I have used this place to have something done years ago and had no problem. This time they seemed to be so unorganized. They were supposed to be working on 2 customized patches for me. The last time I heard from them they were supposed to be looking for a font for me and said they would contact me that next Monday ( 3 days later ). I never heard back and it's now a month and a half since I put in the order. They won't answer their phone at their business as it goes straight to voicemail. I left many messages and they have not returned my call. I even sent a text to the number that they sent a message from a while back and they have not replied. This was supposed to be a gift for my niece. I will no longer refer business to them. They are very unprofessional.

I’ve had both embroidery and tailoring done at Yong’s, and they always do a superb job! I wouldn’t take my things anywhere else. From embroidering a name on a jacket, to delivering a custom-embroidered patch I designed, to replacing a zipper, or just changing a hemline, they are experts and it seems they can do anything. Highly recommend!

Dropped some items off last week and they said they would be done by Tuesday or Wednesday to pick up. It’s Wednesday afternoon and I just arrived and they had put the order away and completely forgot about it in the rush of the holidays. fortunately they were presents for our staff and now won’t be done in time. Things get busy, but now we’ve lost the opportunity. I could’ve taken them somewhere else. So now they either won’t be finished, or they will be late. Horrible experience.

I have used Yongs for my alterations. I have had taken long dresses here for hemming. One was for my daughters destination wedding. I did not try it on before leaving since I was trusting it was good. Just had another dress that I took also to long when I put it on. I called and told him when I put it on the dress was to long and I was stepping on it. He told me I was past the two day policy to have it fixed. He would charge me all over again. BEWARE!! No longer a customer.

Yong's alterations (next to Yong's embroidery) fixed a broken zipper on my golf bag in 1 day! They also cut and hem my 4 pants in 1 day! Please try their service before you throw away anything that doesn't fit. They have a fitting room and will measure the right size, too.Yon'gs embroidery is also amazing. They can put almost any custom logo and name on your clothing very fast, which is ideal for new business or organization. You can bring your own clothing or order from their massive catalogs.
