I used Underground Printing services to order about 35 custom shirts for our family reunion. The responsiveness of the staff was extremely quick and very professional. I submitted my own artwork for the shirt which the artists transferred beautifully. Once my payment was complete and the artwork was submitted, I got all of our shirts within a week - with plenty of time to spare before our family reunion. Very pleased with the service all around - would recommend and use again!

Ordered from here twice for two different Christmas gifts. First time, no problem at all, product was great, print turned out great and is of good quality. Second year I got the PDF for my design approval and the color was not originally what I thought it would be. I emailed the contact person, and within minutes he emailed back and already changed the color to one that was more suitable. Great services, great products, great selection, easy to design shirts online.

Great customer service, they were very friendly via email, quick to respond and helpful with our order demands. The website is very easy to use and we were very happy with how much we could customize, even on our own uploaded images. What we liked most is the approval process, to be able to see almost exactly what is being printed before getting sent the product is a huge plus and a feature we had a tough time finding from local printers. The product is great and we will be sure to be a return customer.

I've worked with Cameron twice for different orders and have had a great experience! He responds to emails quickly and really makes sure that you're getting what you want. Great place to get personalized, affordable tshirts made on campus. I reached about getting additional shirts made for a comedy group I'm in. Megan at Underground got back to me very quickly, found our design from last year, and made ordering new ones very easy. In the beginning of the process I priced out my order with different screen printers but chose this Tara here at UGP because of the outstanding service and dedication to customer satisfaction. She made the process quick and easy answering question via email as fast as I could send them (I had a few). I found this brand while looking to make a custom shirt for my father in law. They had a really good price and were so helpful when the color I chose was out of stock. They went so far as to suggest similar colors that were in stock. Despite all that it still came by my chosen delivery date. Dont use any other custom print beside them. I promiee you wont be disappointed
