This Dollar Tree is amazing. The staff was so nice and helpful very welcoming. I couldn’t believe all the items they had for crafts and decor. I have to drive to other towns to get to a Dollar Tree but, this will be my new Dollar Tree! It’s worth the extra few miles!

Best Dollar Tree I've ever been too! And I'm from Champaign. Cindy was very helpful with helping me find a Welcome Home sign for 5 bucks! Definitely will be returning on the 3rd! ***<3***

They have a nice selection of items for $1.25. you need to pay attention to what you are buying because many items are a bargain but there are some items that you can get for around a dollar anywhere else. So you definitely should check out the store but be prepared because there are often boxes all over the place because they do not have enough help to keep the shelves stocked.

The employees are wonderful, and quite helpful. The shelves generally stay well stocked unless it's been a busy week. Even though the prices have unfortunaly been raised by .25, it is still a steal compared to other stores due to the ever increasing variety of products you can purchase. Overall, you can generally expect a pleasant shopping experience

I went to patronize this store on Monday, October 21st at approximately 10 AM. The store it’self had a decent selection; especially when it came to kid items. My rating is more for the male cashier (between the age of 30-35; if I’m not mistaken he had on a dark green hoodie/jacket). It seemed he was dreading being at work that day. He made absolutely no eye contact! I tried to start small talk by saying, “ It’s crazy that it’s October, and Christmas stuff is already out!” He said in the most dry monotone voice, “yeah, it can happen like that sometimes.”I know Charleston, is a small town with very little excitement outside of the college atmosphere, but customer service and a pleasant demeanor is not optional. Be glad you have employment and even if you aren’t, at least portray that you are!Kudos to the store for offering a decent selection though!

If I could give them no stars I would. I was in the store, ready to check out, no cashier, at least two more people are in line, you can hear someone in the office, still no cashier, finally one walks in through the front door, does not come to the register I am at, but one down and says, I can take someone on 3, so I said, Are you kidding me, told my grandson they can put this stuff away and walked out

Its a very unique store, selling household goods to party celebration items in all colors to normal household items. Birthday balloons and food. Fun store
