Two Men & a Truck moved our belongings from one storage unit to a smaller one. The 2 young men, Jesse & Jonathan, were respectful, courteous, engaging & very efficient & competent. They did an awesome job of both protecting our furniture, etc . . . while packing it in so it all fit. I highly recommend this company!!!

Two Men and a truck have zero communication. Between Champaign, CSRs and employees. My husband was fired out of the blue with no previous warnings and was not told about it for two weeks. The drivers are held accountable for any mistakes the crew makes even if they didn’t do it themselves. They don’t train their employees well and just throw them out in jobs having no experience and expect them to not make any mistakes? If I could leave zero stars, I would. This company is a disaster.

I had requested a preliminary quote online, it seemed agreeable. After clearing some stuff out from the house and getting a better understanding of what needed to be moved, my spouse reached out again for a quote, price went up by almost $2000. I called to inquire about the price difference since the material to move on both quotes were very similar. I was told the person who sent me my quote (twice), is new and has no idea what they're doing. The higher quote sent to my spouse is the correct one, deal with it. Tried to tell me that because this is an intrastate move, it's going to cost more. Why moving within the same state costs more is beyond me, but regardless, both were quoted the same way, intrastate so that was a bogus excuse. Needless to say, this was an unpleasant interaction. We were trying to find a simple painless solution to move our home, we're bouncing back and forth between both houses, trying to make arrangements to meet movers, and between the different quotes nearly doubling in price, not something I have time for.

This was my second move using Two Men and a Truck in central Illinois and they continue to provide quality service at a fair price. Office staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Our movers were phenomenal! Professional, knowledgeable, and polite! Their communication was great, checking in throughout when they had questions on items. They worked efficiently, completing our across town move in just a few hours. Our belongings were treated with care. No furniture damaged or items broken! As someone who has moved over a dozen times in their lifetime, Two Men has provided some of lowest stress moves I've experienced. Thank you!

Dan and his team were great throughout the whole process. Christina got us scheduled, they brought us moving supplies for packing, when moving day came the guys showed up right on time and had everything done within a few hours. They have NO idea how to wrap things to keep them safe. Found nearly all pictures (and one frame) broken and one (of 2) of Grandma's cut glass pieces broken well beyond repair.Also, two 2 days to do a short 1 day job (somehow didn't see 2 of 5 rooms). If you have to use them, ask for Cody).Never again!

I needed help moving heavy items. I was really stressed about finding a way to get these items packed, transported and moved to the new location. The movers were so nice and made me feel at ease when moving them. They were quick but I felt like they took extra care. I will definitely use them for future moves.

I have always used Two Men and A Truck for my moving needs so when PetSmart donated four very large very heavy rolling pet cages. I called Two Men and A Truck for an estimate and when they found we were a nonprofit organization for savings animals they offered to do it for free! It saved us a lot of money which we are very grateful for!Our moving team was amazing! Efficient, friendly, fast and did an excellent job! Thank you to Bruce, Donteil, Dara and Steve!! Using 2 Men and a Truck is the best money I ever spent! I needed to move 15 pieces of furniture and over 50 boxes over 45 miles and they were able to complete everything quickly while still handling my items with care. I have never moved where something didn't get scratched, broken, etc. but everything arrived as it should and I was very happy with the customer service. I would highly recommend using this business.

The packing crew did an ok job but missed packing some items. Also they didn't label any boxes so we weren't sure what was in a box to know where to place the boxes at the new place. Screws to attach a mirror are missing and a plug adapter is missing.The move crew worked quickly. They too missed items at the old residence. Not sure how a person misses a wheel chair but that wasn't brought.We used 2 Men and a Truck before with no issues but this move wasn't as good. I would though use them again.

I recently hired Two Men and a Truck of Central Illinois for a move, and I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with their services.Despite providing a comprehensive list of my belongings, the movers only managed to move approximately 50% of the items, leaving a significant portion behind and causing a logistical nightmare.To make matters worse, the final bill exceeded the original estimate by over $700, with no justification for the excessive charge given the minimal work performed. Their billing process lacked transparency and professionalism.Moreover, I was denied the option to continue the move when reaching the estimated limit, despite being promised otherwise during the booking process. The movers left abruptly, disregarding my wishes and leaving the job incomplete.The movers were polite but disorganized, lacked clear leadership, and were ill-prepared for the job. They even lacked the necessary tools for bed disassembly, causing further delays.Communication with the company has been severely lacking. Despite multiple requests, I have not received a receipt for the services rendered, which is unacceptable and unprofessional.When attempting to address my concerns, I was met with hostility and disrespect, with no attempt to rectify the situation or even an apology.I strongly advise against using Two Men and a Truck of Central Illinois for your moving needs. Their unprofessionalism, lack of transparency, and disrespectful treatment of customers make them an unreliable and untrustworthy company.This company claims to be part of a large national franchise, but their performance does not reflect the high ratings boasted by the overall franchise. I suspect that their positive ratings are due to other franchise locations' efforts, not their own.My experience with this specific franchise has been appalling, and I regret choosing them. I encourage others to hire local movers or handle the move themselves to avoid similar stress and frustration.In conclusion, I urge everyone to steer clear of this particular franchise and explore other reputable moving companies that value their customers and provide reliable services.

The manager, Ryan, is the worst lier and really dishonest. Do not trust anything he claimed and promised. If your waived the $100 protection coverage, the movers can smash all your belongings and don’t need to be responsible.The manager Ryan told me that they would cover and compensate me for all the damages and told me to just continue moving and to make full payments in the end. However, he later emailed me saying he can only reimburse me $3.00 for hundreds of dollars of damages! We are going to small court claims for this dispute. Disgusting service done by him. The movers were helpful and nice tbh, I have no complaints about the movers honestly.

They gave us an estimate of $2,400 and it ended up costing approximately $6,400!!! I called a couple times to ask for someone to come out to ensure our inventory list was correct. The guy I spoke to both times told me that was not needed even though I was very concerned about the amount of stuff we had. We will NEVER be using two men and a truck again! I tried both days to ask for a discount and both days talked to a manager and was told there was nothing they could do so why would they comment for me to call them now?!?!?

We just had Two Men and a Truck move us from house to house in Champaign. We had heavy furniture, tight staircases, and all the other things you know will be huge pain. Bruce, Robert, Mike, Tyra, and Dontail were amazing. It was a miserable hot day, but they were so professional, careful, and hardworking. What a great crew! We'd give them 10 stars if we could!
