That place is full of people who don't know how to do their jobs. And they don't make any effort to help. I returned home without water because they didn't know how to charge for an exchange on Primo water. Five people, and not one of them could do it.

Asked eight different employees and spent 40 minutes waiting in the electronics department for someone to come unlock and give me printer Ink. I eventually just gave up and I'll have to go to Staples in the morning wasted an hour of my life.

They're rebuilding so its really hard to find what you're looking for, and all the prices were wrong. I grabbed three items that were tagged at $3.97 on the shelf and got charged for $5.97. However, the one Walmart associate I asked for help was very happy to do so and helped me get my questions sorted out.Also, did you know Walmart has their own radio station now? Crazy, right?

I went to this store to buy just a few products. Then I decided to buy liqueur for coffee. My wallet didn’t fit into my pocket so I only took my credit card with me. My age is approaching my seventies. So at the checkout they refused to sell me this liqueur due to the lack of ID! Where is the common sense? My face, neck, everything speaks about my age, but these workers, stupidly not seeing anything, refused to sell that liqueur to me. At the same time, the store was dirty, food was lying on the floor and behind the shelves, it was impossible to get it! However, these super impenetrable, hard-to-walk workers at the cash register refused the elderly woman a basic service! Well, I went to Aldy where they sold me liquor without any ID checks. The cashier just asked to look at him and that’s it! There is no one to restore real order in the store, but there are a lot of people who want to pose as lawmen. Ordinary humanity, adequacy and understanding have simply disappeared! But idiocy rules.

We did both pickup and ran into the store. I ordered a single Christmas gift because they were low in stock and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find it if I went inside. They sent me a notification saying to come between a certain time to avoid a rush or really busy time....Should have ignored that. We still waited 20 minutes for our single item but I understand it's the holidays and the weekend.After that my husband decided to run in to make eye appointments. They were out to lunch... so later in the afternoon around 3 we stopped back by and frustratingly enough, he still couldn't make the appointment because they closed early

I recently placed a pickup order at this location. My order was placed at 3:26pm on 12/1. I set my pickup time for 10-11am on 12/2. I received only an email, no call, at 9:33am on 12/2 that my order was cancelled. Due to the item being out of stock.Thank goodness I had checked my email just before leaving. As I was already in my truck about to leave. I have received no option to reorder the item and have it shipped. It simply is marked as out of stock. And my money will be refunded.I don't shop at Walmart often. But this will unfortunately be the last time. The only mitigation for this error will be to purchase the item I ordered at the price I originally paid. Very poorly run operations.

Been doing my shopping here for quite sometime now. Well, the staff changes every now and then so no need to do a review about them. The place is spacious and there are lots of affordable stuff you can get here. Their meat section is great lots of products to chose from. Will continue doing my shopping in here.

Could not find anything in this store. Even the employees had no idea where things are located. Cut my hand on an item, mind you I’m shopping here. Asked for a bandage to help stop the bleeding. The young lady in customer service seriously suggested I purchase one from the pharmacy. Like I got injured in your store, from your packaging.To top it all off the person that bagged my stuff put my 5 items in separate bags. So in my hurry to not bleed everywhere I neglected to check to see if I were given everything. Of course my thinking it would be silly to put 5 items in different bags I left to go get told to buy a bandaid.I know that where ever I work there is a first aid station. So this complete laziness really irritates me.

My husband I just went here 8/26/22 and the clothing department was an absolute disaster!!! There were four employees running around the department not cleaning/organizing anything! An absolute disgrace for retail! See pics - I’d like to write the store manager on this - I couldn’t find sizes/styles or anything in the same place.

