Bought a covid binax now 2 test kit for$25. Drove over to Walmart they had same 2 test kit for $15.88. Drove back to return the CVS kit AND THE COMPUTER SAID IT WAS A NON RETURNABLE ITEM!! BOUGHT IT 15 MINUTES AGO!! What a ripoff, it's Walmart forever for my pharmacy business!!!!

The employees are wonderful. The store is always clean. The ladies who work the front desk are always willing to help and assist in any matter. Can't say enough about this location. You want to be treated like royalty? Go to Charleston, IL CVS!

I love CVS, most of the time they are very helpful. There is one particular person that is always extremely rude every time I have to deal with her either over the phone or through the drive-thru. I don’t like posting reviews, but I’m literally at my wits end with this. I get talked to like I’m a child by this women. Hopefully this will reach the right person and they can possibly give her a lesson on how to treat customers.
