It's a small location, but it's very well run. Drive thru is a little goofy in its configuration, but it works. I wasn't there during rush so I don't know how a busy drive thru affects traffic back onto the street.Food is well made, the donuts tasted fresh even though morning rush was over. Breakfast sandwich was delicious. I was greeted in a friendly manner and was served quickly.There's not much seating available, so grab and go is probably your best option.

To be honest the food and donuts let me down. I may try again and see if it was a fluke. Customer service was great though which is why I will give them another shot. They gave my Dog Hope a Pup Cup which she gave 5 stars.Went back again and the donuts were amazing!

Purchased one brownie batter donut on my debit card, came home checked my bank account and they had charged me for $127.34 for one donut. I called them, they had me come to the store. Told me it was an incorrect charge, but I had to wait until tomorrow to receive my money back. Still waiting to be refunded my money. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience. Seems sketchy.*update 3/6/23I never received my money back, so they basically robbed me. I'm never going back. If you go here, be very cautious. Make sure you get a receipt, bc they won't refund your money even when they know it's wrong. They must be skimming the registers.

5 stars because I love the people. They are absolutely fantastic and nice. 4 stars for the food because I love the avocado toast, sausage egg and cheese on a croissant, and the iced coffee..The donuts however, should be arrested! No taste, dry, the texture is like dirt, it's a no for me for the donuts, I would never buy another donut from here again. Other than that, I love Dunkin. 😄

BEWARE of amount being charged on your debit card. On three separate occasions I have been charged the wrong amount. The first time was over $30 the second and third time's, close to $15. When I attempted to address it with the manager working, he became very irate and agitated. He kept interrupting me and telling me to put my card in the card reader. After looking at the screen I realized he was attempting to charge my card the amount again, not credit it back. They claimed they refunded the money each time however my bank says otherwise. For the most part employees (minus the managers) are very friendly, store is clean and usually fresh food. The donuts however,. Not so much

Not quite ready for prime time. Unable to take orders inside because their system is “down.” They then advised us to place the order on the app. Waited 30 minutes for an iced tea. And a donut. Their parking lot is unable to be accessed at most times due to the design of their drive through backing up and clogging the street. They will probably get these kinks worked out in time but I’d say now not to waste your time. It should not take signing up for an app and 30 minutes to get a donut that’s already made in the case and ice tea that is already brewed. Donuts were good though.Parking: Parking is not well planned.

Very good service. Thier coffee taste so much better than others. The employees are super friendly and caring. I spilled my coffee and they remade me another one. Service is also super fast they made my food in less than 60 secs. Fast and good service

really nice location! they are just off by 1 pump in their measurements i ordered a large Carmel iced coffee and only got 3 pumps of the swirl it should be 4 for a large! i used to work at a dunkin’ back at home.2=small 3=med 4=large

I ordered ahead in the app, I waited 45 min at drive through to get my order! They should’ve sent someone out to let those in line know what was happening and see who prepaid to help them move the line along. I understand technical difficulties, but that is unacceptable.

I placed a mobile order. I waited 1 hour in the drive through. Warm coffee and 3 doughnuts Not of my choice. The clerk was heard to name call when she turned around.UNACCEPTABLE!

Dried out donuts, nasty peppermint mocha. Husband's coffe and donut were also poor. Two employees did not know what an 'old fashion' donut was. Did not matter because all of it went into the trash, as we left to go to Starbucks. The table was dirty, the sitting area is stark white, the food was poor. Champaign DDs are much better.

Coffee is amazing ,employee helped me get it just right to how I like it , but the crossant sandwich has old bread and tastes nasty , the pancake sandwich is supposed to come with syrup they gave me honey 🍯 so I’m pretty irritated overall bad experience, only will visit for coffee and donuts

Genuinely cannot believe this location is even open considering how they treat their staff. Was in the area visiting a friend and witnessed the manager yelling at distraught employees. Embarrassing to see. Seeing the other reviews concerning employee safety is concerning.

yesterday i came in and no one seemed like they wanted to be there.. i ordered an iced coffee and a bagel with cream cheese and the bagel was okay but the iced coffee was so watered down i had to throw it out after the first sip..

Hi @valerieParkerThis is in Charleston and not mattoon because Charleston is a college town and it will make Dunkin more money with the non stop amount of students next door, it’s way smarter than the cornfields of mattoon would serve it. So that’s probably why!! :)
