This is actually the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. They close at random hours and don’t let you know. My prescription was also out of stock and they told me they would fill it once it came in, but they never did. I would give them a 0 if I could. I never leave bad reviews this is how you know I’m serious. So frustrated.

They simply lied to me. I was told they reached out to my insurance carrier "several times" (hence the delay) and when my insurance carrier contacted them directly, they were told, "We're out of that medication".The representative told me that she was shocked at how dishonest they were with me and how easy it was to prove there were no records of Walgreens contacting them.Secondly, Walgreens would often tell me that my doctor hadn't faxed a prescription over when the office had sent if several times. Having detailed proof of sent/receipt data.It's obvious these delay tactics cost patients like me who need a medication on a very time sensitive basis medical problems.I am now without my medication. My insurance carrier is trying to get Walgreens to fax my prescription somewhere else as priority.It's unacceptable practice for this place to be so deceitful to its patrons, delay vital medications, and waste additional doctor's resources. Where is their district manager?

These people shouldn’t even call themselves a pharmacy, as the only thing they are best at prescribing is frustration and irritation. I have a medication I have been needing to pick up and I usually call ahead to make sure it’s ready for pickup. After being told it was ready, I went there only to be told that it wasn’t ready for pickup due to insurance issues and that it would be ready at a later date. I returned a few days later, only to be given a much later date. There isn’t anything wrong with my insurance. I just don’t understand why I had to go there THREE times for something that could have been resolved the first time and still hasn’t been resolved. This isn’t the first time.

Wish I could give this place a zero. Not only is it nearly impossible for them to answer the phone but the line to even pick up a prescription takes over an hour on average. Not to mention, they notify me that my prescription is ready but then after I wait an hour in line to pick it up they ALWAYS tell me that it’s STILL not ready and will take up to two more days causing me to miss medication. I am so glad that after this year I will never have to step foot into this place again or deal with the people who work there. Please never send your prescriptions to this location!

Typically they're ok with answering the phone or calling back, but today they must be struggling or something because I've been on hold for almost 2 hours just to talk to a pharmacist. I've been the next in line for half that time. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable.

It's true that the wait times here are unreal. Almost every time I call, I have to wait over an hour to actually speak with a pharmacist. The lines are often long but even when they are not, they move very slowly. I was in line at the drive-through pharmacy with only one car ahead of me, but even with only one person in line ahead of me I was waiting for over 15 minutes and eventually just gave up. It's too bad because the location is very convenient, but I'm moving my medications to a pharmacy further from where I live because the wait times are untenable.

2 prescriptions sent to them. One was filled quickly. The other they kept saying 20 min, 1 hr, 2 hrs etc. They said they were understaffed but they had the medication in stock. Kept going on for two days. Finally asked another Walgreens in the area to fill it and they did it within an hour.Also their lines for pick up are insanely long.Management, please do them better and get proper staffing. They're obviously overworked.

This is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever dealt with! Very unorganized pharmacy! Since when does it need 8 employees who stand there and talk, don’t assist my 73 yr mom? Let alone a line of customers, wrapping around 2 aisles? Not only that, they have shorted my moms pills by 2 weeks. Important prescription at that and she can’t afford the EXTRA MONEY due to her needing it before it’s due to be filled! Only due to their STUPIDITY of shorting her quantity of pills. I’m an EXTREMELY irritated at a store that I once could trust my prescriptions to be ready ON TIME, not being shorted, at that.You best believe it, I’m changing pharmacies. This is absolutely absurd and ridiculous. Can’t even get prescriptions on the weekends due to the pharmacy being closed.I had a surgery 3 months ago, got released on a Saturday. Couldn’t get pain pills til 4 days after I was released. You expect people to be OK and happy?? Think again!

My husband's prescriptions were sent here on Tuesday morning. Went to pick them up not knowing the pharmacy closes at 6 pm. They had the prescriptions ALL day today. We get there at 5 pm for pick up. They were NOT filled! WHY? We were informed that the pharmacist had NOT even looked at them, yet. Then was told it would be sometime tomorrow We asked them to transfer the prescriptions to another Walgreens and they REFUSED! Fine, I'm done! Send them to Wal-Mart. No they refused! Then Walmart calls to get them transferred and the Walgreens they hung up on the Wal-Mart pharmacy! - multiple times!!! These prescriptions are life saving things that he cannot go a day without. Otherwise I would not be so upset. DO NOT GO TO THIS HORRIBLE STORE! They are rude (got an eye roll because I asked why the prescriptions were not filled) and incompetent not to mention lazy! Save yourself the hassle!

i never write bad reviews for places, but this pharmacy is just awful. i've been refilling my prescriptions with them for almost two years now because it's closest to campus, and they somehow manage to have a problem with my prescription EVERY MONTH. if i have a problem with my prescription, i have to call them... which takes forever because the average hold time is about an hour (in my experience). i was told i have to call every single time i need my prescription refilled even though my psychiatrist approved a refill. yesterday, one of my refills was cancelled without my knowledge, despite approval from my psychiatrist. i tried to call them today and had to wait an hour on hold. i eventually had to hang up because i have a class schedule and i don't have all day to wait on the phone.

Do not use this pharmacy unless you appreciate 2+ hour wait times for medication that you ordered ahead of time. They cut their hours, are not open on weekends, and if you go inside to pick up your meds, the line is always at least 10 people deep. The staff is friendly, but it does not make up for all of the hurdles and time wasted.

When asked about possible substitutions with my medication the pharmacy tech with an undercut/pony tail combo mumbled, "Weird," as if I wasn't standing 5 feet in front of her. They also have the longest wait times I've ever experienced.

