. The restaurant was not clean and if I were to compare it to the Monical's in other cities, this would rate the worst one.

Monical's pizza always tastes great, but in my opinion it's way over priced. There are other better options for the same money. My 3 stars are based on price AND taste. 4.5 stars on taste alone.

Service was good. Food was good. The interior was pleasant..until some of the dining room lights got turned off. Lol. They were back on quickly. Our only concern was that attention to details in fulfilling the order were lacking. Still, we will be going back.

Our food was late, salads were covered in plastic wrap and tipped over in the bag. The pizza wasn’t hot, barely warm. I called and spoke to the manager and she could care less. Not good customer service at all, especially after paying almost 30 dollars for pizza. Next time i will save my money and order dominos instead. They lost a long time customer. I will tell all my friends in town about this bad customer service.

This Monical's seriously pops off. I grew up with a Monical's and was never a big fan until I moved to Charleston and came to this Monical's for the first time. The food is fresh and fantastic. The restaurant is impeccably clean. Highly recommend!!

Felt this location was understaffed. After being seated we sat for over 30 minutes. No one took our order or even got a drink of any kind for us. So we left and went to another location to eat.
