Customer service at copy center was non existent. Asked several times for help. The two associates on site were too busy talking about bus routes to help me. If I could leave zero I would. Next time, I'll use and support the library.

Ms. Michelle is amazing! She re-sized, printed, and laminated photo boards for my mother's balloon release...at the last minute. She took me from panic to relaxation. The Staples quality was so much better than the Fed Ex Kinko's photo boards I had done at the same time. She has worked with my mom, brother, and others I know for years to ensure customer satisfaction!

Wow, literally the best service I’ve ever received at an office supply chain. Employees were incredibly friendly and eager to help. Honestly, I wish I would have gotten the names of the pair that helped us because they were awesome and deserve all of the praise! (A tall blonde guy with glasses in the desk & chair department, and a Black woman with glasses that we snagged down the USB aisle for help!) We just moved to Champaign from Texas, and they made an incredibly stressful moving process that much easier!

I have been looking for an external backup system for computer. I explored online and also at other stores. A very knowledgeable gentleman at Champaign's Staples was able to answer all my questions, pros and cons and more, that helped me make my decision. It helps immensely to have someone who knows the products be available to do this. He was not only knowledgeable, but professional, courteous, respectful, and never felt pressured ... not a combination you see often, and much appreciated. Successful sale!

Yesenia, the cashier has to be one of the rudest employees i have ever met. Was extremely rude when i asked for the price check of one of my items. If you don’t have customer skills then you should definitely not work as one.

Went in there today to spend at least $200 on a file cabinet and possibly another up to $200 on office furniture. I walked to the back of the store where both the office furniture and the tall file cabinets are, and there were 3 employees, and none of them offered to help me. I tried to wave them down, get their attention, and all three ignored me. I decided to walk back to the front of the store and ask for help, but the one employee I would have asked was too busy playing on his phone, so I decided I’d go back to the file cabinets one more time. This time 2 employees were back in that area and neither one would even give me the time of day. At that point, I decided to leave. As I was leaving, I saw a couple of those employees that knew I was seriously looking at both the file cabinets and the office furniture and they just watched me leave and didn’t offer any help or ask if I needed anything else. Needless to say I’m extremely disappointed.I’ve done business at the Champaign Staples in and out for years for our church. I will not go back to your store again. People wonder why people shop online. I personally am “old-school” in that I want to go to a store and purchase an item in person. I want to see local businesses stay open in a day where online sales are taking over. With that said, it seems that the Champaign store could care less if they get closed by corporate, which is disappointing.

I was looking for pen refills. I had the pens with me and explained that I didn't know what brand they were. I had one person actually ask assistance from someone else because "... didn't want to the wrong item." The other individual stated that unless I knew what brand the pen was, they could not help. Since when did pens become so complicated? Is the refill the same size - length and width? Is the refill the same type - ballpoint or gel? Fairly certain that is all the necessary information. Both employees were so rude.

Ordered biz card online - expected to pick up by 5pm - arrived and was told size/color was not correct and should expect by Tuesday. Received zero calls or email or text regarding the issue beforehand.Welcome to staples for not punctual, no communication, last minute we-just-cant surprise.