I called in with a question, and the gentleman was very helpful and polite. I also was granted permission to park in the parking lot overnight in my RV. Makes me want to shop at walmart. Thank you

One of the most ghetto spots in CU after dark. Used to be open 24/7 until so much crime that they had to shut down early. Today 12/08/2023 I was walking through the store without my glasses as I took my sunglasses off and didn’t put my glasses on yet and I imagine I looked pretty tired and disheveled but sorry it’s been a long week medically and that tends to happen when you’re sick. Anyway, a Walmart female manager literally looked me up and down from head to toe. She looked at me with disgust, I swear. Like damn I didn’t think I looked THAT bad. Lol. And even if I do, mind ur own business. I’d like to see you deal with my health problems and live where I live and manage my budget, or lack thereof (kind of hard to budget when you get paid poverty level), and see how presentable you look to the public. Idk her name but she was walking with another manager as they were pushing a flat cart towards back of store by craft area. Rudeeeeee. She was white middle aged woman. Blondish hair. Also when in the checkout line, I tried to tell the cashier that it said “card problem” twice when I inserted the chip and she ignored me and told me I needed to use the chip instead of swipe it (like duh, I think I know how to use a debit card, I was trying to swipe it due to how it said card problem when I tried to insert the chip). But I mean it’s a Walmart, how cheery do u think the staff is gonna be? I don’t blame u.

I met with Sandra from pickup today. She was a kind, hardworking woman, carrying out my groceries in the cold rain. People who suffer during the holidays to make our lives easier deserve to be appreciated and recognized. Walmart management, I hope you can recognize the struggle of your workers too. They should be rewarded for the ways they keep your doors open. Thanks again, Sandra!

Check out personnel are more interested in their phone instead of the customer. I feel this is rude behavior. They're either texting or talking on the phone with earbuds while checking out your order.

If i could give curbside pickup a 0 I would! I arrived for curbside pick up and checked in at 4:55 pm. I had not received my items and had been waiting for 40 minutes. I called the number posted on the sign at 5:35 pm the young lady says ' I will put you in queue and they will be out shortly". I'm confused because I have been in queue since 4:55 pm when I checked in and it is now 5:35. I wait and it is now 6:05 I waited for an 1 hours and 7 minutes still no one came out to deliver me my items. I canceled my order and left. I still have not received a confirmation about my cancelation.

It's unlikely to have been a typical experience, even during rush hour, but an online order took over 90 minutes for a parking space to open and it to be brought outside. If you need some time away from a housemate or significant other, ask them to pickup an online order for you here.

Use to be able to find whatever you need or want in any walmart now seems you have to travel to all of them to find what u need. Nothing is ever stocked!!! And the dates on things are outdated!!!

This Walmart seems a little dated and old. Many items were out of stock. I might have a higher standard due to living up north where more things are available. Still cheaper than buying anything at Walgreens.

Love the pharmacy here, most everything else is reasonable, but HEADS-UP that their sporting goods section does not accept returns for any reason. We bought a $100 pellet gun that was clearly defective the moment we opened it. If something is broken out of the box, this corporation should take responsibility. At the very least maybe a sign in that isle giving us warning for that kind of thing, because the sign doesn't help me in the returns section of the store when I already bought it. Aside from that, the staff is crazy chill and the place doesn't look like a tornado came through their isles like it used to. Worst I saw it in recent years were those few days when all the college kids are moving in, and all the stores were looking like a tornado came through it then.

If I could five 0 starts I would. Received notice my order was ready for pickup. Got there 10 minutes later. Waited an hour for my order to come out. Got home and I am missing a $12 package of chicken breasts and have completely smashed bananas. Tried to call several times. No answer at the store. I live 35 minutes from the store. Absolutely terrible. How am I supposed to get my $ back for missing/damaged items!!??

It seems Walmart is really slipping. The service personal are not the slightest bit interested in helping the customer, and that's if you can find one. The prices are not that much better than Amazon if at all. And one register open out of 12 or more is ridiculous. They don't pay me to work there so I should not be expected to check and bag myself out. And what ever you do, avoid the produce like the plaque. Bought a bag of potatoes yesterday and had to throw 2 out yesterday evening. Also had to throw out an orange that we bought 2 days ago. Very frustrating when you live in a rural area and not a big city.
