I go to Ross sometimes because of the offers they have on some items, but a few days ago I went and experienced a terrible attention of a young man at the checkout, He was totally rude. There was still one person ahead paying and this guy looked at me and started snapping his fingers in a contemptuous way for me to come and pay. When I didn't do it, he continued snapping his fingers. When I told him why the rush, if there was no one behind waiting to pay, and that he should be patient if he is there working as customer service/cashier, he started to mock and laugh saying that "he hadn't done anything bad." I finished paying and then asked to speak to the store manager, I told her what had happened and she tried to justify the fact, saying that "that's the way they call customers", I turned to look at this young man who, instead of staying calm, continued mocking and laughing, even when she asked him to stop . Terrible attention, if this is how Ross Store trains its staff, young people like this disrespectful man, it's not worth going to buy things there.

I wasn't sure if I had missed a big sale or if the inventory was lacking due to spending from the recent stimulus. From the shoe section to home decor, the shelves were pretty bare. Hopefully this is not how the store is when it's fully stocked. It was a Sunday afternoon when I stopped in and this had to be one of my shortest shopping trips in a Ross store. But luckily they had the toilet paper holder that I was stopping in to purchase.

We often shop at Ross stores as they have good prices for clothes and usually the stores are well taken care of but this particular store was shocking to see. The store looked like it hadn't been swept in weeks and clothes and other items were strung out on the floor everywhere.

It's really what it says it is. I got a Calvin Klein top worth $250 for a little less than one-third the original price. Great place!

I love Ross but, The young lady ringing me up was very rude. She would not make eye contact with me. When I would ask her a question her every answer would be no, or I don't know. Just very rude!!

It's what one would expect from this type of store. Good prices and a variety of things ranging from candy to small appliances and luggage. I'm a big guy and they have a big&tall section. Not a whole lot but something. Hey fellas, if you need that selection of clothing, you gotta get there before the good stuff is gone! Plenty of "other" sizes though. Ladies as always, for you, Ross has a larger selection. For everybody, there's Hats, luggage, cologne, and popcorn. Toys. Purses. Jewelry. Stuff to make home pretty. They got it! I only wish you could smell cologne/perfume before you buy it. We have stupid people & thieves to thank for that no longer being available. Enough reading this......go buy something! Especially if you need a last minute gift for whatever.

Poor stock. A big mess inside. Shoes are all over the place not by size. Clothing for men and boys are only a handful of ugly stuff. Wasted my time trying to find something and went out empty handed

I love Ross in general because of their amazing prices and great quality. this store in Champaign is a mess though 😅 boxes everywhere and kinda dirty. BUT it is holiday season. their fitting room is still close but they have a smaller fitting room by the front. I love how their staff is so friendly. they had some that greets u by the entrance.

The staff was very helpful to me. But sadly I witnessed they not being so kind to other customers. The store was not kept very well either. Although they did have a large selection of clothing that was very affordable and looked trending.

Much better than before! Had an extremely friendly door greeter, A big guy who greeted everyone!!! 😱 Imagine that!!! the store was well stocked and much more orderly . A very nice and efficient cashier handling it like a boss with a long line without the wait. Much much better 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Best place to get clothes! Probably one of the only places I have luck finding business casual work pants, and jeans that fit!! Not the easiest to shop sometimes but there is always a ton of great stuff nonetheless. Makeup and perfume have some treasures every once in a while too. I'm obsessed with the dress section! You can always find something for every occasion. I highly recommend trying Ross first when looking for clothes! They even have a great return policy if something doesn't fit right.

Ross has always had great customer service. Great for buying blankets for the holidays. Must say though if you see something you like, get it. Chances of them having it a day or two later, not good. They are always rotating there stock

I always love coming to Ross. The staff were friendly but the store was a mess. There were clothes on the floor like they haven't picked up in days. It wasn't in just one section. It was every aisle. They need a person to organize their stuff more.

Staff are pretty rude, unprofessional, unpleasant, never on the sales floor, run me over with a cart, threw hangers at me on the way out, locked me in the bathroomTold me you ain’t getting out monkey, called me the N word. I’m traumatized, made my retail therapy the worse now I’m depressed.

Ross's always have acrylic paint or discount. Alarm check them out sometimes they have nice paint brushes as well. I don't shop too much for any other items so I can't vouch for that. But they seem to have discounted prices. Great service as well

I absolutely HATE shopping online and I LOVE Ross for their plus size formal dresses, to their fantastic buys on what they carry in their stores.I love how I can walk right in and practically buy from every small department they have from clothing, to home decor.Let me just say this, you can't get better prices than this anywhere else with New Merchandise I will continue to shop Ross and hope they never go out of business or raise their prices!!!

Love this store! Every time I come I fond a new treasure. I can always find designer items for me and my family. Great shoes for me and my family. We are able to purchase more and spend alot less then we can at the mall. Lines can be long at times but the employees are fast and friendly. So happy Ross is here in our area!

Great prices for almost anything you need/want. However, the staff aren't exactly the most friendly and it's hard to find things due to the lack of organization. It's a cool place to shop for decent items, if you can find them.

Lazy worker/s. They saw a line forming and did not open any more registers. There was only one cashier present. There was another associate who went to the register then clocked in, but just stood there. They did not help with the line. After the associate was done with bagging our stuff, she told turned her back to us and told us to get the receipt.

I'm a pretty experienced Ross shopper and this one is one of the better ones. It's typically well stocked (can be super picked over when college students come back in town) and fairly clean. Like many Ross stores, it's common for some things to be out of place or slightly untidy. The service is good and the employees seem to care (I've been helped to my car with large items when I was pregnant).

I love this new store!!!! I always find great bargains and I don't mind waiting in line to get all my awesome finds. I've been to other Ross stores and the check out lines here compared to the others are quick and short.

Good place to get deals! Unfortunately the Champaign one has less brand name and higher end items and a lot more unknown Chinese low quality stuff to fill the hangers. Overall you can still find some occasional good buys.
