Have always had a positive experience at this pharmacy. Staff is friendly and efficient. I had recently dropped off a prescription and was waiting in the store for it to be filled. A pharmacy employee noticed I was waiting a while and made sure I was taken care of next with my peescription being filled promptly. Pharmacist also always answers any questions regarding prescribed medications. I have also received vaccinations and appreciate them taking the time to fill out documentation paperwork as well. Pharmacies are busy. So are all health care related services. A little patience and kindness goes a long way for the people providing care to us and they are doing a wonderful job.

Extremely disappointed. The app wasn’t working with the promo code for 50% off my photos. I printed 1,000. The store wouldn’t take it off for me. Now they have to throw them away. Wouldn’t work with me. Kind of feel creeped out in a way because they are photos of my children. Customer service older lady, super rude. Younger blonde heavy set, MAJOR RUDE. Like over top rude. Just keeping it clean.

Debra in Channahon was extremely helpful to me while I was getting to get a picture printed just right for an important event. I had been to a different store where no one offered help after several picture flops. Debra went out of her way to ask if I wanted to try printing from the kiosk instead, and then she helped me to get the perfect picture. Thank you, Debra!

I would give zero starts if possible. This pharmacy NEVER follows through on requests. Will say a script will be ready at a certain time and it never is. I understand that it can get very busy, but please do not tell your customers that you will do something (like your job) and do not do it. Very frustrated and will be switching pharmacies.

Clear the whole place out. Everyone that works there is cold, rude, and incompetent. Press buttons, smile, then clock out and go home. We ALL have to do it. Don’t make my day suck because you don’t like your job :)

I went in yesterday for picture prints and the older woman who "helped" me at the photo center AND the man at the front counter were both lacking in friendly customer service. In fact they were both quite rude. Today I went in for more prints and I hit the customer service button and me and another customer waited over 15 mins for someone to come hand us our prints. Employees were walking in and out of the back room the least they could have done was addressed us. Someone needs to come teach these employees a simple lesson in customer service. A little kindness goes a long way.

Never contacted me when my prescription was ready. After checking their automated system several times that day I decided to wait to talk to the pharmacist. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes the pharmacist admits my prescription is ready but she didn’t have my insurance information so she didn’t contact me. Wouldn’t that be the exact reason you would contact a customer? She then told me that they were closing in 2 minutes so I would just have to wait until the morning. I only hope you are treated someday like you have treated me this evening. Will not use this pharmacy again.

I have given these people so many chances but I’ve never had to deal with such an incompetent pharmacy. Rude and have no idea how to put in insurance information. Told me to come pick up the prescription, waited in the drive through lane, was told my prescription wasn’t ready and it’ll be 10 more minutes. Okay that’s fine but then they made me drive around to the back of the line again so they could help other people and then they say they need a prior authorization first. I never write bad reviews but this is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with.

The wait time at this pharmacy is beyond ridiculous! How can it possibly take that long to grab a prescription, ring it up, and be done? I have already transferred some prescriptions to Osco and will be moving the rest. I do not have hours to wait in line every time I need to pick up a refill.

This location is very disappointing for a large retail pharmacy. When it comes to important drugs needed for Covid or pneumonia, this place can take 8 hours to two days in order to fill the prescription. The best option is to call other stores ahead of time.This is a 3-month update from my original review. I'm now awarding this Walgreens only one star. I had a family member that was in pain and I personally brought the prescription to this Walgreens at 9:00 in the morning. I was told it would be a 20-minute wait that the pharmacy had to review it. After waiting 20 minutes they just told me to come back at a later time because they still needed to review it. Keeping in mind I had a family member that just had surgery and needed this medication. After work I came back eight and a half hours later and the pharmacist still has not looked at it. I feel bad for the technicians that work here because they are ran into the ground. Instead of having one white shirt licensed pharmacist, this location needs two or three but Walgreens is not willing to pay that kind of salary. I don't mind waiting, I understand we live in a world that's filled with waiting, but 8 and 1/2 hours just to review a prescription is a little crazy.......especially when someone's in pain after surgery.

Walgreens canceled my orderI ordered two items for pick up with a 25% off promo code. The order went through and let me pay then on my way to the store for pick they canceled the order. No options to wait and have delivered because maybe they were out of stock, no reason given just canceled. Then I tried ordering for a different location with the same promo code and it would not let me. Then I tried ordering without the promo code and it went thru no issues. I think they just did not want to honor their promotion on these products and canceled my order. I will not be shopping at Walgreen's anymore, especially online.

The service here is just ok Hit or miss! Store Director seemsDecent.People Working cash registers especially guy with glasses can be more friendly!! So that’s why it’s hit or miss..... they need to be more personal for jobLike when a customer is talking to you just don’t stare but smile and say something...It’s my local Walgreens but I have been to a lot nicer ones especially in Plainfield and Naperville where we lived before..

They never get the Walgreens application refills! And my doctor always has to call in at least twice to get my prescription refilled.. someone there doesn't know their job!! 😔😠

The manager needs retraining on store policy and customer service. They treat me like a criminal because I wanted to receive the cash I paid myself on WesternUnion. Instead of asking Westernunion themselves, they tell me this is against the law and they will call the cops if I don't leave.I went across the street to Jewel Osco, and received my money with no issues.Bunch of old cranky women work here, stay away unless you are one of them.

Worst pharmacy ever. I stopped all my scripts and transferred them to Osco bc this place is way too busy and annoyed to service their customers. Gave them a second chance. Disappointed AGAIN. At least they didn't disappoint in the fact that they consistently disappoint. If Osco ever starts acting like.this Ill go back to CVS. Only left becauseof distance.

I love this pharmacy! Very sweet pharmacy staff and I commend the pharmacist for being kind, professional and knowledgeable. I’ve been to multiple pharmacies including other Walgreen locations and Channahon beats them by far! Thank you everyone including the very sweet staff and clerks!

Good place, but jesus, talk about getting phone harrassed over prescriptions being filled and ready for pick up, this place takes the cake. Back off and calm down a little already, i know they're ready snd I'm coming. WOW!
