I've been coming to this Starbucks for a while now and have always had a good experience. Overall, the drink quality is very consistent, and the employees are ALWAYS kind and helpful. On the one occasion there was an issue with my order (ordered a hot tea latte, received a plain hit tea), they fixed it immediately, no questions asked. 10/10 service!

I've never had any problems with this Starbucks, it's usually very clean and the drinks I have gotten are always correct, delicious, and served right away but today my coffee had grounds all up in it. I didn't notice until I was almost done with it... Good experience but they need to be a little better about cleaning their machines or whatever it is that causes this. I'll go back, but I might order something other than a cold brew for this reason

we went when they were having a happy hour so it was packed- the drive thru line was wrapped around the building to the street, there was a crowd of people around the counter waiting for their drinks- we didn’t mobile order but went straight to the cashier who was very peppy and friendly with us. Even tho it was hectic and crazy our order didn’t take too long to receive and I definitely recommend you stop at this Starbucks even if there is a long line.The seating area is closed due to Covid so standing only.Oh and our caramel brûlée lattes were delicious!

The drive thru is ridiculous. Been sitting in line for 20 minutes with about 12 cars in front. Wish there was a way to be able to exit but once you get in line you are stuck.

I was in town for the day, in need of a place to kill time while my daughter was in training for work, and once again, Starbucks did not disappoint. This is a busy, but well managed, well-run location, with friendly staff & awesome customers (not including me). I had gotten my usual, a Venti Salted-Caramel Cream Nitro Cold Brew, and later wanted an Earl Grey; they counted it as a refill, considering I had been in the establishment for a few hours. That was kind, and something they didn’t need to do, but did anyway. THAT is customer service.Vegetarian options: Not sure, really, bc I am personally a carnivorous omnivore, but I see all the options on the menu & there are many.Dietary restrictions: This location has everything Starbucks offers for Vegan, Vegetarian, or altered diets of other kinds.Parking: Incredibly busy parking lot, but easy to navigate nonetheless. Also, the drive-thru is THE BEST STARBUCKS DRIVE-THRU I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, considering I am currently driving a Dodge Ram 2500, and he is a big beast. I honestly think a semi-truck could go through, without the trailer, of course.Kid-friendliness: ALL Starbucks are kid-friendly. I raised my kid in coffee shops & Starbucks is one of the best. They have all the kid stuff down where the kids can see it & most of the breakable stuff out of reach.Wheelchair accessibility: This is a lovely, wide open location; the doorways & walkways are wide & easily traversed, even when there are many customers inside.

AJ, the man who took my order and made my drink, was so joyful and friendly. He helped me decide what sandwich and drink to order and was so kind throughout the interaction. I will definitely be returning to this Starbucks!

I would really like to give this location 5 stars. The coffee is good, food is good, the staff are friendly and helpful (remade a drink that was not what I wanted, but exactly what I ordered). That said, they are regularly out of the food items I want. Early in the morning. Regardless of day of the week. :-(

I have been ordering in this Starbucks for a while and staff are really nice! Great place to go and they offer puppyccino for my dogs.Just one small complaint: they are sometimes short of peach or lemonade, but I really love iced peach green tea lemonade.

Bethany was so sweet and kind and answered all my questions. She was cheerful and you could see her smiling even with a mask on! Today was my first time at this location and I must say it is very convenient to stop here on my way to work. There was no line and when I mentioned I was a dental hygienist they told me my coffee would be free! Great location, great staff, quick and excellent service! 10/10 recommend!

This was only my second time here so based on those alone id say long lines (drive through) and the menu is not really "user friendly". Coffee was great and the service was good so id say look up the menu before heading out to see what you want and if you've got a few minutes to spend in line its definitely worth it!

This is by far the BEST 🌟 bucks in town! Large roomy seating great for anything. Business, Casual, Family or dates. It doesn't matter what your favorite drink is I promise they will make the best version of it. You won't know how much you truly appreciate coffee/tea until you have it here; and it will served by the friendliest "happy to help" staff!

It is pretty SAD that I have to provide MY OWN sugar and MY OWN cream at the biggest coffee chain in the world. They are refularly out of Half-n-Half creamer, even though I'm sure they can use petty cash & small business expense & go to either Walgreens or Schnucks but yet they absolutely refuse... and they quit providing Sweet-n-Low altogether not long after they opened the Chicago Roastery a couple years ago. Yes, I walked across the street just to buy my own creamer after visiting a full-blown grocery store to purchase my own sugar. Certainly the biggest coffee chain in the world can do so much better than this. It won't be long before I have to start providing my own coffee beans.Dietary restrictions: Diabetic & cannot use real sugar

I went through the drive through just to order a drink before work a few days ago. With the current pandemic I think ppl should be more mindful about how they handle any and everything but especially food and beverages. The line wasn’t long for the drive through at all so I was able to Pretty much pull right up to the window. As I did the young lady who I will allow to remain nameless hands me my hot my drink out the window by the lid putting her entire hand over the rim of my cup including where I’d be sipping from. Normally I try to be understanding to this types of mindless mishaps but I am pregnant and with everything that is going on in the world And right here in our own community it did not sit well with me. I asked for a straw and napkin to clean the side of my cup that was messy and rather than asking for a new lid that she may have still handed to me improperly I just inserted the straw into my cup to drink my hot chocolate. I called to speak with a manager immediately after the mishap and realized she was the same woman who handed me the drink in the first place. She pretty much offered me a free drink which was sweet but definitely not why I was calling and she just kind of rushed me off the phone and made it seem like no big deal. I normally never leave reviews especially negative ones but I love Starbucks and it is one of the only places where I can go to any location and feel like I can get outstanding service but this location was a let down twice so far. 😔

This morning around 9:00 AM I ordered a coffee online before I had to be back at my apartment for online classes. I was greeted by Jonny who was working the window. He was so friendly and made my day start off well by talking about how he liked my dog and has a golden retriever of his own. I'd love to meet your golden if you ever see this!
