You get one star because your product caused a huge issue. I bought a 8 ft wire filled gate. The bottom bracket was so tight from the manufacturer that i had to cut the bolt off and hammer open the bracket. The nut and bolt were powder coated in a glued position. I had to run to Tractor Supply to get a replacement bracket and bolt. Why didn't i return it, you ask? Because i need the damn gate and it was already late and i just want it done! My animals need the gate and the project was almost done. Maybe if the bracket was installed better, I wouldn't be in a position to possibly need to return something. I will not trust any more of your products for a very long time.

I felt more at home here than in my own house. The staff is so friendly. They are there to help when needed, but in no way pushy.This is in no way any mark on my family. I grew up on a farm and now live in a crowded Chicago suburb.Thank you for the escape!

I don't mind shopping here every now and then but the popcorn bothers me I'm very allergic I have an asthma attack almost every time I go in and I know a lot of your workers do not like it because it's all over the place I don't think you should have the there's too many people that have allergies it stinks the whole store and some people don't like the smell either

I ❤️ Champaign Rural King! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My husband has his chainsaw worked on at Rural King, I get all my farm supplies, canning items. Checkout clerks are all very friendly. Stores clean. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I was looking for a particular brand dry dog food online. I was almost out and needed to get more that day. It was listed in stock at Rural King.Once inside the store I found mobilized carts charged and available for use for persons with disabilities. A very hard find in C/U! Then I was immediately assisted by personnel in getting directions.After looking through the other dry dog foods in the isle, I was unable to locate the right size package. And once again, another person was there stocking- he was very friendly and willing to help find what I needed. I was also given directions for the dog toy isle as well.When purchasing items I found two very helpful cashiers willing to inquire about my new furbaby!!Rural King was a really nice place to shop for what I needed and more! The prices were reasonable and the availability of a working motor cart will definitely bring me back to purchase other items! The hospitality of personnel was a very nice change to the frantic employees of other stores.I highly recommend Rural King to everyone who misses the hometown kind of shopping experience!

bought some laundry soap here that was contaminated with some kind of oil, the racist manager only gave me half my money back. I won't be returning. About a month before I bought something that I thought was reusable and it wasn't and this same manager gave me a hard for a refund even though I tried to return it the same day.

The product I was looking for is there which I did not find in the other store I went to. They are also practicing social distancing and wearing of mask. I am also amused by the chicken footsteps on the floor.

They were able to duplicate a two-sided motorcycle ignition key for me, Menards wouldn't even try to do it. Kathy is a lifesaver, I will definitely return.

Normally I'd give them a 5 but they've been out of their own brand "good friends" all natural cat food for some time. The employees say they have no idea when there will be more. Sadly this is the only food I've all found that all our cats like and can tolerate.

This place has everything you need for working outdoors and indoors plenty of tools, clothing, ppe and more. I feel like this is more of an ad than a review but I really enjoy shopping here! I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Staff is friendly and keeps shelves stocked which is a huge plus. Overall just a great store. They also usually have live animals of some sort. I don't raise chickens or rabbits but seeing them is always really cool to me.

I love champaign rural king its got everything I need like feed for my cats and chickens especially for my dog saydie she is a beagle I remember when it was walmart ah those were the days and I also enjoy buying baby chicks there too would definitely recommend

I came in the store to look at handguns and the guy working the counter was talking to someone the whole time... after he cashed him out I thought I should have been next. I had my FOID card in hand when he proceeded to help someone else then as I'm still standing with card in hand he totally ignored me again and started talking to the original customer that he already checked out. Seemed like he didn't want to help me because I am a woman but that's okay with me because I took my business to Field and Stream and they helped me as soon as I walked up to the counter. I won't be back!!!!! Very disappointed!! I'm sure it isn't always that way maybe just that male worker..... This was on Friday 7/29/22 around 1:15 P.M.

Amazing place for items you can’t find anywhere else. There’s no real customer service but signs clearly define what area of the store you need to go to so you can find an item. You don’t need anyone’s help if you know what you’re looking for.I enjoy shopping here because 15 people are coming up to me asking me what I’m looking for.

Excellent service. Always does what I ask. Top notch shop. There are other barber's close r to me but Jason's is my choice to go. Even with a 30 mile drive. That should tell you all you need to know. Just go you will love it.

This place has great stuff and great employees. I've been here multiple times. Most recently I got a cute dog sweater, but back before I was a dog mom: I was on a mission to make turtle soup and came here for turtle fishing supplies. I didn't know what to get, but found a knowledgeable employee who had been turtle hunting many times and was able to help me acquire all the necessary supplies and gave me great advice on some key techniques.
