The owner of this shop is so incredibly kind! You can tell that he really cares about animals and loves what he does. I found everything I needed for my pets (1 frog and 2 cats) quickly and he was a great help, he even bagged my crickets while I shopped and had them ready for me at the counter! Also love that he sells real, whole treats for both dogs and cats and I was lucky enough to find some freeze dried minnows and all meat jerky for my cats. I will definitely be shopping here instead of PetSmart from now on!

Fetchers is the only place we go to for our dog food needs. Friendly. Reasonable prices. Variety of flavors in dog food. Variety for all your animal needs. Go there all the time. Highly recommend!

Excellent, locally-owned small business!!!I moved to the area from North Dakota, and it was Baby Zen's 1st birthday, so I wanted to get him something special for his big day!Google Maps brought me to the location, but the building was an old post office, so I continued to drive past it until I saw a sign inside the entryway that said, "Fetchers." - so, if the family wants to drum up more business from out of towers or people who want to support small businesses I would suggest putting up a sign outside. ☺☺The owner was friendly, knowledgeable, and treated my lil babies with love & cuddles. I highly recommend this place!!

They have excellent products and competitive prices on all kinds of animal related items. If you have an animal they probably have some items that you would need. Extremely friendly staff and you can't get better service anywhere else. If you were looking for a place that would be able to supply your needs for your pet then this is the place. If you haven't been there you must stop by and check them out. The happiness of your pet depends on it.

5 stars, 5 stars, 5 stars!!!!! We love Fetchers. Great customer service, great selection, and if they don't have it, they can get it. We love that they don't sell animals, but have adopted a ton. All their animals are well cared for and clean. The price is great and you're greeted by name. The owner usually knows your order and what you have been working on with your animal. We highly reccomend.

Just moved into town and am obsessed with this pet store! I go there more times than I should. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They offer great deals for your pet food and are always willing to order in anything that you may need. My go to place for my new puppy and my 5 guinea pigs! (Also be sure to say "hi" to Steve the cat when you visit!)

The owner was the person running the counter when we went in to pick up a few things - he was nice! The store had everything we needed and at very good prices, especially for a local business. Another thing I was happy to see is that all the animals in store are healthy and have well set up habitats!

The other day I went in for help with getting a new dog food for my lil guy and the owner took as much time as I needed to help me compare/contrast nutritional content and price. Love Love Love this place! Super friendly, and soooo very helpful... My son had just gotten a baby bearded dragon and they helped us make sure we had everything we needed and amazing prices... They have pet food and toys and even homemade treats for your pups... My dog enjoys his cookies from here(and they decorate them)... They even have cbd treats for dogs... I recommend this place for your pets needs...

Really helpful staff. Every time I've been there the staff has been super friendly and knowledgeable. Also, their prices are the same as petsmart and Amazon for everything I've priced out, so it's very nice to have a small local shop that I can just pop over to and not have to drive to Mattoon or wait for a delivery. Also, the shop cat is huge!

This store is amazing. The worker is so sweet and answered all my questions. There animals are well taken care of and they really care about there customers. They even remembered my name after only the second time coming in. Definitely recommend. No longer going to petsmart for my animals needs. Only this place.

Very friendly family business. They work hard to get you what you want and are very fair. The store itself occupies the old Main U.S. Post office building and has some historical interest for that reason.