I have come to realize that Walgreens will not fill your prescription unless you sit and wait for it. I called yesterday and confirmed that my prescription was ready. Drove here today, planned my whole day around it. Not ready. Came back at the time they told me it would be ready. Then told I could wait 15 minutes, or come back in 2 hours. So I'm waiting. 3 stars b/c the drive thru woman is nice and seems apologetic.

Truly the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of visiting, would give them zero stars if I could. Just one experience (the others were just as bad though), 30 min in line for them to say it wasn’t ready, told me to come back in 30 min—I came back in an hour—and then didn’t have it ready then either. Never got so much as an apologetic look let alone an apology or any sympathy. I would compare their customer service to that of a Waffle House but that would be rude to Waffle House. Thank God I found a way to switch pharmacies because genuinely the worst part of my month was going there to be handed my life saving medication with not only a frown but genuine hatred in the eyes of the person on the other side of the counter.

PATHETIC. I have never seen such awful customer service from a health provider service in my life. I watched a woman with an orange Mohawk that was likely a manager yell she can’t help someone when they just tried to ask a question as she walked by, then she proceeded to tell me that there’s only 2 people there and I would have to wait for my antibiotics that I’ve been asking them to fill since 10:30 this morning. I was there three times and was told come back in 2 hours TWICE. That is unacceptable when you have a raging infection in your colon. Unbelievable. I will NEVER step foot in a Walgreens again. I called Carle to switch my script to CVS and told them about my experience and they said they’re going to stop doing business with them because they’ve had nothing but trouble with them too. Boycott Walgreens! They don’t care about their customers one bit!

Do not go here. Find somewhere else.They mailed me someone else's medication, and told me the only way they would give me my medication was if I went to their store and waited in line to deliver back to them in person the wrong medication. They refused any other suggested arrangement, such as arranging a pickup via the same courier or asking me to appropriately discard the medication they sent in error.Not everyone has the means do what they demanded easily, and an "easy" interaction with this Walgreens is at least an hour long endeavor with travel and waiting in long lines. They are only open during the time of day when most people are working.You don't hold someone's medication hostage because you made a serious and dangerous mistake, and you shouldn't try to treat your customers like they are your employees.I don't work for you, Walgreens, and you aren't compensating me to fix your screwups for you. I'm certainly not taking off work and losing money to fix your screw ups just so that you'll deliver my medication to me as promised.I don't even know why they wanted the medication back. It was a sensitive chemotherapy medication that was ruined because it was left on the porch in the sun in 90 degree heat. I bet they would still have given it to the cancer patient who depends on it to stay alive after it had gone through some random person's house and been degraded by heat.

Horrendous place to get your medication. 4 days to fill a medication and they are closed the entire day during the middle of the work week? Only open from 10-6 during the day? Ridiculous. I understand staffing shortages but that is unbelievable. Ive never had a worse experience at a pharmacy.

The cashiers there are rude and unprofessional. This morning I requested a document printing on Walgreens Photos website and it says pick up by 9:09 AM at this location. I walked in at 9:20 AM and was "greeted" by an old, skinny white guy with a weird attitude who seemed inconvenienced by my presence. After explaining what I was there for, another cashier sluggishly walked to the printer, and it turned out that they didn't even print my order! And it took him over 10 minutes just to print out two sheets of papers!

The worst Walgreens I have ever used for prescriptions!! I don’t know if they are short staffed or just incompetent! Regardless it is unacceptable to still be waiting on an important prescription to be filled after 2 days!! I was told they are too busy because of Covid to fill prescriptions in a timely fashion. If they can’t fill them they should shut all acceptance of prescriptions down! I have been trying to get ahold of someone again after the second day of not having my prescription filled and after 20 minutes still on hold and then they hung up on me. I called back and talked to the Pharmacy manager and he was not apologetic at all and was very blasé about me having to wait TWO days for an important prescription!

pharmacy continues to not fill up prescriptions on time, hand the wrong prescriptions, and give the wrong amount of the prescription. additionally, it’s very hard to get ahold of the pharmacy techs, so when they do mess up, I have to waste another 1+ hour on the phone to fix the problem. also, I went through the drive through to pick up my prescription, and they saw me in my car, but chose to ignore me for 15 minutes. so exhausting to deal with and unprofessional.

Got a vaccine today and i waited 40 minutes past my appointment. They let multiple people go ahead of me and when i was next in line. This isn't my first bad experience with them. Completely unorganized.

Love waiting 8 hours for a prescription that I need that day. The prescription got called in at about noon and I didn't get my medicine until I demanded that they fill the prescription before they closed because they didn't answer their phone all day. And then they didn't read their voicemails until 4:30 evidently and at 7:30 they told me that they hadn't had time to fill it yet. I said that wasn't acceptable, so they told me they would fill it before they closed. I'm changing pharmacies. They couldn't even fill the prescription that I was trying to fill. So now I end up paying more. Hard to understand why I have to pay more when I'm already inconvenience by making another trip to the place that takes literally hours to do anything. I am displeased with the service there.

The pharmacy is terrible. The last 3 times I've tried to use the pharmacy, I've had to wait over 20 minutes just to pick up a simple prescription. The most recent time I gave up and left after 20 minutes. The 5 person line had moved forward by one person in 20 minutes and the pharmacists were just kind of standing there waiting for something to happen on a phone call. Avoid this place.

First things first, don’t let the first thing you say to a customer at 8:30A be condescending, impatient and inconsiderate. Tramy is rude AF. WHICH SUCKS because I always choose Walgreens for everything quick and my prescriptions. She really needs to take a second breathe and then understand that her behavior effects other people. Thank goodness I have been meditating or she would have gotten all this mouth and knock roll on this Monday morning!

The absolute worst pharmacy. On more than one occasion,it took them over ten days to refill/fill a prescription. They did charge my health insurance six days before they filled the prescription. Slow inconsiderate, rude, and over priced.
