Great flavors and you have the option to mix. So many toppings to choose from. My fav was the color changing spoons lol. Keep in mind that you are charged by weight. Well worth the drive and a great Saturday treat to share with my baby boy. The young lady behind the counter was sweet.

How….just how….did this come out to $10.00?! Geez, I know inflation is a mess all across America right now, but I about stopped in my tracks when I was told the price of this at the scale. Just a couple years ago, at least at Yogurtland (in California where I’m from), this amount would have been more like $5-6. The taste was alright, nothing to rave about, and flavor selection was kind of lacking (very basic flavors). Probably won’t return back with these prices 😐

I’ve never had frozen yogurt before and I’m glad we decided to here for our anniversary because the taste of the fro yo and all the toppings i added were excellent together. You can get as much as you’d like just remember you get charged by the pound! I think it’s well worth the price and will come again if I’m ever in the area 😊

Customer service: We waited 10 mins for someone to come to the register to check us out. No apology for our wait when she finally arrived. Yogurt began to melt. The added ingredients/toppings by the counter were a mess. The area was not clean. Items were mixed with one another & falling on the floor. Also, the establishment looked dirty. We almost walked out; however, gave it a chance despite our 1st impression. Yogurt: We all were disappointed. The "chocolate" non-dairy yogurt was gross. Oil was at the bottom of my cup. I threw it away. The rest of the yogurt was just "ok." I've never visited a TCBY that was dirty w/yogurt that tasted awful. 2-stars due to the vanilla yogurt being "edible." However, we will not return.

Enjoy the location. It had some seating inside and outside. The variety was nice. The toppings were great. It was a fun little place for a daddy daughter date .

Fro-yo is always good but this was my first time here and I can't remember the combination I put on my cone but I loved it. The service was also great. If you’re a fro-yo lover, you should check this place out too - you'd love it

Disappointing to go in when they are still supposed to be open another 20 minutes and get your fro yo and then be told you can only use 3 spoons to get toppings since the worker decided to clean up early. Not worth the price paid tonight. If your open until 10 the customer should be able to get any options they’d like..

Chocolate was good, the vanilla was weird and oddly transparent and watery. Boyfriend wasn't a fan of the oreo and mint flavor. But my issue wasn't with the actual froyo...it was that this place was dirty. The warm sauce display was nasty. The shakers with sprinkles and everything were covered in old froyo from people touching their bowls with it. The scale looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a good while...the sad part is that it wouldn't take very long to fix these issues and we were the only ones in there so it wasn't from being busy.

A great shop with management that had kept customer service at the center of business. My family likes the dairy-free options. I also like that my kid with an allergy can ask for fresh toppings that are free from cross contamination.They also do a great job connecting with the community.

2.5 stars is what I would give, so I round up here. Great atmosphere and a well kept shop. They do have a large variety of flavours and toppings, 12 soft serve and 6 scoop if memory serves me right. We tried half of the soft serve flavours and did not like them. Wish we had tried some of the scoop but we felt bad already trying so much that we just got vanilla, the only flavour which wasn't terrible. When it comes to toppings they had a ton, but no flavoured pop which was disappointing. Kinda expensive too, wouldn't to back.

This review is 1.5 years later and still no other ice cream shop compares! The staff is great, atmosphere is fun, location is perfect, and above all the ice cream is top notch. I sometimes dread coming here because I want EVERYTHING ! I LOVE the sundaes! & the bacon ice cream is the best EVER!

The options of both froyo and toppings are large indeed. The store was clean and seemed well kept. I brought in my 2 children and let them spend the extra $1.79(if memory serves right) for the reusable color changing bowl as it was put fist time ever coming in. I then let them puck their options and we took them to the counter. I asked the emlpoyee what we did from there and she instructed us to place the cups on the scale. Imagine my surprise when these 2 bowls became over $20! That's just crazy. I can't say it was a terrible visit but between the cost and a few things noticed with the employee behavior we won't be back. I'd like to know though, why are we paying for a cup and the weight of the heavy plastic on top of the price of yogurt and toppings?

TCBY Champaign is fantastic. I love their decor. The colors completely complement the frozen yogurt. Though the pricing is high. I love the workers. The frozen yogurt is delicious. I am sometimes dissappointed that they take away certain flavors or toppings without notice. I find myself going there very often because it is simply a wonderful environment.

TCBY is the bomb!!!I frequented a frozen yogurt shop on the U of I campus, after TCBY opened to haven't been back there. TCBY has the largest selection on frozen yogurt flavors and the toppings' bar is spectacular. Not much more to say except it rocks!!!!!
